This apartment is so beautifully, thoughtfully and cleverly decorated that I really, really felt at home. Everything is identical to the pictures, there is a parking space in the garage, a safe neighborhood, a quiet neighborhood, the old town is within walking distance (15 minutes), the bed is extra comfortable, the furniture is new and totally custom-made. It has everything you need, kitchen appliances, washing machines, air conditioning, 2 TVs, a functional refrigerator. In addition to all this, the apartment looks great and you even have a feeling that you are in one of the IKEA showrooms as it is so meaningful and beautifully decorated. Recommendations for this apartment and Nikola as a host, I am delighted.

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

We had a very pleasant stay in Alisons studio. It's decorated with love and made us feel at home. It was also very clean and the big windows gave it a roomy feeling despite the studio itself being quite snug. The kitchen is well equipped and we even got to use the yard across the street.

Ljuba is very polite and helpful host. The place is cleanest I have seen till now. Apartment is also really new and have all the things needed. Ljuba greeted us personally even in the late night. I totally recommend. :)

It was really gorgeous! The rooftop apartment was stunning and everything was modern and clean. The host also received us in a friendly way and was also very helpful! I will definitely return! :)

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. The flat is very well equipped we lacked nothing. The location is very quiet and yet you can reach the centre very quickly by car. Also the communication with Martina was excellent. We recommend this flat to everyone who wants to spend a nice time in Zadar!

Very nice place to stay to visit Zadar. The host is so kind and thoughtful, they made sure we had some food even when the supermarkets were closed because of a national holiday.

Very comfortable city apartment with parking. Walkable to old town, but we drove due to heat outside. Very responsive host, we throughly enjoyed our stop over whilst touring Croatia. Thank you.

Wow! I felt very comfortable with Vesna from the first minute. Such warm and friendly people are not often found. The place was perfect for me. You can start quietly in the morning overlooking the sea and from Bininje it is only 10 minutes by car to Zadar. If you don't have a car, you can also be driven very cheaply by Bolt/Uber. Vesna was always available and gave very good tips and recommendations. I loved the stay. There is a supermarket (Spar) 10 min by walk. There are also great restaurants and a beach not far from here. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!I will definitely return here. Thanks for the wonderful time.

Faultless space Within walking distance to the beach and shops . Hosts know how to handle the unexpected There had to be a water outage and she provided us with water to overcome the problem . Perfect! I would recommend it 100%

We were looking for the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and truly unwind—and this place delivered in every way. The accommodation is modern, impeccably clean, and exactly as described, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The beach view from the living room and primary bedroom is breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was a highlight. We also loved the spotless heated pool. The beach just steps away is stunning, with calm, clear waters—perfect for families with young kids. The area is peaceful, private, and serene. Despite the tranquility, it’s only a 25-minute drive to Zadar, and Uber/Bolt rides are available. Ingrid was always responsive and Kristina welcomed us warmly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also always responsive, gave great local tips, and made our stay seamless. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable escape.

my friend and I had a great time, the welcome was warm, the apartment is equipped with everything, the beds are very comfortable, there is even a Smart TV... the apartment is 10/15 minutes by car from the center of Zadar, 5 minutes away there are all the main shops that can be served, we are really happy with how our stay went. We highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

It's a dream come true! The accommodation at Sanja's was perfect – very high quality, sparkling clean and with a fantastic view. The jacuzzi and the entire wellness area were well maintained and invited you to relax every day. Even outside on the terrace, we could enjoy the peace and the beautiful view wonderfully. If you are looking for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle, you are in the right place. Absolute recommendation!

We had a wonderful time in Kale. The place where we stayed was great – nice and clean, with spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a sea view. The small town is within walking distance, but we rented a car to explore other parts of the island. Luckily, there was a parking spot right outside the apartment for the entire duration of our stay :) Also, there’s a big shop just across the street, which was very convenient.

We had a great time at the apartment. It is within walking distance of downtown and has several supermarkets and the Galeria very close. Ivan is a great host, he responds quickly and is warm. The apartment is small but fully equipped, there was really made the best of the available space, we didn't miss anything. The only downside may be that the apartment is on the 5th floor. We will definitely try to stay in the apartment again on our next trip to Zadar. Highly recommend! ❤️
