Peter is an excellent host! The property is beautiful and location is perfect with great views. We had an excellent time and Peter was very responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. I recommend you book a stay when in the Leogang area!

This our third year in row in this apartment. As always the hosts have been very helpful and responsive. Overall, there are so many positives to list including proximity to the ski lifts (5 min by car), spacious apartment with all the amenities that you can wish for including a covered garage.

The apartment is just like on the photos: a lot of space, a lot of light and breathtaking views. Super comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and many games like table tennis, mini billiard and more. A huge bonus in a hot weather is an access to the private lake few steps from the building.

We were at Alexandra's place for an extended weekend. Apartment is corresponding to the description. Everything was neat. Communication with Alexandra without problems. We felt very comfortable.

We felt very comfortable in Maria Alm. The apartment is very nicely furnished, spacious and has a great sun terrace. The landlords are very nice and gave us excellent advice on our excursion considerations. The center and a grocery store are within walking distance. For our car, there was a parking space directly at the house. In general, we found the included Hochkönig card to be very positive, with which you can use lifts and buses free of charge. Furthermore, the maps available in the apartment are very helpful.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Sky apartment. Check-in was super easy and we felt right at home. Upon arrival, we were surprised with a card, sweets and a bottle of sparkling wine. The highlight was of course the hot tub on the balcony with beautiful views.

We were with the whole family (six in total, including my parents) in this beautiful accommodation and it was just great all around! The apartment is well equipped: everything you need is available, from a very good coffee machine to a fully equipped kitchen. The view is fantastic and invites you to relax in the morning. The spa area is particularly noteworthy: the sauna was a real highlight, modern, clean. It was also great that it was open until 9 or even 10 pm, perfect for relaxing after a long day. A small relaxation room after the sauna might have been the icing on the cake, but to be honest, we didn't really miss it. The area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, ideal for nature lovers and families who like to be active. All in all, an accommodation that we can fully recommend.

Had a wonderful relaxing holiday in the beautiful accommodation. Spacious, clean, cosy and modern. The host is also super nice and happy to think along. Parking was excellent. In the evening, it cools down in the accommodation. The details have been thought of, so all the amenities are easy to use. The beds are also lovely and the view when you wake up is beautiful. We had a very nice vacation as a family The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything you need. Our children thought it was great that we were allowed to share the large garden. The hosts are very friendly and assist with any questions. We would definitely come back!

Had a super nice stay, although the bed is high for small people ;) Host easily accessible/responds quickly and kindly. The area is quiet and easy to walk with a dog. Supermarkets and eateries 10 min drive, but closed on Sundays but we were informed of that.

Great place. Free parking. Dog friendly. Easy access to Kaprun Ski Resort. Great and helpful host. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay with Irene and Thomas. We felt like at home and the apartment is a dream. Very good starting point for three ski resorts in the immediate vicinity. Our hosts were always available to help us and communication was very quick and straightforward. Highly recommended 👍

We had a lovely little holiday here! The location, a little bit up a hill, is dreamy. We loved the mountain view every morning! Importantly, the bed, mattress and bedding are great. (We've slept in enough Airbnbs that looked great in the photos but had terrible cheap mattresses, so we really appreciated the ones here!) We also loved the fact that a free beach is a 4-min drive from the house, complete with a large meadow, public restrooms, and a stunning view of the lake. Lastly, Communication with Christine was quick and easy, and she was around every day should we have any questions. A lovely stay, we'll be back!

Very comfortable place to stay. Beautiful lake and mountains can be seen right from the windows. Private area for a cozy holiday. There are many restaurants and other entertainment places nearby. We were very satisfied with the weekend.

The place was clean, cozy, and above all in a beautiful place. Absolutely sufficient kitchen amenities. What was absolutely TOP such a comfortable mattress. The host who greeted us with a smile was very nice and was in contact with us even during the stay. 10/10 I recommend :)

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. Great restaurants available within walking distance

We have no words to describe how much we love staying in Hannes and Claudia's apartment. From the first contact here, always helpful, friendly and attentive. Upon arriving Hannes received us and in addition to presenting the apartment, he gave us tips on what to do in the area, presented where the supermarket, bakery and walks were located (everything very close). We are positively impressed by the cleanliness of the place and beyond said the way Hannes and Claudia thought of absolutely everything (had cutlery, pots, hot tub…) a super complete location. We will definitely come back more often and refer it to our friends and family. Thanks for your excellent stay. They made our trip even more amazing!

We were debating between a few places and weren’t completely sure, but we’re so glad we went with this one. The location is fantastic—lots of great hiking nearby, and the town is charming. We also had way more snow here than other spots in the area, which was a nice surprise. The place was super well-stocked with everything we needed, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The hosts were also really responsive. All in all, we had an awesome stay and can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful week. The cottage run by Maikel and Britt is beautiful and very well located in a medium mountain setting (1350 m) located at the foot of the Hochkönig in a bucolic and relaxing setting. Maikel and Britt are very welcoming and friendly, always present for good advice. The cottage is very clean, spacious, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The sauna is very useful after a good walk. The village of Mühlbarch am Hochkönig is located downstairs 5 km away in a small valley in the center of many hikes and also a family ski resort. We would recommend it.

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

I can only recommend it. Very nice Airbnb, large indoor and outdoor area.

There were four of us there and we felt comfortable right from the start. Even our late arrival due to traffic was no problem at all and the reception was very warm and friendly. The apartment is super nice and modern, perfectly exchanged and clean, as well as a great view of the mountains. The pools are great and we also enjoyed using the sauna. We also received excursion tips. Thank you for this great stay, happy to come back! 🤩
