Lovely and peacefu,l we loved our break as did our 2 dogs Archie and Reggie, very safe and secure garden loved the hot tub. Recommend a visit to Dunster lovely place with great castle and grounds.

We had such a lovely stay at the Potting Shed. The location was beautiful- so peaceful and picturesque. The Airbnb was cosy and the bed was extremely comfy. We were there in 30 degree heat but it was lovely and cool inside. Would highly recommend and would love to come back one day and stay again!

Beautiful place and surroundings, really lovely and peaceful. Loved the accommodation, beds very comfortable and the hot tub was worth the extra money. Will 100% be coming back!

We enjoyed our Short (2-Night) stay a lot. Poppy responded Short Term on Any queries we had. Hot tub outside and stove in the living&dining room were exceptional Features you rarely find at places in this Price categorie. Water quality and temperature in the Hot tub were Perfect. Like other guests commented prior, the Noise of the Main Road isnt really a downside, at least not later in the evening. Though it is noisy inside if you Open any window to the road side and entering and exiting the parking area at the House from the Main Road needs some willpower at the beginning. We had a fabulous short break in Humbug Barn. Beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Delicious meals waiting for us to cook upon arrival and fantastic hosts. We had a couple of minor issues that Amanda and Mark sorted straight away. Extremely friendly and very welcoming and the dogs were made to feel at home too. Thank you for making our stay really relaxing and we would definitely recommend. 5 stars for sure!

Bens place is a lovely space for two people set in a peaceful setting. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is super comfy! It’s a little more worn than in the pics, but it didn’t bother us at all. Everything was clean and tidy and as we hoped it would be. While attached to another property, it feels very private and secluded too. We didn’t use the hot tub or wood burner but they are nice touches especially for winter. We booked because we had a wedding near by and it suited us perfectly. Ben was also super responsive which we appreciated.

Cute property, clean, no direct access to the hot tub area but it is just across the driveway and is very secluded so wasn't a problem. Downstairs rooms slightly damp feel but then again it is a very old building so didn't bother us much. Very well connected to Bath and Bristol.

Jamie & Dan are very fortunate to have this beautiful property. It is the ideal country location for escaping away and distancing yourself from our increasingly busy lives. The gardens around the property are stunning, the views are incredible and the local area is amazing to explore on foot, bike or by car. We had an amazing stay and would happily return, and have already started to recommend to friends & family

We spent a blissful week at Badgers End Cottage and from the first instance fell in love with the surrounding secret woodland and beautiful gardens. The Cottage was so cosy and calming, the birdsong was so audible. Carol was the loveliest host you can ever imagine. We were given a tour of the private woodland and her passion for her garden and the wildlife was very inspiring. Carol even made me an incredible cake for my birthday which was such a lovely surprise. We would highly recommend a stay in this picture perfect Cottage…the perfect base from which to explore The wonderful Wye Valley.

Hope Cottage is amazing. The location is wonderful, the house itself has everything you need and makes you feel like you're staying in a proper British cottage. Sarah is an amazing host: she answered any questions I had very quickly and was just in general very kind. One thing to note: the house isn't built for tall people. I'm 181 cm tall (about 5'11) and I had to bend down a bit whilst going through doorways or using the shower. It didn't really bother me, but it's just something to be aware of. Whether you want a quiet retreat or a homebase to explore the area, this is an amazing place to do so!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage for a weekend. Fern was very helpful and welcoming. The cottage was beautifully decorated and lots of character which we love. It had everything we needed! Bathroom was clean, the bed was very comfy and the little courtyard garden was lovely to sit and have breakfast in the sunshine. Very welcoming of dogs. Lots of local walks and beautiful surroundings. We will definitely be returning to stay here in the future.

From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed especially by Carla. Sadly due to the heat wave we’d left our dogs at home so it was nice to have such a friendly and beautiful dog to make a fuss of. Despite the heat the barn was not stuffy at all and so comfortable, we relaxed the whole time we were there. The photos and description cannot do justice to the barn itself which was so spacious and we felt completely at home there and the surroundings are so tranquil. Owen very kindly showed us the original equipment used to make cider which was really interesting. We would definitely love to stay again and bring our dogs to enjoy the stay too. There are lovely pubs locally and only a very short drive to Cheddar Gorge. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

We booked the Air b'n'b as we were going to a family wedding locally over the weekend. It was the perfect home away from home to unwind and relax during a busy weekend. Definitely would recommend. Plenty of parking available on street if needed which was very handy!

Annelie’s place is absolutely wonderful. I felt right at home. The location is perfect as there are many things to do in the area (max 30 min drives). The place was spotless. Annelie was very communicative and shared lots of info beforehand and gave me tips before my holiday. The pub across the road is great. It offers breakfast, lunch and dinner should you wish. The pub car park is also where you park. This is probably leads to the only minor downside. The property hasn’t got it’s own parking and borders on a main road (traffic can be heard from the inside) and you have to cross the road to get to the parking. The cottage has got a closed off front garden so it would be very safe for children or dogs to stay.

Can’t say enough to do the stay justice, absolutely immaculate,very comfortable,very quiet , everything in the kitchen you need, the bed is so comfortable makes for a great night’s sleep, the outside space is very peaceful and relaxing, easy check in, lovely village 2 great pubs both very welcoming, both good food, lots to do in the area , Jo asked if we were ok but not intrusive always available if needed would highly recommend this cottage to anyone thinking of booking hopefully we will return in the future.

We had a wonderful six days at Pat’s lovely property. Pat and Tony were great hosts, they made us very welcome. The area is very peaceful with lovely walks for us and our dog. We would certainly recommend the Wagon House as a really nice base to explore this lovely location . Regards Tony and Pippa

The Stables was the perfect destination for a relaxing holiday away from the city. Yvonne was an excellent host who gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and left us some tasty scones as a welcome gift. The view from the place is stunning and we enjoyed eating outside watching the birds. The place was comfortable, the shower was hot and had good pressure and the kitchen had everything we needed. I'd thoroughly recommend this place and will hopefully come again in the future.

The 1 bedroom apartment is attached to Painswick House and gardens. A gorgeous peaceful setting. Spotlessly clean and very appreciated welcome supplies including milk and homemade biscuits and marmalade. Very comfortable bed and bathroom. Loved staying here and would recommend to others looking in this area of the Cotswolds. Gloucester cathedral is magnificent.

What a lovely place to stay. Very cosy cottage, with surprisingly good bathroom and facilities. Location is wonderful. Plenty of nice walks, with a good variety of scenery and a few nice stops along the way. Equally, if you're not looking for an active break, could easily sit in the garden all day, admiring the beautiful views and listening to all the birds. Helena and Hilary were warm and welcoming, but also gave plenty of space, privacy and freedom to enjoy. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the Stone Barn! Nicky and Mark provided a beautiful home away from home that couldn’t have been better. It’s so peaceful and the views are amazing. The place was clean (beware if you’re not a fan of spiders though as there are a decent amount in corners, bathroom, etc due to the countryside location I’m sure) and they even gave us a lovely welcome package with local food items. They were responsive and made sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home in the Cotswolds area. We were within 1-1.5 hrs drive of all the major sightseeing places which was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay; a beautiful and peaceful location. Nature right on the doorstep, great for access to Offa’s Dyke, the Wye Valley and South Wales; a perfect stay

Very nice place and central location for site seeing in the area. The upstairs/bedroom had lots of space and the library downstairs is a nice area to sit. We didn't meet the hosts but they were very good with communication to make sure everything went smooth. Only downsides were the washroom was downstairs and wifi hardly reached the bedroom but these are only minor. Definitely recommend staying here

What a fabulous find this was. It loved up to our expectations and far, far beyond. Utterly delightful, peaceful and quirky. All the lovely touches, renovated to the highest standard. A massive bonus was access to a beautiful garden, complete with sun loungers! Given that the weather was amazing it really did add a special something! I can't enthuse enough about this wonderful cottage in such a stunning setting. I can't wait to go again! Janet and jules

We had a wonderful stay at The Lodge - it was well-equipped, spotless, and exactly as shown in the photos. Set in a quiet and idyllic location, there were plenty of walks right from the doorstep and it was only a short drive into Bath. Janice was very friendly and helpful, thank you!
