Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Brick Township

This is a lovely and comfortable house in a wonderful location. Our family group of 5 adults felt very at home here for an extended Memorial Day Weekend visit. The beds were all very comfy which we appreciated. The updated kitchen is large and so easy to work in. There is also a very pretty backyard with a barbecue and eating area. It is an easy walk into the charming town of Manasquan and just about one mile to the beautiful beach. Lisa is a friendly host and communicates very well. We had a terrific time and would definitely return to this house again!

My family had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, close to the beach and walkable to several restaurants. Would stay here again!

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. Extremely clean, beautiful and sunlit space with great everything. In a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, you can see the sunrise and set, stars at night and hear the waves. Well built, the space is private, with a huge gap on all sides between the house and the ones around it. Privacy shades for night and cool adjustable lighting, and nice lighting in general. The community is well-planned, lit and safe and eventually leads out to a beach on one side and the bay with a great restaurant BYOB with nice stemware on the other both short walks. Had a relaxing, positive stay the decks are spectacular!

Perfect location in between main street and beach+ size for our girls/family event weekend! Well decorated and furnished for all needs. Appreciate the beach cruisers & restaurant recommendation’s. Christopher was a wonderful host and extremely responsive and helpful! As well as informative regarding things to do during our stay!! The home was beautiful and very accommodating for our group. The whole home was very clean and had plenty of helpful amenities!!

My group and I felt right at home and it was extremely cozy :) we had so much fun using the kayaks and fireplace and we loved the upstairs room with the two bunk beds looking over the whole house! Definitely recommend ❤️

Home is in fantastic shape. Has everything you need for cooking to making sure you have beach chairs for the beach. Everything is walking distance. Home is spotless and provides plenty of towels and toiletries. Plan to rent next Memorial Day. Owner responds immediately and goes out of his way to make you feel at home.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for the Sea Hear Now music festival! Tami was very helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. The place was perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

Chris’s home was perfect for a weekend down the shore! Close to everything you would need. Chris was extremely helpful and communicative, making the stay even better.

Anneke’s place was fantastic. Although the weather wasn’t in our favor, the place itself was very pleasant and felt like a new home. Anneke was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We hope to book again in the future!

Christina’s apartment is spacious and quiet. There was ample parking available and the check-in process was easy. It’s located on the ground floor of most likely a historic home with another apartment directly above it. It’s located approximately one mile from the beach and close to restaurants. Christina was very helpful and responsive. I booked the apartment for a one night stay in May and the AC wasn’t installed yet, so check first if you’re needing to book in the off/low season. Overall, a great value, especially given the rental costs in the area.

Cynthia was the loveliest host and was incredibly communicative from before we arrived to the very end. She answered all our questions quickly and gave some great recommendations. It’s a great location and easy to get everywhere. Only things to mention is metered street parking near that area so may need to park elsewhere, and the stairs to get up to the apartment are a little steep, but Cynthia was helpful explaining both of these and we had a perfect time.

Cute, cozy little vacation spot. Worked for my family of 4, but I wouldn’t say many more could fit comfortably. I appreciated having the baby gate since there was a pretty tall flight of stairs right at the entrance to the rooms. Great location, about halfway between the beach & Main Street. The park down the street is great for younger kids too.

This place was just perfect for us! Very well stocked all around…kitchen, bathroom, games, beach chairs. They had it all! Beautiful sunsets out the front over the bay and we could even see the sunrise come up from our bedroom! Easy and flexible check in, great communication, yummy homemade muffins upon arrival. Hope to stay again!

Just 3 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to the boardwalk. Beautiful apartment, looks like it was recently painted and renovated. Everything is very fresh and new. L

We loved our stay at Jeff's place! The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, the place was very clean and only a short walk to the beach. We really appreciated having access to beach badges, chairs and umbrellas! Also really appreciated Jeff accommodating an early check-in and late checkout, and offering some great restaurant recommendations.

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

Beautiful home and beach front property in amazing central location to shops and food. The hosts were always available to answer all questions and assist with our needs. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys and everyone had a great time. I had coffee on the deck each morning , very peaceful and great people watching and the boys had endless fun playing in the sandy yard. The house is well equipped. With large living spaces and bedrooms, beach chairs, towels, grill, and games. You will be sad to leave.

Julianna’s place was clean and she was very friendly. The only thing was the sink was leaking. I called them right away and they were quick to help. Attentive. Overall great stay great location it was 1 min walk to the boardwalk which has everything to do.

This is the perfect little space for a few days at the beach. The location was fantastic for my family-we have two small children and were able to cut 2 blocks over and be on the boardwalk, but still have it be peaceful at night. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Karl was proactive with reaching out and ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Overall everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

We had the best stay at Jennifer’s place for a girls weekend getaway! We didn’t want to leave. You can tell she puts a lot of heart into her place to make it welcoming. It is so well decorated and stocked with all the necessities, plus more than you would typically expect! This is a place where you don’t have to pack a ton for the beach because she has the place stocked with everything you need for a beach trip. We were missing something in the condo and Jennifer was quick to respond and bring it to us, she is super communicative and accommodating. The location was PERFECT as we walked to everything we wanted to within 15 minutes. Having beach badges to both Seaside AND funtown were such a plus. HIGHLY recommend checking out Funtown!! We are already planning a trip back!!

This was a perfectly situated property. We were close to beach, restaurants and shops. The layout was conducive to sitting together while cooking. The bedrooms and bathroom exactly as described and photographed. Entire home was impeccably clean and well decorated. Myra’s theme of “make wonderful memories” was easy to do at this location.
