It is a beautiful apartment, cozy and lots of space. Anything you need is present. The apartment is separate from the hotel where the manager lives? Restaurants and shops nearby. Good base for getaways in the region.

The three of us were looking for a quiet place where we could study together for a few days before the exam period and organize our free time. We found more than we were looking for with Friedrich and Birgit. The apartment was clean, tidy, very tastefully furnished, equipped with everything you could wish for and everything you hadn't thought of yourself beforehand. In the event of a short-term change of plan, they reacted very flexibly and accommodatingly. Thanks to Friedrich's tips, we were able to make our afternoons very versatile. All in all, we could not have imagined the stay more pleasant, we will definitely be happy to come back!

A really nice, well-maintained and tastefully furnished apartment. Everything matches the description and images. Very practical for us was the possibility to store our bicycles safely, in the same room there is even a perfectly equipped bicycle workshop. Check-in and checkout work absolutely smoothly thanks to the combination lock. The location in the city is great, the city center and restaurants are within walking distance, great tips for this in the folder on site. Overall, also quietly located, although a little noisy - not uncommon in the old building. The only thing that bothered my husband in particular was the nearby church bells that can be heard at 6 a.m. The hosts even provided earplugs in the bedroom for this case, unfortunately he does not tolerate them. Nevertheless, we had very nice days in Nördlingen.

Lovingly furnished apartment in a very quiet location. It is a bit remote but the bus stop is just around the corner, direct connection to the center. Kitchen with new appliances, a shower with plenty of space inside, views of the green backyard and garden. We used it for overnight stays during the Rock im Park Festival and it was the best decision ever.

The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, taking the time to walk us through every detail of the house with great care. The home itself felt cozy and inviting, especially during dinner after sunset — a truly peaceful and memorable atmosphere. During the day, we loved sitting at the outdoor table, enjoying the fresh air and quiet surroundings, occasionally accompanied by the cheerful laughter of neighborhood kids. It’s also very conveniently located near the highway, with Nuremberg city center just about a 30-minute drive away. A wonderful stay we’d gladly recommend!

Paul's accommodation was exactly what we were looking for. perfect location for participating in the Rothsee Triathlon. Everything was super clean and there was everything you need. The special thing for us, although he didn't want to rent the apartment at the weekend, Paul got it organized. For this, there should be 5 extra points.

Our stay in Manfred and Beate's apartment was wonderful. The apartment is in a great location. You can be in the city center in 15 minutes with green spaces, ice cream parlors and several restaurants. The apartment is quiet, very large, clean and bright. The garden is rustic and cozy. Manfred and Beate were wonderful, personal hosts. I'm sure we'll be back again!

Had a wonderful week. Location top and the house was completely fine for us as a family with 3 sons of 16, 14 and 11. Highly recommended to use this, nothing to criticize. A fantastic host and we'd love to come back.

The view from the property is breathtaking (forest), it is a comfortable, spacious and quiet place. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We only stayed for a short time, but we felt very comfortable! Karsten was already waiting for us on our arrival and received us very warmly. We had more than enough of everything, nothing was lacking.

We had a great time in the beautiful apartment in the most central location. The balcony is a dream, the studio is perfectly and tastefully furnished. You can reach everything from there on foot, supermarket is directly opposite, subway too. Ludwig is a very likeable host who had taken care of everything. I'm sure we'll be happy to come back!

The week in Solnhofen with Bruno was great. The location is ideal for exploring the Altmühl Valley and its surroundings in a variety of ways. We hiked, took bike tours, and took trips by train to larger and smaller cities. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to paddle on the Altmühl. From a culinary point of view, we liked the café of the Solnhofen Klosterbrot (so delicious!) and the restaurant "Alte Schule". The Bürgermeister-Müller-Museum is definitely worth a visit. The apartment is great - very well equipped, clean, cozy. We felt very comfortable. And we always felt well informed and supported by our landlord. A clear recommendation - also for us, if we are drawn to the Altmühl Valley again.

Quiet private oasis with roof terrace in the historic ensemble in the old town. Everything you need for a successful vacation is within walking distance. We slept very well in the bed and enjoyed the days in the beautiful Eichstätt.

We had a nice short stay at Dario's. The communication was great and we were personally received. Dario had a few good tips for us to go out to eat. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, we also got along very well without a kitchen. For us personally, it was a little too loud at night due to the nearby road, but if you leave the windows closed, it doesn't bother you. You are super connected, quickly on foot in the city center and also quickly to the subway.

This accommodation is highly recommended, we felt completely comfortable. Liz is a very warm and attentive hostess. If you have problems climbing stairs, you should consider this in the large apartment.

We adored the city of Schwabach; there is as much or as little to do as you want. Restaurants are excellent and Nuemberg is close enough to go often. It’s a big city but easy to Navigate. A walk along the Schwabach canal toward Gustenfelden is heaven!!

Highly recommended and well-equipped new accommodation. The landlords were very friendly and quickly accessible at all times. Individual requests and questions were answered directly and easily. An all-around great stay in an apartment that I would recommend to everyone.

Andrea was very welcoming and you definitely can see how much attention to detail she has put into every room. We liked the whole experience with whirlpool, terrace and the free Netflix. We would definitely recommend it anyone, who wants some fun and quiet time :))
