Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2020 hochwertig ausgebaut und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einen Wohn-Essbereich mit einer voll ausgestatteten Einbauküche, Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Lovely, cozy apartment in farmhouse with garden

In our farmhouse, which was renovated in 2022, we have set up a nice, cozy apartment on the first floor. It has a living/dining area with sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom (shower + toilet) on approx. 45 square meters. The garden has enough space to relax and linger. Optimal location between Obersee and Untersee in Stahringen with very good transport links by car, bus and train. Lake Constance is 5 km (Bodman) or 7 km (Radolfzell) away.

Beautiful apartment in the second sea line with magnificent views of the lake and the Alps. Just a few steps to the lake. The balcony and the terrace invite you to sit outside and grill. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge/freezer leaves nothing to be desired. A ping pong table, pool table and washer/dryer can be used. The electric car can also be charged.

It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.80x2m) with a separate bunk for children (up to approx. 10 years), a living room with a sofa bed that can be used if necessary. The kitchen in the dining-living room is fully equipped. There are two quiet terraces between orchards and the garden.

Radolfzell apartment "Unter der Linde"

Our 3-room apartment with 71 m² is only a 10-minute walk from Radolfzell train station and the picturesque old town. The supermarket with butcher and bakery is a 2-minute walk. Parking spaces are available at the house. Storage for bicycles is also available. The apartment can accommodate up to four adults. An additional extra bed offers a fifth person a sleeping option.

Cozy, small, rustic attic apartment in old cottage with 3 floors,quiet location with garden,not far to the lake and the city,very nice view to the mountains. Bus stop into town,to the lake or train station at 50m,good butcher,vegetables and baker at 200m distance. Bicycles or canoes can be rented if required. Parking is available right in front of the house.

The apartment consists of a large living room and bedroom, bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. A terrace and parking space are also available. In addition to the specified price, the city of Radolfzell charges a tourist tax of €3 per person per day.
