House holiday rentals in Brookings

The house is beautiful and spacious with two full bathrooms which easily fit my family of nine. The kids were astonished by the laundry shoot and double stairs, haha. Was a gorgeous home, would definitely stay again. Also loved that they provided fans in the rooms since there are no ceiling fans in older homes.

Justin’s house was the perfect getaway for me and my family. Our kids loved the pool and my wife and I loved the design of the house and landscape.

This place is like being at home. This rental had EVERYTHING you could image and then more. The kitchen was sticked with all utensils, cutlery, pots and pans, plates and mugs. We went crabbing, and they even had all of the tools for digging the crab meat out of the shell. The garage and games room was a BIG hit for our boys. We spent every night playing games together. The pool room was tricky to find at first, but we eventually found it. At first, I thought we had walked into the wrong house because it looked very different than the photos on the website. It turns out that the place has been recently remodeled...and looks even better than the photos online. Overall, its a gem of a place...and we would love visit again.

We loved our time at this AirBNB! It's just across the street from a public area where you can view the ocean from the top of the cliffs and there are beaches a few minutes drive in either direction. The house was clean and spacious for 7 of us with everything we needed for our visit to the Redwoods and the Oregon Coast. The small hot tub in the sunroom was nice at the end of the day, and they included details like towels for the hot tub, board games, detergent, extra blankets, etc. It's an older home that has been nicely renovated, with thoughtful additions. The kids wanted to stay at the house as much as possible. We would love to come back!

Such an intimate experience! Cindy’s place is remarkably clean and the views are insane. Views from the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and living room….nothing like it. It’s a very serene environment so loud guests would not be recommended plus the owners live upstairs so if you are looking for complete privacy this is not for you.

It was a pleasure staying in Ana’s home. A beautiful private cottage with a small yard, we found the home a lovely place to stay for a small group. Ana was responsive throughout the stay, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying with her!

Great location and very quiet, aside from the echo of the cows mooing (which provided much entertainment). We liked how secluded the house is, but not so far from town. The neighbor was very friendly and told my kids about the local deer drama.

The house offered a wonderful experience, exceeding expectations in many ways. Its cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere created a truly comfortable stay. The private neighborhood access to the beach provided a significant advantage, enhancing enjoyment of the coastal surroundings. This convenient beach access made it easy to spend leisurely days by the shore. Such a delightful combination of comfort and location made the stay truly memorable.

Such great hosts! Hope that the koi pond is back up and running for our next stay but such a great time!!!

We absolutely loved this place! The view was gorgeous & the place was super clean! Host was super quick to respond when I had a question too. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone who’s in this area! :)

We were so happy with our stay! Everything was clean and organized. Especially the bathrooms. Our bed and pillows were so comfy! Any questions I had were answered promptly and were very friendly. The listing states that you will need a 4x4 to go up the driveway and that was not an exaggeration since it’s not paved. We had a van but there was parking at the bottom and we had no problem walking up and down the driveway. Waking up to that view was absolutely amazing! Very happy with our stay.

We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect way to celebrate our 30th anniversary than at The Brown’s River’s End Beach Retreat! 2 weeks in this incredible space was an absolute dream! We appreciated being greeted by the vibrant orchids as well as all the other plush and welcoming touches strategically placed for our use and enjoyment. This home & property are so clean & well taken care of! The surroundings are even more stunning in person! Just sitting on the deck overlooking the river running into the ocean is an experience in and of itself! And having the whole private property to ourselves was icing on the cake! Mark is so laid back and easy to communicate with! The daily visits from the Steller’s Jay, the harbor seals hard at play, the whales playing where the river meets the sea, and the dusk visit by a family of river otters were all epic highlights! This is by far our most favorite place to stay in Gold Beach and we’ll definitely be returning!

Several family members traveled to Brookings to celebrate my father's 90th birthday and 6 of us rented Emily's house for a few days. It's a big, family-friendly property with many amenities including TVs, an arcade in the garage, upstairs play room, lots of games and toys for the little ones, washer, dryer, big open kitchen and family room area, bbq and outdoor deck with seating in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Wish we could have stayed a little longer!

Kelly and Sandi’s cabin was wonderful! The location was convenient and accessible for exploring the Redwoods and surrounding areas. The cabin was clean, the linens were soft and cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Even the outside air was relaxing (lol)— in the mornings and especially evenings, the cedars on the property were so pleasantly fragrant. My mom in particular couldn’t stop raving about the cabin. Additionally, Kelly was proactive, responsive, and clear in her communication throughout the process, making us feel at ease in our cross-country travels. Thanks again Kelly and Sandi!!

Our stay could not have been any better! We had everything we needed and more. The ocean views were incredible!! We will absolutely be back

The house was clean and very well stocked - the owners thought of everything. We didn’t use the guest house or yoga hut but they were very cute and clean. If you plan to use the guest house, there are lots of skylights so it will likely be an early wake up with the amount of light coming in. The river isn’t easy to access - it starts with steps but then progresses to overgrown slippery rocks straight down to the water. Overall, we wished we could have spent more time at the house - the outdoor deck and fire pit area were so inviting! It was a great stay!

This place was extremely beautiful. I wished I had stayed a little longer, but was traveling elsewhere. Check in was easy and everything was clear before I arrived.

We loved this location! The house was nice and clean. It was very nicely decorated with a bit of a vintage modern style. The view of the ocean was spectacular! It was conveniently located, shopping is just around the corner and close to many beautiful places to hike in the Redwood national park. It is great place to come back to after hiking in the park. The hosts were very helpful giving many nice suggestions on things to see and places to shop. We would love to stay here again!
