Excellent option for a beach vacation, very practical to have the beach attached to the house as it is very comfortable for the whole family, a very quiet area ideal for rest, you can find all the amenities very close, in general very good option for a great vacation

Absolutely loved our 5-night stay at Casa Rosa! It was the perfect spot to unwind, with stunning views and beautiful weather. The home looks exactly like the photos—if not better—and had everything we needed. Just a short, easy ride to great local restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again!

We just left a week long stay at Casa Magia. This trip was everything we expected and more. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Close to town but far enough away to not be in the hustle and sounds of it. We could hear a roster crowing at different times but luckily it was far enough away to not annoy us. The wide open feel of the upper floor left us feeling like the world is just one big open place for a week. Miguel was very helpful on check in and with whatever inquiries we had. The drive up to the casa is a steep hill and golf carts are a must. A little expensive but definitely worth it. I could not imagine walking up the hill twice a day. I made ice everyday but buying one bag before you go would be a great effort saver. The beds felt very comfortable and everything was very clean. There were my husband and myself and our three kids in their twenties and everyone loved the spaciousness and luxury the home presented to us. I'd go back again.

The place is just perfect The only detail that I see personally, is that it is a little far from the "main" beaches (IF YOU DO not CARRY YOUR OWN CAR, and YOU DO not WANT UBER) outside of all that, it is a simply perfect accommodation and in short I would take the stay again, it is also bigger than what you see in the photos, the air conditioners are very good, the privacy between the rooms and the bathrooms are good, the pool is of a very good and comfortable size, in addition to that apparently it has its own heating, the kitchen is better equipped than many things in CDMX haha. The decorations and in general the architecture is very good. The armchairs and of course the beds are very comfortable for sleeping and living, the screens are also suitably sized I in particular, for cases where there is no self transportation and avoiding the use of Uber or the like, I would add a bike so I can quickly go for small things to nearby stores But 🫶🏻

We had a great weekend. The house is very comfortable and clean, with everything you need to enjoy a stay with family or friends. The garden with barbecue, the heated pool, the best. This is the second time we've been and we'd go back without hesitation.

The home and property were amazing. Everything was as expected and better from the pool area to the rooms on the lower level. If there was an issue or concern, it was addressed one way or another. The beach is also only 30 seconds away from the home. Couldn't be better. Would love to stay here again!

We stayed at Casa Gardenia in April 2025. We shared the house with our good friends and found it, as glorious as the pictures, was also very sharable. The space was roomy and comfortable. Rebecca was friendly and easy to work with, a 10/10! Rene, the care taker of the property, was the hidden treasure of our vacation. He set up transfers, taxis, and advised us on best days to do things. Friendly as could be. One house problem was fixed within the hour.He was professional and amazing. Just can't think of cons. The road up the hill takes a little getting used to, but it is what sets up the amazing view. The town has some old world feel to it, giving some perspective that travel should, as to how the world lives and works. This little town is friendly and prepares some of the most amazing food - we enjoyed and loved every meal! Try a Fortuna beer if you get a chance! The restaurants Kahlo and Mary's were a couple favs. Cheers to tacos and Tequila...see you again!

This is a very nice house in an interesting neighborhood, decorated in a truly Mexican fashion. Juan was great.

We were very comfortable in the accommodation, the coto where it is very quiet, access was very easy, Israel was always on the lookout and communication was very easy, we would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful place! Photos cannot do it justice. The spaciousness and open design of the main living area, as well as the large bedrooms, made this a perfect accommodation for a large group. Our family spent many hours in and around the lovely pool. The beach was a walkable distance away, and we enjoyed swimming in the waves. Food options are numerous in Bucerias. We especially enjoyed some of the local eateries. The house is located in a residential neighbourhood where local shops and street life are part of the experience of vacationing in Bucerias. Communication with hosts Lara and James was easy, and they were accommodating of our needs. For example, they provided a playpen for an infant to sleep in. When our flight to Mexico was delayed, James kindly met us at the house in the wee hours. We highly recommend this amazing place.

The house is very nice and spacious, we were 2 adults, a child and a baby so we had a lot of space left over. The only thing we didn't like is that they are very austere haha let's see if I can make myself understood, it wasn't anything bad but there were no details, for example, there was no water to drink, which had never happened to us, they always left us water, even if it was a few bottles or drinks in the refrigerator since the check-in is usually just when it's hottest, with the cost of the house I don't think it would lower the profit if they had a little detail but apart from that everything was fine, of course we would return to that or another house managed by the same hosts since there was good communication and kindness on their part. The subdivision is beautiful as always. The club is under renovation, but at least the largest pool was working. The only bad thing there are the waiters. There are few, but there is little work. Even so, they are slow to serve, but the food is very good and cheaper than in restaurants.

Great place. We rented all the apartments including the house and studio. We had our 10th family reunion for 10 days, and everyone was impressed and loved the place. The pool and garden was cleaned everyday, they came and cleaned after 7 days (every week). The owner was very attentive and was always there when we needed him. Hands down best airbnb we've ever stayed on, and we've stayed in airbnbs every year.

Our stay at Casa Los Señadores was absolutely perfect! From the moment we booked, our host was incredibly welcoming, always responsive, and provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The property itself is truly a hidden gem. While the photos online were lovely, they honestly don't do justice to how beautiful the home and especially the pool are in person – it was even more gorgeous than we imagined! We spent countless hours relaxing by the stunning pool. The location was also a huge plus. We loved the friendly neighborhood vibe; it made us feel right at home and very comfortable. Any questions we had throughout our stay were met with a perfect and quick resolution from our host, demonstrating their genuine commitment to ensuring a fantastic guest experience. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. We can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed staying at Haddon and errands Place not only was it clean and beautiful and well designed but the view is magnificent we also enjoyed how clean the yard was and how easy it was access down even though it had the feeling of being absolutely private would definitely recommend staying here And are considering staying there again on our next trip! The Treehouse was a great place for my wife and I to unwind after our wedding week. The unit itself was peaceful and had a great view, with plenty of space to spread out on the property between the different seating areas. It is definitely a unique unit and we really enjoyed our stay! You can walk into town from the Airbnb, but we found ourselves avoiding the steep hills and calling an Uber (for a very low cost) to get into town most days. Lastly, Petr was a fantastic host, and was always very responsive and helpful if we had any needs. We would definitely recommend staying at Madeleine and Petr’s place!

We loved staying at Brady’s place! My fiance and I booked a last minute trip and Brady was able to accommodate us quickly. We loved the place and would 100% stay there again!

This house was perfect for multi generational family (multiple levels is something to think about if mobility is issue) We had more than enough space for all family members to gather either on deck off kitchen, upper deck where bbq and fire table overlooks ocean view and the stars at night were incredible. If that’s not enough, the spectacular infinity pool was amazing to relax, swim or play card games outside, or sneak off on your own and find plenty of spaces in or out to read your favourite book. This was the perfect end to our vacation as was quiet but only a 10 minute walk to beach or 20 min car ride to SAN Pancho (SAN Francisco) where that small town vibe with markets, many restaurants and ocean front greets you. We had all we needed for a perfect getaway and hosts were very responsive to our needs. Thanks for a wonderful getaway.

Casa Chucho is the best. This was our first time in San Pancho...it definitely will not be our last. If you're familiar with San Pancho, none of this is a surprise. If not, worth noting a few great things. Casa Chucho is literally 90 secs from the beach. We'd depart at 7:05 to reach the beach at 7:07 to watch the sunset. Casa Chucho is also quite literally in the heart of the restaurant row of San Pancho...the main drag. This is absolutely a plus, but know that you will have live music and DJ sounds into the evening. Casa Chucho provides sound machines which definitely help. They music doesn't go too late. The home itself is impeccable. Was clear to my design-minded wife that a lot of time, cost and attention was paid to everything. The beds are comfortable, design is functional and stylish, and the kitchen is well stocked. During our time, the hot tub was out of order, which was a disappointment...which meant the back was unavailable. We loved Casa Chucho.

A wonderful weekend getaway. This super secluded hidden gem is just a short walking distance way from town. It had everything we needed, was spotless and super comfortable. The bed was a dream to sleep in. Definitely considering coming back.

This place is awesome! The A/Cs in the bedrooms were plenty powerful enough to keep me and my partner (both from the Pacific Northwest) plenty cool enough to sleep. the rooftop plunge pool, shaded area, and loungers are the real star of the show. Uber makes everything super easy here and they're get the address right as long as you follow Cindy's instructions. we used Uber daily for rides around town, groceries, etc. Cindy was super attentive to anything we needed and has lots of recommendations. We had a great time.
