This home is very beautiful and spacious for all of our needs. It was very fitting for 5 people and a dog. Beatriz had left a mat, bowls, a towel and bags for the dog which was amazing. Happy to see that she had went out of her way to accommodate all of us including the dog. I will definitely be coming back again. Would definitely recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised at every turn when we came into the house and saw special touches everywhere. This was our nicest Airbnb experience because the host took the time to add so many extras like providing bathrobes and slippers, making patterns on the bed covers and having supplies on hand for anything you might forget. They also had pet supplies and fun outdoor games. We definitely recommend this as somewhere where you can be comfortable and relax!

My aunt and I loved Christina’s house. It was beautifully restored and decorated, and it felt comfortable and homey. It was very close to stores and restaurants but the neighborhood was quiet. I will definitely return.

Deborah’s place was easy to find, spotlessly clean and Deborah herself was very responsive with communications. Note: The property is on a more busy street and the driveway is narrow and hard to turn around to easily pull out onto the road head first. A minor inconvenience for us, but if you have a large vehicle it may be more challenging. Overall though, a great place to stay. Thank you!

Great stay while visiting our son at RIT. Our pups loved the fenced in backyard and a great and quiet neighborhood for walking. Bathrooms were especially extra clean which means a lot to us while traveling. We spent lots of time in the nice sunroom with comfy couches and privacy. Jason was very communicative. We felt right at home!

Stayed here with a group of 5 and it was good for us. Loved being close enough to walk to lots of restaurants/cafes and in such a leafy, porch-filled neighborhood. We spent a lot of time (in June) on the porch and loved it.

Spending time in the Rochester New York? Consider this property as your place to stay. This house was wonderfully comfortable, all the items worked, and it was excellent for my whole family. We loved the pool, hot tub, the game room, deck........ bed rooms...... I am rating this property as one of the top Air BnB experiences I have rented.

One of the cutest airbnbs I’ve stayed in. We loved sitting on the patio to read during our stay. Spiral staircase is definitely narrow as others have said, but it is a beautiful place nonetheless. Everything is a quick 5-10 minute drive, but to walk to things was often much longer. My friend was happy to see so many gluten free restaurants in the area, so if you’re looking for that, you are in luck! All in all great stay in a good location.

My two young children and I had a wonderful time staying in Alyssa's apartment on our first visit to Rochester. It was clean, comfortable (inc. good shower and comfortable beds!), very spacious, and the little touches made it feel welcoming and homely. We were there to visit The Strong Museum of Play and Susan B. Anthony's house and Susan and Frederick Douglass' gravesites, all of which were a short drive from the house. There is a great food co-op just down the street and plenty of cafes and restraurants to choose from. Communication was easy and helpful. Traveling solo with two kids isn't always easy, but having a comfortable, pleasant home base made all the difference. We can't wait to come back!

In town for a problematic pregnancy/delivery. Dwight could not have been nicer, offering flexibility and changing days when needed. We so appreciated this property as a peaceful and welcome refuge from the hospital. Anything we needed was available in the apartment. Will look forward to returning.

This was our fourth time at the Red Mill and each trip makes us eager for the next one. There is a spark of magic in the garden, the art, the perfectly curated collection of books... you just can't go wrong. The falls are beautiful, rain or shine, but they are nothing compared to the best host we've ever met. Joan is a treasure. I call her an ambassador for the region. You can see in her guestbook that we are not alone in making multiple return trips to see her and the full experience she has created. All five senses come alive at the Mill. If you need a peaceful getaway, just do it.

We loved this Airbnb. it was even nicer than the photos. it was very pleasant to be in. there are three sitting areas inside and the backyard garden was lovely too. it was nice and unusual to have real furniture, rather than the cheap furniture in many Airbnbs. when we asked about instructions for closing the unit before leaving, we were told to leave it as we would if we were in a hotel. We so appreciated that, since we hate paying cleaning fees and also have to clean. the neighborhood is lovely and it is a nice walk to coffee shops and restaurants. we could not have been more pleased. we highly recommend!

We had a great time at John and Maria’s place. Their place is very comfortable, appealingly decorated and welcoming. All of the amenities made our stay pleasant and enjoyable. We felt right at home. John and Maria’s extensive area recommendations made our stay in Rochester that much better. We had excellent communication. John and Maria made us feel welcome and right at home.

Easy to locate, even arriving after dark. Private and comfortable place. Nicely appointed for one or many days. We wished our stay was longer to fully enjoy the area, bikes available and comfort of the apartment itself.

Wonderful stay. It faces the inlet and you can see across to the plazas instead of the full lake, but it's still very pretty. A great unit, great area, great instructions and responsiveness.

Our family came in for a concert, and this location was perfect. Beautiful condo, with a perfect location on the lake. With access to the pool, hot tub, life sized chess board, gym and the lakeside trail, we were within steps of a brewery, salon, restaurants, playground and an ice cream shop. Within walking distance of CMAC -- which we saw many people do. No need to bring your own towels, the condo has 4 for your use. The owners were quick to respond when we weren't able to get the door open (trick: turn the lock all the way to the right and lift the door handle up as you open) and super kind/prompt if I had other questions. We'll def be back. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful place!

The condo was in a nice, quite development. There were plenty of stores and gas stations close by and easy access to the freeway.

This was a beautiful Condo in a wonderful area. Easily walkable to a waterfront walking path and playground. The grounds were stunning. The condo was exactly as advertised! Very clean, spacious for a family of 4, and easy to locate. I would stay again in a heartbeat, thank you!!!!

We enjoyed our stay with clean accommodations and well stocked. The only thing I would consider adding is a washer and dryer for convenience.
