My name is Beatrice and I live in this pretty townhouse together with three lovely cats. I rent two bedrooms. This listing is for the small room. Additional person 25.00 per night. Only a few minutes to Buchs train station. Zurich City & Kloten Airport in about 20 minutes. In Buchs there are various shops and restaurants In summer there is a small pool in the garden, a lounge. Bathroom is shared. Kitchen not usable! Additional large breakfast for 18.-sFr p.P.

The bedroom is very cozy. In addition, it has a gallery with a large desk and a sitting area (size 50 m²). The garden and pool can be used. The location of the house is very quiet and in the nearby forest you can walk or jog. The airport is 10 minutes by bus and Zurich is 15 minutes. Parking is at your disposal. 10 different restaurants. Excellent location for guests arriving late at the airport or departing early.

Close to city center and the forest

Single bedroom with private bathroom in two bedroom apartment close to the city centre of Zurich (11 minutes tram ride from Zurich main station). Modern building complex close to the forest (great for joggers). The bedroom grants direct access to lovely terrace (shared use). Private car park available in underground parking lot. Accessible in less than 30 minutes from Zurich Airport (by train and tram).

Please note that for the months June, July and August there will be construction works on the outside of the building. Since I don't know about the noise I recommend not to book with me if you need to sleep long in the morning . Whoever is fine to get up early and is just looking forward to get a good rest sleep is more than welcome to stay with me.

The Bachsertal in the Zurich Unterland is a protected area of national importance. The village of Bachs comprises a village core with the original character of a farming village as well as various hamlets and farms. Our house, built in 1550, is also listed as a monument.

Die Wohnung befindet sich 4 min mit dem Bus und 10 min zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Winterthur entfernt. Direkt neben dem Kantonsspital. Wir haben einen kleinen Hund und die Gastgeber/Innen werden meine liebevollen Eltern sein :)
