We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

We were a group of 7 with 2 children. Casa Milu was perfect for us. the kids loved the pool and it was eat access to the beach as well. Very walkable to everything you need, but far enough away from the noise of Sayulita center. the restaurants across the street were amazing and there were many shops near by to get essentials. Luis was a great host and made everything easy and stress free. We would definitely book here again!

Casa Destino was the most unique, ideal place to stay that we could’ve asked for. The house was full of authentic Sayulita charm, perfectly clean, well equipped (comfy beds, strong AC, chlorine pool) and convenient in relation to both town and beach. We rented a golf cart for the week, which was great to have when feeling lazy but everything in town was perfectly walkable from the house too. The surrounding homes were always quiet, so while there are neighbors, it still felt perfectly secluded, private and safe. Amazing views of both the jungle side and town side, and a killer top deck for a sunset lookout. Nancy was beyond helpful with dining/beach location/activity recommendations, transportation coordinating and overall communication all week long. If you’re looking for a chill, fun and rejuvenating experience in Sayulita, this home is the cherry on top. Cannot wait to come back! 🌞

Muy buen alojamiento, equipado, con buen mantenimiento, y excelentes condiciones. Es privado, ideal para descansar y lo mejor es que permitan el acceso a mascotas. Manuel estuvo muy servicial y pendiente de la llegada y las dudas que surgían. Estoy satisfecho con esta experiencia y la recomiendo.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The space was nicely decorated, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The views of the water were stunning (we even saw whales), and the private deck was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen had everything for cooking, and the bedrooms were super comfortable. The host was also very attentive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway by the water!

We spent weekend with my family at Russel’s place and it was a great experience. I was a little afraid because my pet is An Aleman shepherd and loves to play everywhere. The place was wonderful with a lot of space and accessible for people and pets. The beach is one block far from the house, so you don’t need to walk a long distance. Thanks for your hospitality.

Está bien ubicada, la alberca es grande y está increíble que sea para ti solo, no me encantó que estuviera sucio al momento de nuestra llegada (toallas sucias, el bote de basura del baño de “visitas” sucio, los cubiertos estaban sucios) las regaderas sacaban muuuuuuuuy poquita agua era difícil bañarse por eso, el baño de la recámara más grande apestaba horrible a caño… tiene un jardín muy bonito y en general tiene un estilo rústico lindo… a la salida, el personal de limpieza llegó 10:30, media hora antes de nuestra salida, comenzaron a limpiar con nosotros aún ahí, no los saludaron ni nada, eso se me hizo muy grosero. Está bien, pero está EXCESIVAMENTE CARO para lo que ofrece. No se si volvería. Puntos extra por ser pet friendly pero en general… meh.

Great location. It is in the middle of everything . It is a very quiet neighborhood . Very nice Airbnb and would def recommend.

We were delighted staying at Lara's and James's villa. Every question we had before going was answered. James met us at the door with a huge smile on his face! The villa was even better than the photos taken. We had 4 children under 6 years of age and 6 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us to have privacy and also the open layout of the home gave us areas for the kids to play while keeping them in plain sight. The pool was the best! We felt like we were at our own private resort! The place.was just immaculate and the housekeeper and gardner were beyond helpful!. It was lovely living like a local in the community. The only negative I can think of is it was a chore walking the young children to the beach which was a few blocks away. However, we learned there were inexpensive Ubers. This was the first of this kind of family vacation together. 10 people of different ages and personalities could all blend together as well as have their privacy. Fabulous!

Absolutely loved our 5-night stay at Casa Rosa! It was the perfect spot to unwind, with stunning views and beautiful weather. The home looks exactly like the photos—if not better—and had everything we needed. Just a short, easy ride to great local restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again!

We just left a week long stay at Casa Magia. This trip was everything we expected and more. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Close to town but far enough away to not be in the hustle and sounds of it. We could hear a roster crowing at different times but luckily it was far enough away to not annoy us. The wide open feel of the upper floor left us feeling like the world is just one big open place for a week. Miguel was very helpful on check in and with whatever inquiries we had. The drive up to the casa is a steep hill and golf carts are a must. A little expensive but definitely worth it. I could not imagine walking up the hill twice a day. I made ice everyday but buying one bag before you go would be a great effort saver. The beds felt very comfortable and everything was very clean. There were my husband and myself and our three kids in their twenties and everyone loved the spaciousness and luxury the home presented to us. I'd go back again.

We researched many houses in Sayulita and it was a difficult choice to narrow down. With this place we picked the right one! Excellent location and easy to walk to and from town as well as the beach. Only one small section of steeper street to manage at the top but pretty easy compared to some of the other places around town and how steep the roads are. Plenty of golf cart rentals if you need one but we never felt it was needed for us. Everything is very close by as this is a nice smaller town that is easily manageable once you spend a few days here. The house has plenty of space and the roof top patio and pool were must haves to relax and enjoy the views. If you are choosing between a few narrowed down selections you won’t be disappointed with this house. We would definitely rent again. Prices in town seemed on average about half of Puerto Vallarta and other heavy tourist Mexico spots for food and drinks. Safe town. Friendly people. Incredible food. Always felt welcomed.

Great spot to stay, a quick walk into town. Octavio was super quick to respond to our questions. The front door lock is a bit hard to turn with my arthritic hands, but luckily my friend was able to. The hammocks were wonderful, lots of birds, wildlife, and quiet further away from the center of town!

Wow, this house is beautiful. It is better than the pictures! We have some advise: 1. The infinity pool and back deck are on the equivalent of a 3rd story. The railings are Mexico code, and not suitable for small children unless very closely supervised. 2. Do not rent this house without the golf cart. The single lane cobblestone road to the house is incredibly steep and not walkable unless you are an Everest shirpa. If you rent a car, you had better be more skilled than an F1 driver. The rental rate for the golf cart was very reasonable. 3. The food in Salulita is better than you can imagine. 4. Use the transportation shuttle the host can arrange, it is stress free, private, and includes a stop at the grocery store on the way. Plan on a least an hour transport time to PVR. 5. Bring pesos, most places are cash. The AC on the house is amazing. The sound of the ocean at the house is spectacular. Highly recommend this place, we would stay here again!

Arguably one of the coolest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Great walkability to bustling downtown Vallarta below matched with an uncredible Birds Eye view of the bay and cityscape. The home was peaceful and refreshing after a long day in the heat. The hosts were staying in the other treehouse during our stay and treated us like personal friends. We will 100% be looking to stay here during our next trip to Mexico. This is THE PLACE. If you have a chance to stay here, don’t hesitate to book. 10/10 experience.

La casa es muy bonita y espaciosa, nosotros fuimos 2 adultos, un niño y un bebé por lo que nos sobró mucho espacio. Lo único que no nos gustó es que son muy austeros jaja a ver si me doy a entender, no fue nada malo pero faltaron detalles, por ejemplo, no había agua para tomar, cosa que nunca nos había pasado, siempre nos dejaban agua, aunque sea unas botellitas o bebidas en el refrigerador ya que generalmente la entrada es justo cuando hace más calor, con el costo que tiene la casa creo que no bajaría la utilidad si tuvieran un detallito pero aparte de eso todo bien, claro que regresaríamos a esa o a otra casa administrada por los mismos anfitriones ya que hubo buena comunicación y amabilidad de su parte. El Fraccionamiento bonito como siempre. El club está en remodelación pero al menos sí funcionaba la alberca más grande, lo único malo de ahí son los meseros, son pocos pero hay poco trabajo, aún así son lentos para atender pero la comida es muy buena y más barata que en restaurantes

Casa Chucho is the best. This was our first time in San Pancho...it definitely will not be our last. If you're familiar with San Pancho, none of this is a surprise. If not, worth noting a few great things. Casa Chucho is literally 90 secs from the beach. We'd depart at 7:05 to reach the beach at 7:07 to watch the sunset. Casa Chucho is also quite literally in the heart of the restaurant row of San Pancho...the main drag. This is absolutely a plus, but know that you will have live music and DJ sounds into the evening. Casa Chucho provides sound machines which definitely help. They music doesn't go too late. The home itself is impeccable. Was clear to my design-minded wife that a lot of time, cost and attention was paid to everything. The beds are comfortable, design is functional and stylish, and the kitchen is well stocked. During our time, the hot tub was out of order, which was a disappointment...which meant the back was unavailable. We loved Casa Chucho.

A wonderful weekend getaway. This super secluded hidden gem is just a short walking distance way from town. It had everything we needed, was spotless and super comfortable. The bed was a dream to sleep in. Definitely considering coming back.

We really enjoyed staying at Haddon and errands Place not only was it clean and beautiful and well designed but the view is magnificent we also enjoyed how clean the yard was and how easy it was access down even though it had the feeling of being absolutely private would definitely recommend staying here And are considering staying there again on our next trip! Thank you both!
