As four friends, we stayed at Tatjana's house to renew our friendship of 13 years. The room was spotlessly clean and got cleaned regularly during our stay. Tatjana was quick to respond to messages and friendly and welcomed us with her wonderful cake and her husband's handmade wine. The bed and sofa were very comfortable and the room had air conditioning. We sat on our balcony in the evenings and talked about good old memories. The market and the restaurant under your apartment building have been really convenient as well. The location of this room is also a 10-15 minute walk from beautiful beaches. Sincere love to Tatjana who made our first Montenegro trip unforgettable with her hospitality <3

This accommodation was good value for money in a quiet area, but a short walk from the center. The host was friendly, helpful and always answered us quickly. I recommend this accommodation!

Die Unterkunft ist recht sauber und super gelegen, gut mit dem Bus blueline sowohl von tivat als auch von Kotor gut angebunden, fährt 1x stündlich ab (Wartezeiten müssen eingeplant werden). Da unser Zimmer mit Seeblick war, hatten wir super Ausblick zu Sonnenaufgang und Untergang. In der Nähe befinden sich gute günstige Restaurant, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Strände. Das Essen kann man sich gemütlich in der Gemeinschaftsküche zubereiten. Ivana, unsere Hostin, hat sich bereits Tage vor der Ankunft per Nachrichten gemeldet und uns informiert, auch während dem Aufenthalt hatten wir die Möglichkeit sie zu kontaktieren, sie hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und ist sehr freundlich. Preis Leistung stimmt! Gerne wieder

We had a great stay, the location is perfect, just in front of the beach, 7-8min walk to the central part of Tivat (port, restaurants). the terrace is big and very enjoyable, while the studio itself is comfy and well decorated 👌

We had an amazing time at Angelika’s place. She was extremley kind and helpful, always tried to help and answered all of our questions. We arrived very early and she let us stay on the balcony until our rooms got ready. We really felt at home at her place! Absolutely recommend! ☺️

Мы отдыхали в этом гостевом доме 4 дня, и нам всё очень понравилось. В реальности он даже лучше, чем на фото! В доме есть всё, что нужно. Большая кухня-гостиная с кондиционером. В спальне две отдельные кровати с хорошими матрасами, их можно сдвинуть вместе. Санузел чистый, есть стиральная машина. На улице есть столик, за которым приятно завтракать. Мы путешествуем с двумя собаками и кошками, и хозяйка нас любезно приняла, за что мы очень благодарны. Дом находится в тихом месте, поэтому мы отлично выспались. До центра и крепости можно дойти за 10-15 минут. Нам и животным всё очень понравилось!

Marina was so helpful proving clear instructions how to get to her place and where to park. She was so helpful proving local recommendations and even gave me a beach towel. The place was clean and a great place to sleep. Walkable to everything, old town, beach and shopping mall. If you come to Kotor, I would recommend staying at marinas place

Everything was great. Milena was really helpfull during our stay, she answered quickly and made sure we feel like home. And the room was perfect, very clean and so sweet decoration that make you feel joy. Also amazing view, you can just sit and feel peace.

nous avons été très bien accueilli par Nikolai qui s'est montré être un hôte très accueillant, réactif et très aimable Le logement était très propre, bien rangé et vraiment spacieux il est bien placé par rapport aux plages , une supérette juste à côté. un petit bémol pour la route juste en face mais à par ça très bien . merci beaucoup pour ce séjour très agréable 😄

Nikolai Airbnb is a great place to rent while in Montenegro. It is really close to Budva for sightseeing and there are two beautiful beaches in walking distance, but it also is quite private place. From our balcony there was beautiful view of the see. Nicolai place is spacious with area excellent for sitting and chilling with friends or family. Nikolai as a host was grat. We didn’t have a problem to check in at 11 pm. He also explained what is where in neighborhood. His English speaking skills are great so you don’t need to worry about communication with this host

First Nikolai is a phenomenal host, we had to change our arrival time a few times and he accommodated without hesitation. After we settled in he took us all for a tour to show where key places were, gave suggestions, etc. This might sound odd in a review, but he is very calming. We are relocating to Montenegro, with children. A lot of luggage, need to get things done, etc. Nikolai has hosting mastered. As for the space and location, absolutely amazing. Towels and linens are 4/5 star hotel level. Kitchen is very well equipped. Even the knives were sharpened. Every room and corner was spotless. The units are larger than they appear in the photos. The construction is solid, no noise. A bus stop to Budva is about 1-2 min walk. That runs every 15 mins, you can walk it in 45-60 mins as well, entirely along the coastal paths. Taxi is easy via WA or Viber. Views are stunning from the complex. Internet runs at 90mbps plus. Book without hesitation, absolute gem Airbnb.

מאיה מארחת מצטיינת אחות של מאיה קבלה אותנו ,מאיה נגישה להודעות לפני ותוך כדי האירוח. קבלנו מקרר עם שתיה ושוקולד וההרגשה שלנו האורחים מחממת את הלב. ליד הדירה משטח מול המים עם כסאות נוח ממש כאזור פרטי וזה כיף מאוד. ניתן לשכור סאפ ,קייאק והמים נעימים ביותר. במקום חניה שהייתה שמורה לנו בקרבת מקום סופר מרקט חוויה נפלאה , נספח לחברים שלנו ואנו נשמח לחזור עתיד.

Amazing Stay at Rosmarino Aparthotel - Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. Nikolai shared with us all needed information about interesting places in close vasinity. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described - if not better! I especially appreciated the attention to detail that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurant.
