Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Budva Municipality

This house is amazing, very spacious and is very well connected to other parts of Montenegro. We had an amazing time. Jasmine and her husband are very friendly and made us feel at home. I’d highly recommend this place!

Elenas place was remarkable with great views and great surroundings. The stay was great and Elena was very quick to respond to every query, the pool and gardens were very relaxing. The villa is accessible to everything by car, good selections of restaurants, bars and shops and beaches all within 5 mins drive. Can’t fault it

The house was excellent!

Beautiful and peaceful place overlooking the Adriatic. Design and interior are super modern and minimalist. The view is the core of the house but all bedrooms and bathrooms are pleasant. Communications with the host were super straightforward and proactive. He even stopped by to drop an iron and iron board after we noticed it was missing. Finding the place is a bit tricky but the host provided excellent instructions. While there is a bus stop nearby, we would strongly recommend to only book this place, if you have a car. The place is in a residential area and restaurants and supermarkets require a short ride. On the flip side, that makes it private and very peaceful. We had a fantastic stay with our family of 4 adults and a baby.

Book this place for the sunsets! The panoramic coastal views from the bed, sofa, and kitchen were absolutely stunning. Both rooms feature large sliding doors that open onto a spacious terrace with incredible views. The house is just a short drive from the charming seaside village, where you can find shops and restaurants, but far enough removed that you can enjoy complete peace in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped with everything we needed, and it was one of the few places we stayed in Montenegro that had fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Our flight has delayed for nearly four hours, and we have to pick up the rental car then get to the house, the host has been waiting for us till nearly 1am, and when we finally turn up, he kindly show us the house and passed us the key. Really appreciate they wait for us that night. Absolutely love the air-conditioning in house and hot tub, as the temperature is too hot to bare, we didn't heat up the hot tub and use it as a mini cooling spa. The hot tub is the cleanest we have ever had. View from the house also stunning. Jelena is responsible on messages or calls for any of our questions in English. Should have booked more days here.

Dragana is the best airbnb host I have ever had. She is very kind, thoughtful and friendly and goes out of her way to make sure that everything is perfect with the property and your stay. The house is beautiful and the private pool is perfect. Each of the three bedrooms has it's own full bathroom with a shower. The house is cleaned and new towels are left for us each day, which is an amazing touch and rare with any airbnb. I normally like to change places when I visit a city again, but when I come back to Budva I will definitely be staying at Dragana's house because I know that everything will be taken care of and we will be able to relax and enjoy Montenegro with total comfort and peace of mind. I can't speak highly enough about her house and her hospitality. Huge thank you from all of us for a wonderful stay.

Had a great holiday, the villa was clean and in a great location to a few main towns we wanted to visit. We all enjoyed use of the pool. Got a little lost finding the villa but Svetlana’s instructions were very helpful. Would recommend!

Wow! An amazing experience at an amazing place. The lovely warm staff - Angela, Militsa, Danielle, Milanka and the wonderfully friendly cleaning staff gave us the best experience we’ve ever had in 20 years of holidaying in Europe. The food was out of the world - the Montenegrin sandwich and the beef burger were world class. Breakfast is so delicious it’s impossible to miss. Nothing bad to say, only great things. Perfection

The best experience staying in this vila with my girls! 🙌🏼 Great appartments, incredible view, pool, bar, all applause’s to the host who made us feel like at home and helped with everything! You definately need a car for easy traveling. Also the private beach just 2min away. Highly recommended and cannot wait to come back again!🌼✨☀️

Absolutely incredible location with a private jetty and pool. Very peaceful with no crowds in the middle of summer. The house was comfortable for our family of 5 and Nikola made a big effort to support us with things needed for our 11month old. It was a very special holiday and a must if you are looking to enjoy magnificent Bay of Kotor.

The view from the villa is stunning, we have watched sunsets by the pool. Multiple bedrooms and the ground floor area are overlooking the sea as well. Very memorable location, we took a lot of beautiful pictures by the pool. Overall, it was quite and private and the pool table was in very good condition. We were celebrating a bday in a group of 14 and had a lot of fun. Katarina was friendly and very responsive when we asked for additional towels and bed sheets. The one thing that could be improved is cleanliness of the place (especially kitchen and outdoor areas). There were multiple broken light switches and window shatters but this did not ruin our experience. Would recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in Kotor! The property is very spacious with comfortable beds, and the main house is beautifully renovated. There's a nice private entrance to the bay for swimming, which was a highlight. The hosts were super communicative and always helpful—anything we needed, they provided. We also booked a boat tour through them which was excellent and highly recommended! The top-floor studio is a bit older but still charming and well-equipped. Plus, having a sauna and jacuzzi was a great bonus. Would definitely come back!

Our stay was absolutely incredible. We were 7 ladies on a weekend break away. Anastasia was so incredibly helpful before our arrival as I had lots of questions. She helped us to arrange a cosmetologist come to the villa. Tanya cooked us an amazing breakfast every day and we booked her for a BBQ which was amazing. They also helped us organise food from a nearby kitchen. The villa was clean and beautifully kept. We all felt very safe also. It had everything we needed. There is not one thing that we can say we didn’t like. Every single part was enjoyable. We shall we returning for another visit and we highly recommend this villa and host and all their staff.
