Arielle’s place was perfect for us. We came to attend our daughter’s graduation. Her place was so close to University and we were able to walk to commencement. It was a long line of cars waiting for parking spots. We were glad to escape such a hustling. Her place was so comfortable. We highly recommend her place to anyone .

We attended an event at the George Eastman Museum which was located less than a block away on East Avenue. We could easily walk or drive there. On the other end of this block is Park Ave where one can find numerous good venues for food of many kinds. Szechuan Opera Chinese is closest to the house and I ducked in there at 9:30 PM when they told me at that time it was to go only. The dish I ordered was a truly superb surprise ... not inexpensive but was excellent. We also dined Roux and Sinbad's who serve great food.

Great Airbnb. I give it 5 stars across all categories. Nice, new apartment, and the positive energy of the hosts stands out the most. I’ve already booked it for my next trip to Rochester.

Got ready for my wedding at this place and it was even better than I could imagine ! The bridal space is stunning and so many good photo opportunities! Anything you need is there !

We’ve stayed in a number of apartments in the area and Gail‘s building is definitely a stand out. She and her husband clearly care deeply about their building and their guests’ experience. The unit was furnished with lovely antiques and accessories, it was incredibly clean and cozy, and Gail made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. She is very responsive and proactively worked to ensure we had a great stay. The building is walking distance to Park Avenue, the Eastman House, and Rochester‘s art Museum. It is on a really attractive street and has a dedicated parking garage spot. I have no doubt that we will be returning to Gail‘s building for a future Rochester visit.

Liam's place was in close proximity for our weekend needs. It was also conveniently close to Wegmans and Starbucks with easy access to many other shopping areas. His place was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. As described, there is some road noise but he provided options to help with that. We would stay again if in the area.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Lounge on Strathallan. Nicely appointed with beautiful original woodwork. Excellent location for Eastman School of Music. Josh was very responsive to all communications and directions were clear and helpful. Thank you for the excellent accommodations!

Beautiful and cozy little studio apartment. The front room is set up as a great little yoga area. Definitely relaxing and close to everything Rochester!

We attended a family wedding so needed a place to stay for the evening of the event. Phil and Kelly accommodated an early arrival and the apartment was perfect. Sarah was so kind and checked in on us during our stay to make sure we were all set and didn’t need anything. Place was clean and had everything we needed that was listed in the amenities.

An absolute gem! Such a beautiful neighborhood, I couldn't stop walking outside in the area just to enjoy the picturesque houses and friendly people. I loved the well-placed and thought-out notes throughout the unit-- notes on the under cabinet lighting, how to use the air conditioning, everything! There was laundry detergent, dish washing soap and a sponge, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. This is quintessentially a wonderful space, furnished by a considerate and thoughtful person! It truly felt like home for a week.

This Airbnb was truly a lifesaver after a stressful first night at another property. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—easy to access, great communication, and such a relief to walk into a space that was clean, thoughtfully renovated, and beautifully designed. The home is spacious, centrally located, and even has off-street parking, which made things so convenient. It was also very kid-friendly, which made traveling with my family so much easier. Every detail felt intentional, and it was clear the host put care into creating a comfortable, welcoming environment. I’m so grateful to have found this place when I did—it turned my trip around. Cute, super-tidy unit in a fun neighborhood close to downtown. Lots of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access and parking. Well furnished and appointed kitchen with new appliances. Bed was super comfortable - wonderful mattress. Great and responsive communication before, during, and after my stay. Highly recommended.

The listing was as described. Brian left us delicious sweet treats when we arrived. He gave us lots of wonderful recommendations of places to eat and see. He was very responsive with everything we needed. The family enjoyed the pool table, dart board and hanging out on the porch, on the couch.

We ended our trip staying here before flying out the next morning— cozy space, clean and even fresh flowers greeting us! Host was responsive to a question after we checked in. The vaulted/angled ceiling was a little lower than expected but otherwise, comfortable and great night of sleep! Would recommend to others needing a place in the area!

We had a wonderful, relaxing, and beautiful stay at Miranda's and Brian's place! Also, they were both so responsive and kind as hosts. We'd definitely be happy go back sometime soon!

5th time staying here. Fabulous place to stay! Walkable distance to food places. Only con was bathtub was a little dirty.
