Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2020 hochwertig ausgebaut und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einen Wohn-Essbereich mit einer voll ausgestatteten Einbauküche, Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. The apartment is situated in Seelfingen, a small idyllic village, only 9 km away from the Lake Constance. It is an ideal region for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. The apartment has 56 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house. The apartment has one room, which is divided in sleeping area containing one double bed, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs and a fully equiped kitchen. The bathroom is dotated with shower and toilet. You are welcome in our apartment!

Welcome to Eden Cottage! You can relax under large trees in the hammock or discover the beautiful region. The house is newly renovated and stylishly and high-quality furnished based on the model of Swedish country houses. In the perfectly equipped kitchen you can cook and enjoy the food and a glass of wine on the terrace. Take the whole family to this great place with plenty of room, great excursion destinations. In a unique location on the edge of a commercial area between Lake Constance and nature conservation area Mindelsee, nearby a few minutes by car or also on foot of the animal and leisure park Bodanrück. Less minutes walking to Lake Constance, wonderful footpaths on Lake Constance in the direction of Konstanz or Radolfzell.

Apartment fantastic location between orchards

The 65 sqm apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished with high-quality furnishings. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.80x2m) with a separate bunk for children (up to approx. 10 years), a living room with a sofa bed that can be used if necessary. The kitchen in the dining-living room is fully equipped. There are two quiet terraces between orchards and the garden.

Radolfzell apartment "Unter der Linde"

Our 3-room apartment with 71 m² is only a 10-minute walk from Radolfzell train station and the picturesque old town. The supermarket with butcher and bakery is a 2-minute walk. Parking spaces are available at the house. Storage for bicycles is also available. The apartment can accommodate up to four adults. An additional extra bed offers a fifth person a sleeping option.

Bus stop into town,to the lake or train station at 50m,good butcher,vegetables and baker at 200m distance. Bicycles or canoes can be rented if required. Parking is available right in front of the house.

The apartment consists of a large living room and bedroom, bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. A terrace and parking space are also available. In addition to the specified price, the city of Radolfzell charges a tourist tax of €3 per person per day.
