Beautiful property! Great location at the top of a hill away from the bustle but a very short walk to restaurants and nightlife. The space itself is well-appointed and high quality. And we felt very safe staying there. No complaints, highly recommend this property.

Everything was very good, very nice, the facilities were very comfortable, the pools were very large with a lot of space, everything was excellent, thank you very much.

Well located

Blanca was an amazing host! She was friendly, attentive, responsive and generous with her time. By the time we left, we felt like family. She went over and beyond what was required of her as a host even watching our dogs when we had a medical emergency. She also put up a private fence so our doors could have time outside. I can’t recommend her enough thank you Blanca.

Beautiful spot, 2 min walk to the north beach (and the bar right there there, Las Sirenas, had the best margs), 10-15 to town. amazing view.

Teresa and Arturo were very attentive and kind! We had to ask for a few small items and they responded immediately and kindly gave us many tips for places to visit in Mexico etc. The pool was lovely also. The walk to ‘town’ took us approx 5 minutes. Our only complaint was construction going on both at the complex as well as next door which was quite loud during our stay. Gracias Teresa & Arturo!

Fantastic value. A beautiful location and view with easy access to the city and malecon. Tony was exceptionally helpful and welcoming.

Good place. Access to the pools is 10/10. They are very spacious and although the complex is full, you don't feel crowded when swimming. We liked the condominium a lot and we will return in the future. The prices of the bar and restaurant are affordable and to get to the pool from the room is super easy and close. 10/10 recommended

I love Alis’s place. The view is spectacular. This was my third time visiting and I hope to be back again. Alis is also helpful if you have questions or need anything.

Alondra, was always on the lookout, at all hours, helped us with doubts we had, and was very patient, the place is very nice and quiet, we loved it.

Perfect place to stay right near the Marina. Zoho Skies has so many amenities. We felt very safe walking in the evening to dinner. Be sure to make reservations because it can be busy on a Saturday night. Inexpensive Uber from the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely love Adriana‘s place! It is 100% clean and comfortable and as a solo female traveler, I felt perfectly safe. The building is impeccably clean, and the staff at Punto Novo are exceptionally kind and welcoming. I stayed for a month and felt like I was home. It is clear the host has the comfort of her guests in mind. I will happily return for another stay someday. The rooftop pool is exquisite as well – wonderful breezes from the sea, and a great place to take in some sun. You can walk to two different grocery stores in about 15 minutes by crossing under the bridge of Highway 200. If you’d like to cook, I recommend Soriana as the produce is very fresh. Within one block is an excellent local taco restaurant with only outdoor seating that is open all but Sunday and has excellent tacos and an excellent price. I couldn’t be happier with my stay and I thank you Adriana.

I stayed in the ground floor unit. It was well decorated and clean. The place has a nice feel to it, calming and modern. The location is an easy walk to the square and beach. It is tucked back a bit from the busier part of town which was nice. The building and surroundings felt safe, and neighboring people were friendly. There is a small grocery close by (get the local salsa, yum!) and bars and restaurants are a short walk. The large bed is very comfortable. Two things that could be improved are the pool could be a little cleaner, not bad but could be better. The security front door for the building is right outside the front door to the unit, it’s metal. Every time someone comes and goes from the upper 3 units, the door makes a loud metal slamming noise. Miriam had excellent communication and was very friendly! I loved my stay in this place, it was a great experience!

The place was really beautiful, peaceful, a great spot to take time for yourself, They help you with whatever question you have, they’re very attentive, It’s private beach it’s small and gorgeous but difficult access, luckily there’re a couple beaches nearby, I would definitely come back to palma ganesh.

Unique lighthouse architecture (spiral staircase) in a very traditional neighborhood. Exactly as the photos show. Very easy to communicate with the hosts. Overall very simple but comfortable. Casa. The washer and dryer were nice amenities. Only complaint is that it’s on the mountain side of Highway 200 opposite the beach. Can be very difficult to cross over to the beach 🏖️ side! I would stay again.

Excellent place, very clean, with enough utensils to cook, the pool temperature is excellent and the beach is clean and with many palm huts and beds. Yadira was very attentive and there was immediate communication when necessary. Definitely a place to go back.

The hosts are kind, helpful, and focused on guests having a good stay. I definitely recommend.

The accommodation was very good, the attention and above all the location we have everything close by convenience stores, public transport is easy to take and that leaves you close to the accommodation I stayed with my family all we are very comfortable price and nice the place I definitely recommend this accommodation and I would return every time 🫶

The location is good , with many food options nearby. Hosts were very attentive and always responded quickly to my questions.

The stay was pleasant, there was no need for anything, there are stores kiosko and places nearby to eat. Everything was very clean and accessible. Thanks again

Simple, cozy, modern feel that is perfect for a solo traveler. Absolutely loved the spot, Marciela is a fabulous host and the place was equipped with everything one might need (coffee, purified water, a/c, TV above bed, washer/dryer). All for a great price!
