We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

We were a group of 7 with 2 children. Casa Milu was perfect for us. the kids loved the pool and it was eat access to the beach as well. Very walkable to everything you need, but far enough away from the noise of Sayulita center. the restaurants across the street were amazing and there were many shops near by to get essentials. Luis was a great host and made everything easy and stress free. We would definitely book here again!

Casa Destino was the most unique, ideal place to stay that we could’ve asked for. The house was full of authentic Sayulita charm, perfectly clean, well equipped (comfy beds, strong AC, chlorine pool) and convenient in relation to both town and beach. We rented a golf cart for the week, which was great to have when feeling lazy but everything in town was perfectly walkable from the house too. The surrounding homes were always quiet, so while there are neighbors, it still felt perfectly secluded, private and safe. Amazing views of both the jungle side and town side, and a killer top deck for a sunset lookout. Nancy was beyond helpful with dining/beach location/activity recommendations, transportation coordinating and overall communication all week long. If you’re looking for a chill, fun and rejuvenating experience in Sayulita, this home is the cherry on top. Cannot wait to come back! 🌞

Very good accommodation, equipped, well maintained, and in excellent condition. It is private, ideal for resting and the best thing is that they allow access to pets. Manuel was very helpful and attentive to the arrival and the doubts that arose. I am satisfied with this experience and recommend it.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The space was nicely decorated, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The views of the water were stunning (we even saw whales), and the private deck was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen had everything for cooking, and the bedrooms were super comfortable. The host was also very attentive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway by the water!

We spent weekend with my family at Russel’s place and it was a great experience. I was a little afraid because my pet is An Aleman shepherd and loves to play everywhere. The place was wonderful with a lot of space and accessible for people and pets. The beach is one block far from the house, so you don’t need to walk a long distance. Thanks for your hospitality.

The home and property were amazing. Everything was as expected and better from the pool area to the rooms on the lower level. If there was an issue or concern, it was addressed one way or another. The beach is also only 30 seconds away from the home. Couldn't be better. Would love to stay here again!

Great location. It is in the middle of everything . It is a very quiet neighborhood . Very nice Airbnb and would def recommend.

We were delighted staying at Lara's and James's villa. Every question we had before going was answered. James met us at the door with a huge smile on his face! The villa was even better than the photos taken. We had 4 children under 6 years of age and 6 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us to have privacy and also the open layout of the home gave us areas for the kids to play while keeping them in plain sight. The pool was the best! We felt like we were at our own private resort! The place.was just immaculate and the housekeeper and gardner were beyond helpful!. It was lovely living like a local in the community. The only negative I can think of is it was a chore walking the young children to the beach which was a few blocks away. However, we learned there were inexpensive Ubers. This was the first of this kind of family vacation together. 10 people of different ages and personalities could all blend together as well as have their privacy. Fabulous!

Absolutely loved our 5-night stay at Casa Rosa! It was the perfect spot to unwind, with stunning views and beautiful weather. The home looks exactly like the photos—if not better—and had everything we needed. Just a short, easy ride to great local restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again!

The house is very nice and nice. The only thing I don't quite understand. because I have rented on other occasions in Mexicali, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel It is an extra deposit of $400.00 Good thing he canceled it in the end. But the house exceeds expectations Thank you very much for your hospitality

Great spot to stay, a quick walk into town. Octavio was super quick to respond to our questions. The front door lock is a bit hard to turn with my arthritic hands, but luckily my friend was able to. The hammocks were wonderful, lots of birds, wildlife, and quiet further away from the center of town!

We had an incredible time staying at Cindy’s slice of paradise. Beautiful views, open space with ample windows create a perfect breeze, we only used air conditioning in rooms at night. This trip was one for the books and we are so happy this space was our hub for the vacation.

Wow, this house is beautiful. It is better than the pictures! We have some advise: 1. The infinity pool and back deck are on the equivalent of a 3rd story. The railings are Mexico code, and not suitable for small children unless very closely supervised. 2. Do not rent this house without the golf cart. The single lane cobblestone road to the house is incredibly steep and not walkable unless you are an Everest shirpa. If you rent a car, you had better be more skilled than an F1 driver. The rental rate for the golf cart was very reasonable. 3. The food in Salulita is better than you can imagine. 4. Use the transportation shuttle the host can arrange, it is stress free, private, and includes a stop at the grocery store on the way. Plan on a least an hour transport time to PVR. 5. Bring pesos, most places are cash. The AC on the house is amazing. The sound of the ocean at the house is spectacular. Highly recommend this place, we would stay here again!

Arguably one of the coolest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. Great walkability to bustling downtown Vallarta below matched with an uncredible Birds Eye view of the bay and cityscape. The home was peaceful and refreshing after a long day in the heat. The hosts were staying in the other treehouse during our stay and treated us like personal friends. We will 100% be looking to stay here during our next trip to Mexico. This is THE PLACE. If you have a chance to stay here, don’t hesitate to book. 10/10 experience.

Phenomenal place that provides best of both worlds. The house is very cozy and located in a quit neighborhood at walking distance from downtown/beach ( 20 min). Close enough to walk, but away from the noise and crowds from town. The patio, open space and pool is great to live outside in a very confortable way. We use the pool a lot in the morning, coming back from the beach and before bedtime. Super relaxing and great to cool off. The amount of birds around the house singing was also a great treat. There is a house in construction in front of the property, there is noise coming from it, but it is not to bad. They tend to start later in the morning and were finished when we came back from the beach. Rene is also very helpful and reactive. Provided us all we needed in terms of support and info in a heartbeat. Overall, I really recommend this house, its location, set up and surroundings makes it the perfect spot. You’ll love it.

The house is very nice and spacious, we were 2 adults, a child and a baby so we had a lot of space left over. The only thing we didn't like is that they are very austere haha let's see if I can make myself understood, it wasn't anything bad but there were no details, for example, there was no water to drink, which had never happened to us, they always left us water, even if it was a few bottles or drinks in the refrigerator since the check-in is usually just when it's hottest, with the cost of the house I don't think it would lower the profit if they had a little detail but apart from that everything was fine, of course we would return to that or another house managed by the same hosts since there was good communication and kindness on their part. The subdivision is beautiful as always. The club is under renovation, but at least the largest pool was working. The only bad thing there are the waiters. There are few, but there is little work. Even so, they are slow to serve, but the food is very good and cheaper than in restaurants.

Casa Chucho is the best. This was our first time in San Pancho...it definitely will not be our last. If you're familiar with San Pancho, none of this is a surprise. If not, worth noting a few great things. Casa Chucho is literally 90 secs from the beach. We'd depart at 7:05 to reach the beach at 7:07 to watch the sunset. Casa Chucho is also quite literally in the heart of the restaurant row of San Pancho...the main drag. This is absolutely a plus, but know that you will have live music and DJ sounds into the evening. Casa Chucho provides sound machines which definitely help. They music doesn't go too late. The home itself is impeccable. Was clear to my design-minded wife that a lot of time, cost and attention was paid to everything. The beds are comfortable, design is functional and stylish, and the kitchen is well stocked. During our time, the hot tub was out of order, which was a disappointment...which meant the back was unavailable. We loved Casa Chucho.

We loved staying at Brady’s place! My fiance and I booked a last minute trip and Brady was able to accommodate us quickly. We loved the place and would 100% stay there again!

We really enjoyed staying at Haddon and errands Place not only was it clean and beautiful and well designed but the view is magnificent we also enjoyed how clean the yard was and how easy it was access down even though it had the feeling of being absolutely private would definitely recommend staying here And are considering staying there again on our next trip! Everything in very good clean condition, the house has very nice details, the pool is a 10. Joce was an excellent host.
