Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Broadstairs

We had a lovely stay here, Nick was an excellent host, greeted us on arrival and very helpful with local info. Nick responded almost immediately to messages and had the pool ready for us to use as and when we requested. The kids had so much fun in the pool, the floats and toys left out to use were an added bonus! House was spotless and perfectly equipped. Would definitely Recommend and would happily return. Can’t give a more positive review for Angela’s town house. It’s in the perfect location, a 2minute walk from the beach, we found parking quite easy and there’s loads to do in Margate. The house itself is wonderful, very clean, has ample supplies in terms of kitchen cookware, loads of board games, beds are comfy and everything you could think to need is available. Angela herself is a wonderful host, she provided us with a local guide for the restaurants, left us a lovely gift on arrival and was on hand to help with anything we needed. This stay was worth every penny!!

What a wonderful time we’ve just had in Rob’s beautiful beachside apartment. It certainly had the WOW factor with gorgeous furnishings, fabulous balcony and amazing views. The location was spot on, being located along the quieter end of the beach but still within easy walking distance to some cool bars and restaurants. We visited the bus cafe and beach bar with DJ set a stones throw from the property, along with the Fez bar, Bottega Caruso and the Micro brewery further into the town. The Turner Gallery, crab museum and TKE (all free) were great too. The communication with Rob and Fila was very pleasant and super efficient! We hope to return!

The barn was beautifully decorated. Clean and very homely. It had plenty of room and was amazing ,with everything we needed for our stay .The outdoor space was perfect again we had good seating,a bbq ,a fire pit and a wood burning hot tub which was perfect and was ready to use when we arrived .We were surrounded by nature it was stunning. Lisa was amazing , she knew exactly what we needed. Her responses were quick and helpful a perfect host and very kind .Lisa was on hand if you needed her but we had perfect privacy . Nothing was too much trouble .I would highly recommend this Airbnb. Location wise was really good ,not far from Sandwich,Ash and the east coast is a short drive away . Beautiful walks , woodland and totally safe for our little dog . I only wish we could have stayed longer , it was the perfect place for peace and tranquility. Thank you Lisa

Charming little air bnb in an amazing location. Under 5 mins from beautiful Margate beach, but on a quiet side street. The property is a cosy, little 2 bed house. Homely and uncluttered. Even has a little, covered courtyard style garden for chillin' (and drying wet swimming trunks). The hosts, Zack & Georgia, were friendly, super helpful and polite. They always replied very quickly and you got the feeling nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The house even has free parking adjacent to the property. Which is super helpful, as anyone travelling with young children knows you tend to pack half the house. We'd def stay in this little gem of a find again and would highly recommend. Lovely place to stay, loved the bedrooms that were different styles. Close to Whitstable and the use of the private lake was a nice bonus as we do paddled boarding. Perfect 👌

I cannot imagine a better place to stay! It is perfectly located, close to the museum and pretty bay, cafes and train station. I preferred to eat in for my stay. The Aldi is nearby and all of the cooking supplies present. I spent many an hour seated near the bay window enjoying the sunrise, sunset and view of the sea. I will book here again should I return to Margate. Plenty of room for more than myself next time.

What a fantastic place - location is superb and right on the beach with short walks to the great restaurants, bars, and cafes of Marget. Amy was super helpful and responsive. Place was clean with stellar accommodations for both kids and adults. The decor is really impressive - love what they've done with this place. If you have a chance to stay here, don't pass it up.

Had a fabulous stay in the apartment. Everything we needed to make it home from home. A great venue for socialising and enjoying time with old friends. Situated perfectly for a short amble into Margate to enjoy all that it offers.

Colin and Diane's beautiful flat was by far the most beautiful and comfiest Airbnb we have stayed in yet. From the amazing decor and fun amenities such as board games, record player and the lovely back garden to the super helpful local tips and stocked cupboard of teas and snacks, this flat could not have been more perfect for our weekend getaway. Diane also let us check out later on Sunday, giving us more time to explore, which was so kind of her! The flat was also minutes away from the beach and shops and restaurants. We can't wait to be back!

Felt really nice here, short walking distance to pretty much everything in Margate, nice and quiet location, hosts were very responsive, can’t find a single fault, just lovely overall and was exactly what it said it would be!

We had a fantastic stay at Annie’s place. Beautifully decorated and everything you would need for a homely stay. The location of the property is exceptional, a quick walk to the station if you wanted to travel around the coast. In addition to this, it’s minutes from Deal town centre and the beach if you wanted to stay local. We were sad to leave and will be back! Thank you Annie!

We enjoyed a lovely couple of nights at this flat - it was really spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The Tassimo disks for our morning coffee was a lovely touch. It was great to be able to join the Viking Trail literally outside the door, and we enjoyed a beautiful walk along the coast. Mark was a great host, providing some wonderful recommendations of things to do and places to eat - there are some great restaurants in Margate! Definitely recommended for a short break.

I booked this getaway as a birthday present for our dad from my siblings and I. I spoke to Nic and she was great from the get go. As I was not the one who stayed my parents have written their little review. Thank you Nic for a wonderful relaxing time. The apartment was immaculate, modern and the little details were perfect. Everything you would need for a great time away has been thought of by the host. We were blessed with amazing weather so the little courtyard made it wonderful being such a little sun trap! Although we did not meet Nic personally she was contactable and nothing was a bother. We would definitely recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for our stay at Coastal soul.

We had a lovely overnight stay at Tom’s place and the property had everything we needed and more. It was clean with modern decor and lots of space. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into ensuring guests are well catered for. The balcony was a lovely addition, as were the snacks/breakfast provided. We especially appreciated the fans on a hot summers day! Even the bathroom is lovely, with a large shower and provided toiletries. Location is great and convenient for Canterbury town. I’d strongly recommend staying here as a base for Canterbury/Kent. Clear communication from the host and easy access via the lockbox. Thanks Tom!

We had a wonderful stay! The flat is tastefully decorated with unique objects in every corner, comfy beds, great living space... we felt right at home!!! The flat is a nice short walk in to Margate old town for great food and drink options, and well placed for longer walks along the Kent coast and beaches in either direction. We hope to be back !!!!

Angela was a lovely responsive host. Very welcoming. Her place was lovely spacious. The kitchen was well equipped!!! She left some milk in the fridge for us which was thoughtful and also some chocolate treats! Thank you Angela!!! We will definitely be returning!! We would definitely be returning.

Such a lovely apartment in a great location. Janey was a brilliant host, very friendly, flexible and responsible. All in all totally faultless.

The highlight of the apartment was certainly the beautiful view, we enjoyed watching the boats go by. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, even has vinegar if you bring some fish & chips home! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a full sized hairdryer. All very appreciated. The path in front is easy to get to Margate from, we found the path down along the beach to be less windy and more enjoyable. Tiarrah's Pizza bar is close by and does fantastic pizzas and cocktails. I slept amazingly well too. We were offered an early check-in too which allowed us to get more time on holiday. thanks!

Great little pad over Ramsgate beach. It was peaceful, clean and easy. Everything described about it was true. We look forward to booking again.
