Beautiful setting. Quirky little cottage and lots of games, books and dvds provided for the evenings. Kids loved the trainset!! Claire was very prompt at responding, we had a power cut late sat night so couldn't pack for the next days checkout in the dark and Claire offered a later checkout at no extra cost which was a huge help. Thank you x

Lovely spacious cottage matching description and photos. Town centre so easily walkable to the beach, high street and Deal’s many restaurants and bars. Janey’s cottage has everything you’d need if you want to cook, and the back garden is a lovely private sheltered space to spend time outdoors. Communication from Janey was friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in via the lockbox.

We had a great time at Stephanie's with our family. Stephanie was friendly, helpful and very responsive. A great location for the beach and harbour, a very clean, comfortable and stylish home.

Lovely house, very comfortable and spacious for 9 of us (6 adults and 3 children). Bedrooms were all well sized and and great downstairs communal area with 2 large sitting rooms and well equipped kitchen/ diner. We also made use of the bbq in the relaxing outdoor space. Only a short walk to Ramsgate harbour, less than 10 mins to seafront. We also enjoyed exploring nearby Margate & Broadstairs. Would highly recommend this property!

We had a lovely stay in Jubilee Cottage. Spotlessly clean, full of character with everything we needed and more. Kitchen was very well equipped so we could easily cook whatever we fancied. Loads of recommendations for local restaurants and amenities. Lovely touches with welcome gifts from the hosts. Thank you.

we love this home in Birchington. it is always spotlessly clean, everything very accessible . all amenities are so close and has excellent transport links to local areas and to London.

We've been coming to Whitstable for years on days out but never stayed. This was a magical find, so comfortable, so close to the beach, shops and restaurants but also just set back enough from the high street and the seafront to have real peace and quiet and feel secluded. A real treasure and we'd be happy to stay again. Kids (13yo twins) also really enjoyed it - and that's a tough audience! Thank you Krista and Seaside Properties!

Nice and relaxing place. Very well equipped especially the kitchen area. Welcoming big basket, even milk and butter in the fridge and ice cream. A little bit more cleaning needed and carpets especially. But a great ans beautiful place to stay, very friendly and communicative hosts.

We had a lovely 2-day getaway at this beautiful cottage and couldn’t be happier with our stay! The hot tub was amazing – perfect for relaxing in the evenings – and the small pool was a great bonus, especially for a quick dip during the day. The location is absolutely stunning: peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful views that made us feel totally switched off from the world. The whole place had a cosy, welcoming feel, and it was clear the hosts put a lot of care into making it special. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic break. Hope to be back again soon!

What can I say. Other than simply perfect. Natalie and Peter went truly above and beyond. The place was decorated so nicely for my 30th birthday. Everywhere was clean, and simply breath taking. Nothing was too much, I even had a blister and Natalie went and got me some plasters. The yurt is stunning, the little Annex you get with it was so lovely just to chill and watch tv in. The outdoor bath was perfect to sit and chill and look up at the stars. I’ve never experienced an air BnB like I did this weekend, it was one of a kind. I definitely will be going back! X

I stayed for my 30th birthday celebrations and had the best time ever. This place was perfect! the decor, the location, the surroundings and most importantly Karen and her husband was so friendly and lovely and ensured I had a special birthday. I’ve stayed at Airbnb’s before and I’ve never had a host as lovely as Karen was, the perfect host we could have wish for. The swimming pool was amazing and me and my family had a wonderful time enjoying it in the sun with a BBQ. The cottage was spotless and a welcome hamper was provided and every little detail was perfect. The garden area was beautiful through out the day and so peaceful and relaxing. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough, it was truly perfect and I will definitely be staying again and recommending to everyone I know! Thank you again for making it such a special birthday x

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

First time hiring a hut and I’m so glad I did. This little hut was cute and had everything you needed. I messaged Maria asking for a little something for my mum’s bday and she did 😊. No bad reviews we’re planning on hiring more often, all it could do with is a little tlc ie painting needs updating, the windbreakers need replacing and possibly something for the ground by the doors as it’s hard to open the doors with the stones. But other then that it was lovely and we had such a lovely time , we locked everything up in the hut and took a walk to the pier and came back it was lovely thank you ☺️

This house has absolutely everything you could ever want or need. Swimming pool is great and heated to a perfect temp for the kids. House is enormous and every little thing seems to have been thought of by the hosts including extras such as dressing gowns for all guests, soap, shampoo and a hairdryer in every room. Location is right on the coast with great views out the front of the sea. Garden is lovely. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Alan and Bill

The lodge exceeded our expectations. Had thought of everything including beach toys and towels (we were tempted but 3 adults playing bucket and spades may have looked a bit odd). Location ezcellent for stone beach and easy promenade walk to the buzzing broadstairs. The lodge was a wonderful quiet respite from the fresh air and business of the day. Would definitely go back if need a few days beach llay with our dog and change os scenery. Thank you Jane and team.

We had a perfect stay at Charlie’s cottage, right in the town, a very short walk to pubs, restaurants and the beach but also away from the hustle and bustle. The cottage has everything you need, a well equipped kitchen and Charlie had even left milk, orange juice, bottled water, tea and coffee. There is the option of a log fire which made it super cozy. We found the bed very comfy, the bed linen was lovely crisp cotton, such a treat! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Charlie’s place and would definitely recommend a stay there.

Perfectly situated right on the front of Broadstairs, finished to a brilliant standard. Parking is very limited, so would advise unloading at the accomodation and then parking up on one of the nearby residential streets if there's no space at the accomodation - 5 mins walk max. Really lovely spot!

Impeccable and well appointed modern cottage in the heart of Broadstairs just steps from the beach and the best cafes and restaurants in town. Will definitely be back for another weekend retreat from London!

We had a fantastic stay at this air bnb. The location is perfect and the space is brilliant. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed. Paul is a great host who communicated really well and was very helpful. We went with our dog, our son (who is under two) and father in law. Everything was spot on. Will definitely be back. A fantastic property to explore broadsides from.

Sophie is the perfect host. Sophie even left us a few basic food essentials. The check in time is also earlier than other places and check out is later. The house is immaculate and very tastefully furnished. Showers are really good. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The garden is also a nice place to sit and have a drink in the evening. Bedrooms are all lovely with plenty of hanging rail space and lots of hangers. Comfortable beds too. The house is very by walking in to Broadstairs and also on a short walk from some excellent restaurants. We used the Loop bus to get to Margate and Ramsgate. The bus stop is near the house and very frequent. There is parking for one car on the driveway. The house does have a lot of stairs with two upstairs stories and one basement. The good news is that there is a bathroom with toilet on both floors with bedrooms and also another toilet between the kitchen basement room and the lounges. Thank you Sophie for letting us stay.
