My partner, daughter, and I recently stayed in Nina's apartment in Fitzroy North and we had a fantastic experience. The location was excellent, just a few steps from a tram stop, making it easy to explore and get around. Within a few minutes, there was a fantastic supermarket, cafes, and restaurants, which added to the area's convenience and charm. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It was well-maintained, with modern and stylish furnishings that made the stay feel welcoming and relaxing. Whether you're visiting for a short trip or an extended stay, this accommodation is a great choice for those wanting a mix of comfort and convenience in a vibrant neighbourhood. Jessica's apartment was very clean and well presented with a well appointed kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was close to the local shopping centre and a short walk to transport. The apartment also offered off street parking which was appreciated. Jessica was very responsive to enquiries and offered an early check in at 12pm on request. We had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend.

Crystal's place was exactly as described so you can rest assured that the reviews are an accurate reflection also. Location is great for exploring the inner north and easy access to the city. The apartment was clean with easy access and good wifi. Having a designated underground car park was great, as was having a bath, which can be difficult to find in innercity apartments. Crystal was very good to communicate with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place :)

Had a fantastic stay. The place was spacious, clean & in a great location. Super convenient, close to Lygon st, plenty of shops & restaurants, as well as 2 seperate tram lines 5 min walk away. Would recommend to anyone

Great location with easy secure parking, amenities at the property are excellent along with the city views. Check in instructions are very clear and easy.

This is such a sweet B&B! The location is perfect, only a block off of the super cool Brunswick’s ‘Sydney Ave’. The #19 tram goes straight into downtown - so easy. The apt was perfect, cozy, clean & quiet. I loved it!

David's place has everything you need for a great stay in Melbourne ☺️. We took our little kids who LOVED seeing trams from the window. There were great playgrounds in walking distance. Super accessible to so many places. The apartment still felt so cosy and private though. David also kindly stocked the place with all the things we needed in the bathroom and kitchen. We had a great time 👍🏽.

Alexis was very helpful with questions i had during the stay, the location was very fun and the apartment very comfortable for two.

Cathy's place was warm, clean, quiet and comfortable. She had taken the trouble is make sure we had what we needed for a stay of a few days. The location was great as it was close to shops, parks and public transport. Entry and access were easy and Cathy sent detailed information. I would definitely want to return.

My partner and I stayed for the weekend and had such a fabulous time. The apartment was spotless and in a perfect location right next to brunswick street. Definitely recommend staying here!

Luke was a great host. His check-in instructions were spot-on, and the apartment was clean, spacious & homely. Lots to do and places to eat within walking distance.

Charlottes place is great. Beautifully set up and presented. it is in a great location, walkable to great restaurants and easy access to the tram. And just around the corner to Bertoncello’s - one of the best coffee joints in Melbourne. The building is pretty cool with a really interesting cool/ industrial vibe and great garden courtyard. The appartments is well set up,and the layout really works well for a couple. Will look to stay here again on our next visit to Melbourne.

Dan & Paul’s stay is a cozy, very well located and they are always very responsive on messages. Check in was smooth and quick, and for us in a business trip, we could walk to the convention centre and back with such good views and everything around us walk in distance Thanks guys, will staying over again next time. I was in Melbourne on a work trip and Mary's was an ideal place to base myself. Had great facilities in the room, as well as in the broader complex. heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a real treat. also a great rooftop which was ideal as a working space too...

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Henfry’s place was the perfect base for our trip to Melbourne. Henfry left clear instructions for parking, check in and the apartment’s amenities. We really enjoyed the pool! We had a very positive experience and would happily stay again.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others
