We had an opportunity to stay at Jennifer’s place this past weekend. I have to say she was super responsive. The place was absolutely spotless, it was a great location as well. Would stay here again when coming back to Johnson City. Response time from the host was lightning quick, we had a nice little welcome package with a snack, which was much appreciated. It matched the photos on the listing perfectly and was spotlessly clean. Wish all hosts were as excellent as Jennifer is. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing. Me and my boyfriend stayed here for our 2 year anniversary and it was the best trip ever. This place is extremely beautiful and Lainie was the sweetest and very responsive! The view was so gorgeous and it was simply very peaceful here. I would totally stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Boone area❤️

perfect location for events at Bristol Motor Speedway. Jessica's communication and description was to the T and everything as described. Easy access and clean! Will definitely check for her place first for the next time we are in the area.

We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the peaceful setting during a difficult time as we were in town for the loss of a loved one. The space was quiet, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and look forward to returning under happier circumstances. Highly recommend!

Came in town for the annual Large Cars & Guitars Truck Show at the drag strip. Great place! Space was bigger in person than pictures show. Very roomy, very clean. Easy to check in and out. Great location close to Bristol Motor Speedway. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and gas grill located down at the pool. It was gated and the area felt safe as well. Thanks for sharing this great place! We'll be happy to stay again the next time we're in the area!

Pristine Place. Place spotless. If you forgot something, no worries, she has it, event 1st aid kits. Bathrooms well stocked, hair dryers, bathing supplies, even a fan if needed. TV Plenty of supplies (dish detergent, trash bags, coffees, snacks, etc). The place was so cozy, and beds very comfortable. Responsiveness superb. Quick response to any question you may have. She even sends messages to check to see how everything is going. Wonderful Experience and will definitely stay again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and experience!!!

Janice was extremely responsive with all my requests. The accommodations were very, very comfortable very quiet as I was traveling for work that was truly a blessing. I would recommend this location for folks who wanted to go into the Abingdon area and explore their restaurants, local breweries and wineries.

My family and I stayed during App State graduation weekend. I stay in Airbnb's quite often and this was one of the best I've ever stayed in. I appreciated the lovely decor, working fireplace, CLEANLINESS, comfort of the beds and shower pressure and cozy furniture. The unit is shared in same structure with other apartments and all occupants were quiet and respectful. The view is beautiful. We enjoyed the amenities such as board games and good books. We also cooked a lot and found everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen. Thank you, Trevor, for sharing this lovely retreat home with us and for the kind and clear communication.

I was in town for a meeting and obvi the hotel options were limited. Andrew’s place was the perfect spot to lay my head. Super quick drive, like 1 minute, into town. There is a a fantastic grocery store within 10 minutes in the next town. An amazing steakhouse within 2 minutes. Many options for other places to eat, drink, and listen to music nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very kind and accommodating host with thoughtful amenities! Easy to check in and out and the cute condo was extremely clean and inviting. We loved the friendly town of Banner Elk and will be coming back!

A great location if you are doing activities at Beech Mountian resort, very walkable. They were very responsive and provide very good info for dining and activities.

This home was perfect for a visit to the tri-cities area. It was so welcoming and every little detail was clearly carefully considered for the comfort of guests. Even the check-out requirements were exceedingly reasonable and not the least difficult or burdensome. This Boone Lake neighborhood is off the main road enough to feel secluded but close enough to make traveling to anywhere in the area convenient. We had a terrific, though short, visit and would definitely want to stay again on our next visit. One of the best Airbnb's we have visited - I would (and did to friends in the area) highly recommend.

Fabby's place was awesome! It's a perfect one bedroom, one bath AirBnb with a pull-out couch. It was completely stocked with whatever we needed and was super clean and comfortable. The surroundings were beautiful- what gorgeous views we had! The covered outdoor porch is huge and perfect for hanging out and enjoying the outdoors. Fabby was very responsive and flexible with our checkout time, which I really appreciated. We were allowed to have our 2 small dogs there, which was great. I would highly recommend staying there. It was amazing!!

My husband and I are workaholics and cherish our down time and it’s very important that we can check in and relax. D.J.’s property was exactly what we look for. This little gem is so peaceful and relaxing. It was easy to find and easy to access our room. Minutes from Blowing Rock, shops, restaurants and trails. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Erin’s place was charming! Small and quaint yet modern. I loved the views from the balcony. If you’re traveling in winter or not in 4WD/AWD, you might find it a little challenging to get up the mountain. We were nervous about no A/C but the temperature drops about 10-12 degrees on the mountain. Open windows and ceiling fans were perfect. Erin was a very proactive host reminding us the day before what check out tasks needed to be done instead of trying to thumb through house rules/messages. Any time we reached out she replied almost instantly no matter what time it was. You’re not surrounded by endless activities but it’s very peaceful and all the surrounding towns are charming! I enjoyed the various restaurants we went to in Boone and Tweetsie Railroad is a must-see! Erin’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Would love to stay at her place again.

I had a great month long early spring stay at this mountainside studio condo with beautiful mountain and valley views. The unit was clean, comfortable, relaxing, and was perfect for my very simple needs. There are many on site and nearby (non-ski season) mountain hiking trails and quiet neighborhood road walking routes. I appreciated having access to the heated indoor pool and fitness room in the community clubhouse. Overall, a wonderful spot for anyone looking to enjoy the mountains!

What a great place! Also the host was very kind and great communication! Very nice place and only 10 minutes from Sugar Mountain. Wonderful amenities including pool, hot tub, sauna, library, shop, workout room etc etc. Only (potential) issue which is no fault of the owners is that this is a large 10 story condo complex. On busy days, especially around the weekend it can get very busy during check in and check out and you have to park outside of the guard shack and get shuttled back to the condo. Again, we didn’t really have much of a hang up but others did-just something to keep in mind. Fantastic place, and well equipped! Thank you again!

Great 1 bedroom condo at Sugar Ski. Host was excellent unit had everything you would need and recently renovated. If you are looking for a 1 BR unit at Sugar Ski I would stay here. I always stay at Sugar Ski when coming to Sugar Mountain. Nice indoor pool area and you can’t beat the close proximity to the ski resort in the winter. You can walk out your door and start skiing right down the mountain.

Jody was super responsive and helpful from the moment we booked. The communication was spot on and was very friendly. Jody made us feel like family and very welcome. Very accommodating throughout the entire visit. We stayed for work and play so a mix of both so couldn’t ask for a better place to come back to. Views are stunning and condo is super cute. Highly recommend staying and we hope to be back soon!

Just took my young girls there for their first time skiing and it was a great experience! Ian was very responsive and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place and I look forward to going back! The views and accommodations were amazing!!

We had another great stay at Retreat on the Ridge! Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. The view is unbeatable and always our favorite part of our stay!
