The apartment is locked off from the main residence with private access and a fenced in backyard. Premises does have 2 parking spaces available but may accommodate a trailer or camper with notice. Pet Friendly to well behaved animals. One sofa bed, Full over Queen and Queen bed. 4 Beds total

1100sf, single story guest house that's a couple minutes from the town of Rifle, yet backs up to vast open space. Great access to hiking, floating, biking (Glenwood Canyon) and hunting, or best yet relaxing next to a beautiful creek. Brink's Outfitters at Sweetwater Lake has horses and guides for riding.
