Holiday rentals with a pool in Budva Municipality

We loved our stay at Marijanas villa! The pool area was so relaxing and the space was very clean and modern. The views were beautiful and the host was responsive and helpful. I would say the only issue is that the Villa is right at the top of a very very steep hill so we had to get taxis every time we went anywhere. However the views from the villas were well worth it. Very relaxing and would 100% stay again. Thank you

Elenas place was remarkable with great views and great surroundings. The stay was great and Elena was very quick to respond to every query, the pool and gardens were very relaxing. The villa is accessible to everything by car, good selections of restaurants, bars and shops and beaches all within 5 mins drive. Can’t fault it

Wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit ! Ein tolles Haus mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht.

Het is een prachtig huis op een zeer mooie locatie. Zwembad was eind mei nog erg koud. Veel kouder dan andere locaties. Uitzicht is fenomenaal. Ruimte is goed. Klein minpuntje was de geur in de hoofd badkamer. Bleef een riool lucht hangen. Dit is uiteraard op te lossen.

Wir hatten mit 5 Personen einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind nicht voneinander getrennt, bedeutet wer damit um kann ist hier genau richtig. Für uns hat das keine Rolle gespielt und war somit sehr angenehm. Die Lage der Villa ist schön und ruhig. Ich denke hier wird sich aber auch noch einiges nach vorne entwickeln in Zukunft. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hatte alles was man für ein schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Pool und die Aussicht waren die Highlights. Ein Auto ist ein muss in dieser Umgebung. Alles ist super einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In Budva gibt es zahlreiche Aktivitäten und Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Im gesamten sind wir super zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt und vor allem auch mit Sandra. Eine sehr hilfreiche und liebe Gastgeberin. Bei Gelegenheit würden wir mit Sicherheit diese Unterkunft erneut buchen! Vielen Dank

wunderbare Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Küste. Erfrischender Pool und gute Ausstattung. Tolle Lage zwischen highlife Küste und bergigem Hinterland. Guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflugsziele (in der Hauptsaison muss an der Küste zu Stoßzeiten Zeit für Staus einberechnet werden, beginnend mit den Grenzübergängen). Weltoffene, zuvorkommende und zugewandte Gastgeber, Pedrag und Klaus, die geduldig auf alle unsere Fragen eingegangen sind und gute Tipps gaben. Wir hatten als Familie eine tolle Zeit - vielen Dank!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!

prachtig verblijf en heerlijk zwembad met uitzicht op zee. zo genoten hier. 's ochtends eerst aan het zwembad en daarna naar 1 van de vele stranden. alles goed aan te rijden. prachtige omgeving!

Czy 2 BR apartment in the small complex with 2 pools, gorgous views from the balcony large enough to seat 4 people. Used 2nd BR as a walk in closet as storage in the main BR was limited. The only downside was a smoking neighbor so we had to shut the windows early in the morning before his/her first cigarette.

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

Diese außergewöhnliche Unterkunft von Marvin bietet eine luxuriöse Ausstattung, die die Erwartungen bei weitem übertrifft – insbesondere was den Panorama-Blick betrifft. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt sogar über eine Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine. Ein nicht erwähntes Highlight ist der direkte Blick auf die malerische Adria-Insel St. Stefan, ein Fischerdorf aus dem 15. Jahrhundert. Auch der Blick auf das majestätische Lovćen-Gebirge ist beeindruckend. Die perfekte Lage eröffnet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viel zu genießen: Ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool sowie ein Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi laden zum Entspannen ein. Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum rundet das Angebot ab. Aufgrund der steilen Topographie empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Das freundliche Personal der Anlage steht bei allen Anliegen gerne zur Seite. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Bardzo fajne miejsce, w 100% zgodne z opisem, gospodarz bardzo dba o klientów, odpowiedzi na wiadomości i pytania dot. różnych kwestii w tempie expresowym o różnych porach dnia, a transport jaki można zamówić w dobrych cenach i od ręki w różne miejsca. Bardzo polecam na mile spędzony czas w przepięknej Czarnogórze.

Sabina and her husband were fantastic hosts. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and she was always available for any questions and concerns we had. She also left us recommendations for the area. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Especially the terrace is lovely to have breakfast on. The pool is small but nonetheless perfect to cool down in and the view is stunning. From the apartment to Budva it's 10 min by car where also the supermarket, beach and restaurant are. We found it nice to be apart from Budva in a quiet area. All in all definitely recommendable!

Très satisfait de notre séjour avec un grand plus pour la piscine par ces fortes chaleurs et les plages surpeuplées. Un accueil très professionnel et réactif. Nous recommandons.

Very nice apartment, everything as in the offer, very clean, all the appliances available. Location is good but with child it is hard to walk there as it is quite high and there is no pavement. Nice view from the apartment. I forgot to mention before the arrival that we need a baby bassinet and the owner brought it to us within half an hour.

The spacious apartment is excellent with the most amazing view over Budva. It was a great location for a short break within an easy 10min walk of the old town. It is set on a short steep hill which wasn’t a problem for us. The first floor apartment overlooks a lovely pool. I highly recommend this apartment for a small group of guests. You will not be disappointed.
