Apartment holiday rentals in British Isles

I was blown away by the Dream Barn... wasn't sure quite what to expect beforehand, but my GOODNESS! Jim has thought of absolutely everything. The cottage is very maximalist, but in a fun, eclectic way. Old typewriters, sewing machine, *2* record players to choose from and a kitchen with everything you might think you need and then some... and the place is VERY clean! Neighboring cows came over and checked us out through our window, and we fed the chickens that share the patio. Several kitties stopped by to check us out. I would go out of my way to stay here again. Jim is ridiculously undercharging for such an incredible treat of a place. You'll contemplate moving to Moynalty after your stay, just so you could have Jim as a neighbor and friend.

Helen's flat is very spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished and the kitchen table has a stunning view over Hereford (many games of cribbage played with glasses of wine!). The kitchen has everything needed to produce a meal and Helen kindly left milk, breakfast goods etc in the fridge. The bed was very comfortable, with extra linen if you needed. The HUGE shower was a real luxury. The relaxing spacious sitting room has a woodburner stove if needed (sadly we could not justify lighting it in June 😆). This is a perfect base for travelling around the beautiful surrounding areas, or to just chill out and relax (WiFi very good). 10/10 🤗

Howard's place is spot on .Nice touch with the bottle of prosecco and Victorian lemonade. Would recommend to anyone. We will be going back at some point ,10/10

We spent two wonderful nights at this stunning location, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! The views are amazing and as a bonus, we spotted a couple of seals swimming in the sea most days, which was the perfect way to wrap up our weekend. The apartment was not only clean and tidy but also stylish and easily accessible. We can't wait to return in the new year!

We had a fabulous few days staying at The Stables. Breda and Joe have a lovely country property. We love the goodie left for us from Breda. Scones and bread both home made. The cottage is so well equipped with most things you’d need to get by but a Centra only a few minutes away has lots of options. The bed was so comfortable as were the pillows and the fluffiest feather doona. The cottage is heated but we felt we didn’t need heating on as it’s very warm inside anyway but great if it turns cold. A bonus is the washer and dryer, we’d not been able to wash for several day so felt like all home comforts were covered. We loved the kitchen and dining area, great for preparing our meals. Breda has a vegetable and herb garden which she was happy for us to use, I made good use of salad stuff and herb. We got to meet Joe who was brings the horses back into the sheds, we got to see an 8 day old foal, such a highlight for me coming from Australia’s beach scene. We highly this place Fiona

What a fantastic stay! The most beautiful cottage with everything we needed, even some breakfast for our first morning. The setting was magical and so many stunning walks around. We will definitely be back! Elizabeth was so kind in showing us all we needed to know and providing information about must see's in the area. We also loved little Mindy who came for cuddles :)

We had a great stay here! Christina was really friendly making us feel right at home. She gave us some local recommendations and allowed us to come and go with zero hassle. The surroundings are stunning and we could have sat by the window all day. Great walking near by. Beach is a drive able day trip too.

Very pleasant stay. Very well-equipped accommodation, very clean, bright and tastefully decorated. We lacked nothing. Edwige, very friendly, welcomed us very well. Well located because it is close to cafes, restaurants and various shops. Stunning sunset. When the cliffs are lit up, it must be magnificent. I highly recommend it. It was the best. The building is a little rustic but when you enter this apartment, it's a total change. Thanks again to Edwige.

It was such a pleasure to stay at Vivienne's place! She is super friendly, and we really enjoyed chatting with her when we checked in. We immediately felt right at home! She gave us tips for restaurants to go to, which was much appreciated. Check-in time was flexible and arranged through Vivienne's clear communication. She sent us a photo of the driveway entrance, which was very helpful. We loved the private back garden and the coffee machine in the adorable kitchen. It was the perfect place for us to stay on the last night of our trip before we flew out of Dublin airport the next morning. Thanks, Vivienne!

Very nice accommodation, you can go with your eyes closed. Corentin is a great host. We had a very nice, quiet stay.

The view, the view, the view! Yes, it was the view that won us over when we chose a home in Ault. And indeed we were not disappointed, so much so that we ate at the apartment most of the time to enjoy it as much as possible. The rental is very pleasant, bright, well decorated. We have everything we need to have a great stay, and it's very clean. The region, which we already knew, offers great opportunities for walks and sports, for those who love nature. This is not the Côte d'Azur... it's 100 times better. Thank you to Michel for his friendly welcome and availability. We'll be happy to go back.

Impeccable and spacious accommodation, with really all the amenities with a very large terrace just facing the sea. Pets allowed. Quiet and off-center location with a sandy beach at mid tide between cliff areas. Possible walks from the accommodation (to Caesar's field. Home surf spot... just leave the apartment with your board. Many stores within 3 km for shopping. 10-12 min from the center of Dieppe by car. Warm welcome and advice from Céline. Enough to have a good vacation...

Lovely spot just a walk from the beach. The outdoor balcony space was welcomed when the sun was shining after a long day walking. We had everything we needed! Rachel was great with recommendations and quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything

We had a fabulous stay at the bunker when going to a wedding at a nearby farm. Diana couldn’t have done more for us & was very kind, especially letting my nephew feed the chickens and fuss the dog. It is a spacious & comfortable home from home in the lovely town of Holmfirth.

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

Serenity found! This Loft exceeded expectations. Calming ambiance, plush furnishings, and natural light made for a perfect retreat. The kitchen was spotless and well-equipped, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe with easy access to the stores and pubs yet a private property with all privacy to enjoy nature at its best. Host communication was seamless. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Had a wonderful weekend. Great house, Superb Kitchen, plenty of space and lovley Deco. We had a slight problem with bed which was dealt with by host (no fault of her own). communication was super efficient and helpful. It did not detract from our stay as everything else was perfect. Very Close to Conwy and Llandudno. Conwy Harbour was Beautiful and Nikki provides a useful Folder full of examples of places to eat, drink and visit. Hot tub and outside area provides a great place to unwind. The Castle View pub is also close by and offers a great view of Conwy Harbour. Thank You Nikki and Family ...your home is a credit to you x

Stunning place with an incredible view of the City. The host was very friendly and accommodating . Very peaceful and calm surroundings and easily found. The place was clean and felt like home. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it, the hot tub was a bonus!

Amazing get away if you’re wanting to relax and enjoy the beautiful works around. Had a lovely night with my partner and would definitely come back again for a longer stay! Exceeded my expectations.

Really nice place, clean and great location with attentive hosts. Check in could’ve been earlier but it was clearly advertised before booking so no issues.
