There are often deer in the back yard, and at night you can see horses and carriages go by from the Arlington Hotel.> The renovation of the house to make it fun, cozy, and safe for our guests has been a labor of love. We welcome any visitors who will respect and enjoy the property!! We have a portable Pack and Play for toddlers! We love children! The dining area faces the Park, and the TV room is between that and the kitchen!

It's a short five-minute drive to Hot Springs National Park Bathhouse Row and downtown restaurants and shops. The house has 2 units that share the front porch only. They have separate entrances. Also have separate backyard fencing. Pets that are house trained are allowed. Please declare pets at time of reservation we do charge a pet fee.
