Family-friendly holiday rentals in Budva Municipality

Stefani was an excellent host who really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment was squeaky clean and we really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony looking at the amazing views over Budva the bay and surrounding mountains, which was equally beautiful during the evening as during the day. We also loved the swimming pool which was great to hang out by when we’d had enough of the crowds and travelling. The big king sized bed was very comfortable and we were grateful for the easy, free car parking space just outside the apartment. The old town, restaurants, shops, boat trips and beaches are all walkable from the apartment, (made much easier by knowing where the shortcuts are!) but the apartment is positioned in a quiet neighbourhood away from the busyness. There are handy little supermarkets nearby. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend to other travellers. The apartment is great and Stefani is an exceptional host!

I have had a lovely stay at Petras house. Very beautiful space - bright and light, and nearby to the Old City and other lovely places. She was very friendly and good with communication. Recommended!

Lovely spacious apartment with great view over the bay to Sveti Stefan. All descriptions were accurate and was well equipped for self catering. Lots of thoughtful extras in the apartment such as spare chargers/adapters and DVDs. About 500m from the beach but up a steep hill so probably not suitable for people with mobility issues. Free off street parking. Only significant issue was check in, the location on airbnb wasn't totally accurate and nobody answered when we called the number we had been given. We went to reception at the Sunset Apartments and fortunately they knew about the apartment and were able to give us the key and direct us to parking, but it hadn't been cleaned so we had to wait for a bit to get in.

Excellent home and host. The view is nicer than anything. Kate and her brother are very kind and helpful. If I come back to Budva, I would like to stay here.

We had a great stay! The private yard with a pool is amazing – perfect for sunbathing and relaxing in the afternoon. There’s also a beautiful hammam and a small gym, which were a lovely bonus. The climate inside the house is very comfortable – never too hot or too cold. Everything else in the house was convenient and well thought out. It had everything we needed and really felt like home.

Every information shown on the post is accurate about the apartment. The location is fine, apartment was completely clean. Aleksandar was really helpful and friendly, always asking whats needed or what he can do for us. We enjoyed our stay.

Spacious apartment with a beautiful jacuzzi! We enjoyed being a quick 10-15 minute walk from old town and the beach. The staff at the building are also super helpful and responsive!

The apartment is very centrally located within walking distance to the beach and Budva Castle. Rooms and Living Room There is a spacious and large balcony. The host was helpful when we arrived late. Thanks

We had an incredible stay at this spacious and phenomenal apartment. The modern and clean design, along with the well-equipped amenities and electronics, truly made it stand out. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and motorized window shades and sheers throughout, making it comfortable during the hot days. The location was perfect and central if you want to venture and drive out alongside the sea to explore different beaches and points and f interest. Apartment location also has 2 grocery stores downstairs for super convenience. It is only a 5-minute walk to the beach and pier through Slovenska Plaza resort. The host Misha was incredibly helpful and responsive, always available and polite. His attentiveness truly enhanced the overall experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb stay to anyone looking for a high end, comfortable and convenient accommodation in the area.

Everything was great. Good location of the apartment, modern house, nice neighbors. The apartment was equipped with absolutely everything necessary for living equipment. The hostess of the apartment was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions instantly. We also helped with transfer from the Airport for a good price. We had 25 euros, the average is 40, and on the spot at the airport taxi drivers offered their services at all for 60. It was also very nice that we were helped with the registration - it's a nice bonus. Summarizing, the apartment for a family with a child is perfect. Close to the sea and no need to climb the hills. Shops are three minutes away. Recommended!

They responded to sudden changes in plans and were always friendly.It was a very nice room with a good view and plenty of space.We had a comfortable stay as pictured and described.I highly recommend this place when you come to Budva.

We stayed as a family of four at Larissa's place. Greatly enjoyed the privacy of a home like setting, the pool and the walkable distance to all the beaches in Budva and Becici. Larisa is a responsive host and always ready to help with recommendations, like setting up an airport transfer or stocking up on groceries before Sunday's break. The place is located near a monastery (which only can be a trouble if you mind hearing the bells ring at 6-8am), in a peaceful locals-oriented neighborhood, within Budva standards. The building is well maintained and the apartment is well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay, especially if staying with younger children. We also enjoyed close proximity to nice cafe's and grocery stores. If I was going back to Budva, I would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Dragan's place in Sveti Stefan is even more beautiful than in the pictures. We rented both units and loved the terrace for working, resting, and meals. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals when we didn't want to eat out. Dragan provided excellent local recommendations and helped arrange a boat tour of Lake Skadar. Dragan is truly a fantastic host, and we really enjoyed getting to know him and his family, as well as their two friendly dogs. He also makes the best rakia we've tried in Montenegro. The location is perfect, with a market, restaurants, and a coffee shop just steps away. Beaches are also a short walk away, including the pristine Kings and Queens beaches. We hope to return in the near future.

It was a good experience, Stefan is a very good host, he brought us an extra blanket and iron. You need to take into account that the building is new, not yet inhabited, it is a little bit dirty because of renovation, the elevator does not work, and there is no reception as such, in general, it is a very good place for the money, and I think over time it will be a great apartment hotel. Miloš was quick to respond to queries, proactively checking on us and gave clear instructions and very helpful throughout our 1 week stay. The villa is massive yet so well designed that it offers privacy to everyone. Several rooms have en-suites and mini kitchens in addition to the main kitchens. Highly impressed and recommended for big families and groups. Supermarket nearby and the restaurant Sebelj was amazing local cuisine.

Fantastic apartment, has 2 pools shared amongst the apartments which is great. You can walk to and from the beach and you have a market next door that sells all the necessities. Highly recommend and I will be coming back myself next year

We highly recommend staying here! Milunka and Christian were fantastic hosts and made us feel right at home. Not only is the property beautifully situated with exceptional views from the roof garden, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool is great and sharing it with other guests was never a problem. Our apartment was very private, under beautiful kiwi and orange trees. They have created a wonderful place here above the hustle and bustle of the beach. A lot of thought has gone into making this place special and their attention and care towards the guests was remarkable. Thank you both!

Just got home from a fantastic stay at Agim’s place. We were over with 8 family members all different ages to celebrate my mums birthday and everyone absolutely loved the space. The pool area is amazing all the outdoor spaces were. We stayed in the back apartment they are both similar size. All amenties you will need for a long or short stay, the owner and his wife were lovely people the communication was flawless and fast, nothing was too much hassle. Thank you for a great stay if ever we are in Budva we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We used taxis some nights to get up to the place but a lot of the time we walked it’s a little bit up but more than doable even for elderly

Absolutely beautiful stay here. We found it very peaceful with the private pool, lovely bungalow and amazing views. Vaso and his team were so friendly and made us feel at home right away. Some really lovely spots nearby via car. Beaches and restaurants etc. We will be coming back and staying longer next time 😀!
