Absolutely amazing take your breath away view. There is not a place you will find that is more beautiful or peaceful. When they say luxury they mean it! What a gorgeous home, thoughtful design and really feels like you sleeping in the trees. We loved having a shower, soaking tub and a hot tub. If the view isn’t amazing enough, it is only 10 minutes into blowing rock and to the blue ridge parkway. Host was very kind, and communication was a breeze. What a dream! Best Airbnb hands down

If I was someone on the fence about staying here, I would absolutely stay here! It was beautiful, very clean, well taken care of and very relaxing! It was the best way to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and we will certainly be back! The price was very reasonable for 2 nights in a beautiful relaxing cabin too! We were able to bring our puppy which made it even better! Firefly cabin is a must stay!

Place was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed the outside covered screened in porch. Such a great place to just relax and enjoy the family. I’m already trying to figure out when I can go again.

Our stay was great!! I loved how private this location was!! It was easy to get to with GPS. The place was super clean and homey. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a good meal. The host was very responsive and helpful as well! I will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! We loved the location and the view from the back porch was astonishing. We did notice a decent amount of pet hair all over the house, but otherwise the cabin was clean. Hot tub was a great addition and quite relaxing. Amazing location!

We absolutely loved staying at Rivers Edge! Cutest little cabin with the best view! We got to see a fox across the river looking for some food and a family of deer crossing the river this morning before we left! Cabin was stocked with everything you need and the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! We will be back and refer all our friends to stay at this mountain paradise!

Came down to Trail Days in Damascus Virginia with my wife and two kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend!

Husky hideaway is located in a very small private neighborhood.. it is extremely peaceful.. really enjoyed listening to the owls at night and watching deer during the day

Due to the floods last year the driveway looked rough at midnight when we arrived, but it was fine. There were activities in the cabin for littles, which we didn't need, but it would be great for families with littles for sure. The kitchen was supplied with pans for cooking, dishes and silverware for eating. There was a blanket for the dogs so they could sit and sleep with us like at home. The porch overlooks the river and the sound of the water was super relaxing.

My husband and son thoroughly enjoyed their stay. They kept saying how much I would love this place. They really had some meaningful conversations and wonderful father and son time. They enjoyed the photos at the cabin and apparently had a great conversation with a neighbor. They were disappointed in the fishing. A game warden advised that the stream wasn’t stocked this year because of the debris and impact of hurricane Helene but he did direct them to another stream just a 20min drive away and he gave them directions to a beautiful waterfall.

Beautiful place tucked back into the mountains, with a really nice clean and maintained inside, nothing more we could of asked for. Was easy to find and easy central location to go out from to find good parks and trails and even better to come back to enjoy the stars and the fire pit, all included.

Marilyn’s space was perfect for a weekend getaway. Compatible kitchen (note there is no full sized oven but this wasn’t an issue), comfortable furniture, and absolutely stunning surroundings. We spent nearly all day outside hiking, wandering the property, or simply sitting in the yard/eating in the gazebo. Would one thousand percent stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful stay! Marilyn was also available for any needs we had and was respectful of privacy at the same time. Couldn’t be happier!

Great little get away for you and your animals. Has great views and loved the setup of the home. It was peaceful and definitely would book again!

First time staying in an airBNB, and this place was great! Getting to the spot was a little testy at times, the roads to the cabin are very small and the roads are curvy. Overall the cabin looked exactly like the pictures, very clean! Jared had thought of everything, samples of toothpaste, extra toothbrushes, full size shower bottles, pantry with snacks, board games, etc. it was great staying here with my family and I’d 100% stay at any other property he’d have available. We had a running joke in the house “thanks Jared!” Because we’d just find more amenities he technically didn’t have to offer us! Pls stay here, it was absolutely great!

Brian’s place was perfect for the 6 of us. With a bedroom to spare! Location was across from very dear friends of ours~where we spent most of our time. However it was very homey and accommodating. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! The kids loved the little bridge in back. We will definitely rent again. Brian was very easy to communicate with!

Words do not do justice for a stay at Patience's cabin. It was breathtaking. The mountain sunrise alone made the stay worth it. It was quiet, peaceful and the perfect place for a mountain getaway. Patience was super responsive and helpful with all my questions, and made things a breeze. All I can say is grab your groceries on your way up, don't forget the carrots and have a wonderfully relaxing time.

This home is beautiful and met our family’s needs while we were attending a family wedding on the area. The views are stunning and the home is furnished nicely. Richard is a very responsive host and provided us with things to do on the area. I have no complaints and would definitely stay in this home again if we were in the area.

A beautiful, private and cozy place ! The furnishings and decor were very modern and stylish - comfy beds ! Many other features - hot tub, porch swing, outdoor dining areas, fire pit, outdoor game area, beautifully equipped kitchen with great variety of snacks etc. We all loved our stay !! And being from Arizona we really enjoyed the trees and scenery and cooler weather - but the rain kept us from enjoying being outdoors. Very high recommendation for this property!!

Michael's cabin is adorable. The river is right off the back deck. My husband caught a fish! Michael was extremely prompt at answering questions. my dogs loved playing outside and the Appalachian Trail is within walking distance from the cabin. The local neighborhood dog, Jake was very friendly and came with us on all of our walks. Michael left a bottle of wine, candy, and bottled water for us - much appreciated! The cabin had all we needed and the bed was very comfortable :) We've already recommended the cabin to friends.

Thank you for sharing info your beautiful home with my family. We take lovely memories with us. My little boy has never seen snow and has been asking for years that he wants to see and play with snow. God is great He gave us snow our last night and our little boy played for hours on the deck building a snowman. We had a lot of fun and would love to be back during summer so he can fish some more. Thank you again for the wonderful experience.

My second stay here, and it was great just like the first. It's a well maintained cabin with beautiful views and a great location if you like to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and sit by a river. My wife and I so enjoyed the peace and quiet this property delivers. We'll be back!

We stayed in the cabin while in town for my sister in law's wedding and it was absolutely perfect. It was such a beautiful and quiet place. It was so peaceful. I wish we had the time to stay longer. We'll definitely be back in the future.
