Aleksandra is a great host, friendly and nice. She organizes our transportation easilty and right on time when we needed. Her mom was super nice, she welcomed us, recommended bunch of beautiful places, beaches and restaurantes that we were very glad to go to. We greatly enjoyed their homemade, delcious lemonade and felt very welcomed. The cleaning service was always good and the lady was very nice. We enjoyed our trip very much and would definitely recommend Aleksandra's place.

We had a rest from July 7 to July 21, 2017. Magnificent apartments! And this is not just an apartment, but a full-fledged apart-hotel with a chic pool with panoramic views of the coast, cleaning, a change of linen and the opportunity to have breakfast, lunch and dinner without leaving the guarded landscaped area. Everything stated correspond to reality! Photos and the site allow you to make no mistake with the choice, everything is very logical and understandable. Welcoming hosts are so interested in a pleasant stay for guests that they themselves are involved in the hotel management process and are ready to communicate in person with guests to improve the service! It is impossible not to mention pleasant bonuses in the form of early check-in and late check-out with the availability of the room, as it was in our case. Well, welcome drink from the hosts:) Pleasant girls at the reception can help with transfer, taxi, rent car, if necessary. And we were lucky, the transfer to Tivat was provided by Oksana - the hotel manager - personally took us to the airport in her car:) The sea is within walking distance (we walked almost daily with 2 children 4 and 9 years old). One of the best beaches for children. Evening promenade along the promenade to Budva or Rafailovici. Near Milocer Park. Many decent restaurants within walking distance. In general, the best solution is everything is nearby, but there is no such crowd as on the beach in Budva! The vacation was a success!!! Many thanks to the hosts and hotel staff! And of course, friendly Serbs!

Good and friendly hosts. Good location of the apartment within walking distance to all attractions in Budva. The house is located away from the main roads. We spent time there for a month and we were comfortable there and there was enough of everything.

The space was incredibly clean, and precisely corresponded to its description and the photos. This apartment is spacious and can comfortably fit 4 people. The unit was recently remodeled, so it had stylish setup, with clean new furniture and modern appliances, such as dishwasher, laundry machine, and all the cooking amenities. The living room has a nice view of the sea and the city. The owner, Samir was very welcoming, and willing to give his car for a short term rental for a modest price. The location is great, close to the beach and the city center. Our stay wasn't in the peak season, but I would definitely recommend this unit for the summer vacation.

Amazing couple. They picked me up from the airport, took me shopping, helped me pick out the best food. Then they took me to a nearby village, recommended me a restaurant and let me explore for 3 hours before coming to get me and take me to the apartment. Upon arrival I was given coffee, snacks, and a bike to explore. I’ve had such an amazing time from riding the bike with their dog to eating the local cuisine and meeting neighbours. 100% recommended. I’m probably forgetting a lot but I had a blast and will be back soon with friends and dogs.

We rented Ranju's house for a family vacation. The house is in a perfect location, you can walk everywhere. It is also a very good option to have a grocery store under the apartment for needs. I think Ranju's house is more beautiful than it appears in the photos. The house has everything you need and it's clean We were greeted by Ranju's friend Çiğdem and her husband. We loved both of them. They took care of us and treated us very warmly. I would like to thank them again from here. I think I would prefer it again if I came again Also, Ranju's father dropped us off at the airport with his car. We easily caught our plane. We left Montenegro very happy, we had no problems I would definitely recommend Ranju's house to everyone

The host was incredible. He was very accommodating and the place was as described. Location was wonderful and near all the hot spots in town. Spacious, clean, and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Wonderful stay in Budva I had a fantastic time staying at this place! The apartment is tastefully decorated, very clean and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Especially the view from the balcony to the sea was a real highlight – in the morning with coffee and in the evening at sunset simply fantastic. The location is perfect: quiet location but still only minutes walk to the beach and the charming old town. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful – I felt immediately welcome. I highly recommend this place and would come back anytime!

Very nice room, and very convenient place!

We stayed at Ivana’s place for a week and it was perfect. Ivana was so welcoming, and made the effort to sit down with us after we arrived to give us local recommendations of places to go and things to do. The air bnb itself was lovely, and had a lovely outdoor area which felt very private (possibly due to us going out of season). Our room was cleaned daily which was an added bonus as I have not previously had this with air bnb’s. It was about a 10-15 minute walk into Budva old town which was perfect for us. There were steps which made the walk a little easier, but be mindful that the walk back is mostly uphill, (although the steps make this much easier). Overall would definitely recommend Ivana’s place and would not hesitate to book again if we were to return to Budva :)

Everything was put in order and convenient to use. The host was very professional. He was responsive, supportive, and nice. The host told me a lot about the tourist tax that I had not known, which was really helpful to me.

Veselin was very kind. Every our request has been met. The room was very clean. The place was very close to the center. We strongly recommend it.

Excellent value for money. Responsive host, quick response. There are also administrators in the complex who will always help with any issue in the complex. Nice place, just to note that the road to the apartment is an uphill climb (although we were ok). There is no oven yet (although it is in the photo), but there is a microwave. The steel is great.

As a solo woman travel, Mr Dragan, his family and the amazing place he has made my one month in Sutomore as an unforgettable experience. The apartment is much better in every aspect you can see in the pictures. Feels so cozy, extremely clean and quiet all the time. The family was so nice and attentive with an honest kindness rare to see these days. In my case was perfect place I wanted quiet & relax, The wifi was super all the time. I walked to the city and it was a bit challenging but and excellent exercise. If you have a car. everything is close you can visit any place and return to your cozy apartment to rest and enjoy fantastic sunsets. The bus is just few blocks from the place so easy to travel by bus too. To Mr Dragan and his family Thanks so much for soooo much kindness and to offer such a great place for us to enjoy Montenegro &Sutomore. High-quality & Highly recommended. Very good clean apartment with a nice bed. Aleksandra is a good host

The apartment is small but tidy and cozy. Rather for motorists, because it is located on a hill and leads to it quite a long, winding road. Daily climbing could be challenging. :) View from balcony and nearby fairytale bench! There is a public parking lot under the building, where we always found a place. For the first time, following the address indicated by the owner, it is better to suggest a photo, because maps can be confused. All of the listed amenities were provided, but we weren't informed about the important aspect of the pool failure. We didn't see it until after we arrived, and nothing was fixed for two weeks. Of course, this didn't ruin our stay, but the disgust caused by the silence remained. Even so, the contact with Vasily was good because he was quick to answer all of our questions. We recommend this place and would love to come back. :)
