Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Brunswick West

Absolutely wonderful and cute little place. My wife and I enjoyed celebrating our wedding anniversary there. We were pleasantly surprised at the proximity to the tollway but it was so quiet, it sounded like a shower of rain which actually helped us sleep. We would recommend this place for anyone wanting to get away for a night or two (from the kids especially)

Had a comfortable stay. Had everything we needed and was so close to some really great food/wine spots and cafes. Also very easy to get the tram into the city.

Great location, easy access to public transport and amenities. Beautifully decorated, a lovely space to escape to.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. Mark met us at the home and showed us around which was so helpful. He was super friendly and we felt comfortable chatting with him. We really enjoyed relaxing in the spa with some wine and enjoying a movie in bed. It’s was really nice not to have kids around for a night. Robert was a fabulous host as he was responsive and helpful. The house was ideal for our 3 generations to stay as it was homely and had enough space for everyone to co exist. We could relax and enjoy the place without worrying about the house being too pristine to move. Great family getaway. Thanks Robert.

My stay at Brunswick Living was great. The apartment is well situated in Brunswick West with cafes and trams on the doorstep making it easy to get into the city for work, or walkable to everything that Brunswick has to offer. The host Zoe was extremely helpful and responsive and the apartment was well equipped and clean. I will definitely be back next time I am in Melbourne.

Fantastic 3 week for 4 people stay at this outstanding penthouse in Brunswick! The apartment is just minutes walk to the lively shops and cafes etc of Sydney Rd and in particular the local bakeries for breakfast supplies each morning . The location is very close to either the train or trams - literally 2 mins walk to either. The hosts are very responsive and everything was well managed. On arrival there was generous supplies of coffee pods and tea 's provided and a warm invitation to use any of kitchen supplies we needed during our stay. A personal favorite is that a soda stream was also provided (a small thing but always a delight !). The apartment is bright and airy (and just like the photographs) with a very large terrace space with loads of seating and comfy couches. The bedrooms had 'whisper quiet' air con units that made for great sleeps on those extra warm nights. The broadband speed is very fast. We would love to stay at this outstanding Penthouse apartment again.

I stayed at Amy and Saxon’s place for a week and a half while in Melbourne, it was so perfect. So much of what you need is in the apartment and anything else, is very close by! Amy was friendly, accomodating, flexible and incredibly helpful. The place is beautiful and I was even left with a change over for towels and linen. Thank you so much for having me! I’m so glad this is where I chose to stay x

This is such a sweet B&B! The location is perfect, only a block off of the super cool Brunswick’s ‘Sydney Ave’. The #19 tram goes straight into downtown - so easy. The apt was perfect, cozy, clean & quiet. I loved it!

The host is fantastic, took care of everything, supplies and amenities in the kitchen, laundry, ready to use to make our stay comfortable. The space is quite limited in the bathroom but usable.

Apartment is in a great location, nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Ace's place was very enjoyable to stay in for us when we went to Melbourne. Being on the 63rd floor, the view was amazing, and you could not really hear much of the city noises. The amenities of this building were more than enough. We had access to two pools, a gym, and various other amenities that can be accessed through a different booking (e.g. Virtual golf, Library, Karaoke and Mahjong). The location of this place was superb, being right in the middle of the city and having multiple modes of transport right outside the building. Shopping and restaurants were common in the area too. There was a little hiccup during the booking of Ace's place due to some listing errors, but it was generally easy to communicate with him, and we solved the issue pretty fast. One downside is that some extra funds are required if you would like to check in early/late, or if you would like to leave your suitcase within the building. Overall, an amazing stay and would definitely stay again!

Sheryl is the best host I have dealt with this far. She replies to you within minutes which I have found other hosts can take up to 6-7 hours to reply. Her place was the cleanest I’ve stayed at this far. To sum it up there’s nothing I could complain about at all. The property was great actually the outdoor area was better and bigger than it looked in the pics. Great place with a great host.

Kate's cosy apartment was super good. Restaurants, theaters, great shopping, transport and even parks all really close by. Really close. Great shower, comfy bed, and so many thoughtful extras that I never expected. Thanks Kate for a wonderful week.

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

I had a fantastic stay at Simon’s place. The apartment was incredibly cosy, spotless and had everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better - right in the heart of Melbourne Central, making it super easy to get around and explore the city. I especially loved the access to the building’s sauna and gym, which were great extras to have. Simon was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. He truly made my stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!
