Fantastic stay in Buva old town. Paulina communicted very well and it was very nice of her to leave us some water and snacks on our arrival. The aparatmemt is in a great location and close to shops and restaurants. One side note: if you don't need to rent a car, then don't as parking is very expensive!

The villa was lovely, clean and tidy, ideal for what we needed. Pool was small but great for cooling down in the hot sun. Balconies for each room meant that everyone had a space to enjoy the sun privately. Linen was provided but there needed to be hooks or rails in the bathrooms to hang towels on. Altogether a great place to stay if you wanted to use it as a base to explore Montenegro, which is what we did. Thank you!

We recently stayed at Tanja’s wonderful top floor apartment in Budva, and it exceeded our expectations. The balcony offers truly breathtaking views that made every morning and evening special. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the charming Old Town and the beautiful beach, making it easy to explore and relax without hassle. Kind host. Apartment have everything to spend holidays like at home. Private area, parking in patio, calm zone, clean house. Perfect accomodation for family who want to visit Tivat, Budva, Kotor, etc.. I will recommend and could be back without doubts

Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

We absolutely loved our stay at Zeljka’s. The apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was extremely clean. We enjoyed the large patio for some meals and close by restaurants at other times. There were gorgeous beaches within easy walking distance. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming and helpful with any questions. Absolutely recommend this home to anyone.

I liked the accommodation at Dragana and Gigovic. It was exactly as in the pictures and in the description. It did exactly what we expected. We were looking for something pleasant and clean, and we got it. Communication at 100%. Dragana responded immediately, within a few minutes, and was available when we needed her. There are many nice restaurants in the area open until late, which suited us very well, because we could eat a short distance from the apartment. The room also had a mini kitchen, a refrigerator and a pleasant terrace, where we could sit or dry the laundry. We definitely recommend it. 👍🏼

Boris is one of the best hosts I’ve come across in years of travel. The apartment is cosy, clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. The bathroom is modern and functional, and the location is ideal — close to the water, the Old Town, and plenty of cafés and restaurants. Boris was a welcoming and helpful host, offering an airport transfer and sharing local recommendations that really added to the experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Budva.

We had an amazing 5-day stay at this beautiful penthouse in Bečići! The apartment is modern, sparkling clean, and full of light thanks to the huge panoramic windows. We loved spending time on the spacious terrace — perfect for working, relaxing, or enjoying the sea view. The whole building is new and very well maintained, and the location is just a couple of minutes from the beach. Everything was super comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable — no issues at all. Sylwia was a great host — very responsive and helpful. She even arranged for someone to handle our temporary registration in Montenegro, which made things incredibly easy for us. The only thing we missed were a few basic essentials: there was no laundry detergent or softener, which made it hard to do laundry, and no starter supplies like coffee or tea (just leftovers from previous guests). Still, that was a minor thing — overall the experience was excellent.

The two of us enjoyed this expansive flat right above the beach promenade for a wonderful week of walking swimming in the sea, and sampling of a variety of restaurants up and down a very walkable coast. While the two bedrooms are more than we needed, it was great to feel that there was so much interior space not only in the bedrooms and bathrooms, but also a huge balcony where we spent many hours watching the world go by. We had cafés and restaurants that were literally two minutes outside of our door, and an endless beach and sea to swim in. There’s also a quick water taxi that can take you into old town Budva if you don’t want to walk the 4 km., and obviously taxis can take you back for the short ride. We will definitely stay here again! So amazingly, relaxing with great sun and sea!

Absolutely loved this place! Location was amazing as it was in the center of Budva. Walking distance to the water, restaurants, Old Town and activities. The view was spectacular! The restaurant on the bottom floor was delicious and affordable. I would stay here again if I visit Budva again!

I'm so glad I chose this place! I had such a good time! I had such a relaxing time! The apartment has everything I needed, and every morning looking at the mountains with the sun shining was so nice! It is very private, quiet and peaceful. There's plenty of supermarkets, and the bus station (with rabbits and other animals ❤️) is very close by! You can also walk to the Old Town and beaches as well. What can I say? I loved it! I can't wait to return! Budva ❤️ 🥰

Nice apartment in a modern house. Location might look a bit far from old town or beaches, but it's not: only 10-15 minutes by foot. Goran was friendly and responded quickly. The shower head was a bit leaking, however this wasn't a problem for me.

Absolutely beautiful place and great hosts. The scent of Jasmine immediately as you enter the property is something I will always remember. Peaceful neighbourhood. Stefan has provided a very detailed step by step instructions with pictures and descriptions before we checked in. The process of finding the property went very smoothly when we arrived late in the night in dark. The apartment is located a 10- min walking distance to the old town. Me and my husband like this apartment very much. Bright, Spacious, clean and private parking is right in front of the property. Stefan is super fast in terms of responding to our requests and inquiry. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The apartment has a large balcony and sitting area which I found very relaxing. Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful 6-day stay in this apartment! The place is very cozy, clean, and well-maintained — it felt like home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which made our stay even more relaxing. One of the big advantages is that there’s a supermarket right in the building — super convenient for everyday needs. The sea is around a 15-minute walk away, and the walk itself is pleasant and safe. Everything was exactly as described, and we really appreciated the comfort and calm of the apartment. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
