Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - just waiting to be walked or cycled. It comfortably sleeps two (but has a travel cot for little ones) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

Guests have exclusive use of private hot tub for en extra cost please see details below. There is a pet fee of £20 per pet. In summer months guests can hire fire bowl/barbecue and logs, for £20. The early 18C cottage is a part of our home but totally self contained. It retains many of the features of the time and is full of character. The two doubles are a good size and have wardrobes and shelving. Both have tea and coffee making facilities. The property enjoys two bathrooms; each close to the each of the bedrooms. There is a large lounge with a wood burning stove, ample seating, TV/DVD player and a piano. The large kitchen has a range, microwave cooker and dishwasher.

This beautiful Shepherds Hut is located on the edge of the River Avon, 10 minutes from Bath. Included in your stay are Kayaks, Paddle Boards & Bikes so you can kayak to the pub or cycle in to Bath and create some great memories and fun photo opportunities. At the end of the day you can relax in the outdoor bath with the fire crackling overlooking the water (Large glass of wine in hand optional) The hut is fully equipped with everything you will need for a perfect stay.

Conveniently located studio apartment only a 5 minute walk from Bath Train Station and the city centre, and close to Bath Uni. A peaceful bijou studio space, with basic kitchenette and en-suite shower room. The double bed is very comfortable, and the space is bright and welcoming. The basic kitchen area provides a kettle, a toaster, a mini oven, a microwave and a fridge. For breakfast we provide bread and jams, milk, juice, tea and coffee.
