Great service and location! We really enjoyed it! I think the jacuzzi is undersold, it is quite large and if you are a swimmer can turn on the pumps and swim in place!

Daweswood - Luxury countryside cottage, lake & tub

HarryRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Me and my friends stayed for a long weekend. The house is beautifully furnished. Every bedroom is as nice as the next. Fishing was on our itinerary, and didn’t disappoint. The lake was very much private and the boats were a worthwhile addition. I (we) couldn’t recommend higher.

Me and my partner stayed for three nights, and all I can say is WOW ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you so much for such a fantastic stay. The property worked perfectly for a couple, and was better than we could have imagined. The hot tub area was secluded and even better than the images that we originally looked at. The stay was pure relaxation, and the hosts were fantastic. An extra special thank you for the lemon drizzle cake and small added extras, they made such a lovely touch!!! We are already planning to revisit again - definitely do not hesitate to book!

Beautiful 2 bedroomed barn conversion.

ShaunRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Huw and Janet went above and beyond for my wife and I as we stayed here on honeymoon. The place was amazing! So cozy, clean and peaceful. it is nestled in beautiful countryside and we were able to sit out in the mornings having breakfast listening to the birdsong. Plenty of lovely walks near by and nice places to eat. The couches and bed were extremely comfy and the property had everything we needed. Including a bottle.of prosecco wait for us in the fridge.

Tranquil luxury fisherman’s cottage close to beach

SarahRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This place is great. Fiona was friendly, helpful and informative from the start. She gave us advice and guidance about her place unlike some people who are over the top with their rules. Her place is very clean and comfortable. It is also very stylish with high quality fittings. I don’t think I’ve stayed in a place that is more equipped; the kitchen has so much. Fiona has really thought about the place and what is needed as a guest. Parking in the local area was straightforward and the neighbourhood is quiet and safe. We walked to the Old Neptune, Tapas and the newish pizza place also on Harbour Street. Very good coffee from Grain and Hearth and Blueprint. This was a perfect place for us as 4 adults- us two in our 50s and our daughter and her partner (18/19 year olds). Excellent.

Beautiful Cottage In The Heart Of Whitstable.

MayRating, 5 stars2 days ago
What a gem of a find. Spent a few days here with some friends, catching up and working remotely and it was utter bliss. The location is excellent, so close to everything!! and the house is perfect, exactly as described, no surprises just comfort and relaxed vibes. Beds were super comfy also, not always a given! Rufus our Labrador was also made to feel very at home in a truly dog friendly environment, he loved his days sheltering from the sun in the cool house and evenings on the beach! Dahlia is a wonderful host! We can recommend the Salt Sea Scrub Sauna on the beach as well as Oyster Happy Hour! We will be returning!

Historic Georgian Cottage Seconds From The Beach

KarenRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a great stay at Ian’s place. We were visiting for a family event in Deal. We know the town very well but it was fun to stay in a different place. The house is very easy to stay with a group of adults, teenagers and a dog. We all had enough space to be together and also have our time. We loved the bright bedrooms. The beds were extremely comfy with lovely bed linen. We really appreciated the welcome basket with Kent treats and the coffee and tea! Thanks The house is in an excellent location. Literally a 2 min walk for a morning dip and super close to the centre and great pubs in Deal. Totally recommend the place. We would live to stay next time we are visiting family again.

Central Broadstairs cottage with courtyard garden.

EmilyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Our Stay at Emma’s cottage was lovely. It was right in the centre of town so perfectly located, and it had everything we needed. We have two small children so for a young family it is especially good, Emma really had thought of everything little ones might need. I would thoroughly recommend it for a seaside getaway!

Stayed at Lavender Place for a few nights with my sister. Susan was a great host, responsive to questions and offered us an early check in/late check as the cottage was available. The location was perfect, 5 minute walk to beach and restaurants. Lavender Place was exactly as described and in the photos. Everything was to a high standard, it was immaculate. Would recommend to anyone.

'Stones Throw' Our treasured cottage by the sea

FrancescaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Had a great time staying at the property in Kingsdown. This was a spur of the moment stay with my 9 month old baby and the property was so child friendly with lots of toys for my little one to enjoy. Such a peaceful location with the beach at the end of the road and great walks into Walmer and Deal. Gemma was v.responsive and in particular given we only booked on the Sunday to stay the following day. Will definitely return.

Tranquil grade II listed barn next to windmill

ReneeRating, 5 stars6 days ago
What a lovely place to spend the weekend! It was the small touches that made the cottage a nice place to stay - from the personalisation, to the home made lavender scented bath salts and the treats left for us to try. We felt we could really relax and enjoy the best of summer and Stelling Minnis. Port Lympne and Canterbury/Whitstable were easy to access via car. Thanks for a great stay!

Cosy cottage in the centre of Broadstairs

HelenaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had such an incredible week at Pathway Cottage. Tracy really has thought of everything from air fryers to a packed spice and herb cupboard. The house is perfectly kitted out with everything we needed, the decor is beautiful, beds and linen so comfortable and the cottage so centrally located but amazingly quiet! The beach chairs, windbreak and sunshades were a brilliant addition and made our beach days out even better. The kids loved their hot chocolates with the milk frother! Thank you for such a wonderful holiday home, we loved our stay in your beautiful cottage 😊

Fisherman's cottage in the heart of Whitstable

JonathanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We stayed in this cottage over the weekend and it was perfect. It felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic as you're less than 5 minutes from the beach and shops and restaurants. Whitstable is a great costal town too with much to offer. I recommend going to Whitstable and staying in this cottage. It has everything you need. Sue is a great host too, being attentive, informative and very helpful. We would like to come back. Thanks Sue

All Saints Cottage, City & Riverside with parking.

Adrienne Rating, 5 stars1 week ago
If you're lucky enough to visit Canterbury, then you MUST stay here! John's property offers a unique opportunity to stay in a historic building (it has its own Wiki entry!) that is footsteps away from all the key historic sites that make this city famous--not to mention the town's restaurants, pubs and shops. The place is well-equipped and super cosy, full of English cottage-charm décor. The free parking space is an additional bonus and very convenient; the deck out back lets you enjoy the river and the passage of small boats up close. There are direct views of the cathedral from the back--my favorite was the small "attic" bedroom window with a direct view onto the cathedral's spires. The place is very quiet at night, despite its proximity to popular pubs and restaurants. John is also super responsive and immensely helpful if you need to be in touch. We loved our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat!
