We had a magical stay at Patrizia and Gigi’s. Thanks to them we lived a very special experience in an absolute breathtaking location. The house is extremely clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. All the amenities and outdoor spaces are really nice. The hosts were very friendly, proactive and accommodating, yet we still enjoyed a lot of privacy and quiet.

We had a lovely stay. The cottage has a great view and is surrounded by mountains. We enjoyed the whirlpool. Chiavenna is a very cute town with really good food. Nicola was a great host. We highly reccomend to stay there!

When you drive up to the cottage you find yourself making your way through a slightly spooky forrest road, initially you wonder where you're going and if you'll drive off the end of the earth! But after a few minutes you arrive at the cottage and it is simply magical. The garden is fantastic, the cottage itself looks like a beautiful hobbit hole and the view is absolutely breath taking. Roberta was there to greet us and she was very kind, charming and extremely helpful. The interior of the cottage is absolutely super. Everything is even better than advertised and the sauna, beautiful shower and hot tub are a luxurious joy to use. This cottage is perfect for 2 people planning a relaxing few days away from the busy cities. Yet within 30 minutes drive you are in the heart of Bergamo for a bit of shopping. Roberta is wonderful and the cottage is a dream. We will 100% be back very soon!

Very quiet location, ideal for relaxing. A very nice little house. We felt very comfortable and for us an ideal starting point for our daily excursions.

This place was perfect for our two nights in Lake Como! Could not beat that view and the hot tub was fantastic after a long day of exploring. Host was easy to reach and had good instructions for check in. Would highly recommend a visit to Orrido di Vezio for a small hike and visit to the castle not too far away. All in all you couldn’t ask for anything more

Gorgeous place to stay in an incredible location. If you want seclusion, this is the best place surrounded by nature. We were given goodies in the kitchen which was a lovely touch. My husband and I stayed here for a few days on our honeymoon and it was by far the best stop!

Eleonora’s apartement is very comfortable with a beautiful view for the lake. She’s very kind and helpful during all our stay.

It was just right for a little getaway. I was able to refuel super; the surroundings and the house were a dream. I felt very comfortable right away. Andy was always very helpful and hospitable, thank you for everything. I can highly recommend the place. I would love to come back - next time with my family.

How disconnected can you be from nature? Thanks to Luciano, we were able to understand it. Staying in his accommodation was the perfect opportunity to get closer to nature, animal life, silence, and the coolness of the morning. Walking along the path to reach the hut is like living a magical fairy tale. The place is tidy and extremely clean. Luciano is kind and helpful. His adventure companion, Olèo, a beautiful and very friendly dog. My partner and I needed to get away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the city. And the Baita nel Bosco turned out to be the ideal place. We only stayed two nights, but we will definitely be back. This time for longer. Thank you very much Luciano. Your life and your story are an example for everyone. See you soon.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. Noemi responded quickly and attentively to our questions and concerns. Above all, the explanation by video on how to use the pellet stove was very helpful. Since it was a cool, rainy day, it was very nice to be able to heat up a little. The property is also good for people who arrive by Postbus like us. There is a small shop in the next village that has everything you need on vacation. And the nature, the tranquility are wonderful.

Spectacular location and space! Roberta was a top notch host and was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. The house is located in the perfect setting as very easy to get around by bus as well as centrally located to the BoBosco trail system. The house has everything and more that you would need for a night or a week! My suggestions to future travelers would be to grab your groceries in Tenero before coming up the Valley as the local store, while really wonderful, was not very big. Staying there was amazing, you have so much nature surrounding you, getting there is a little tricky but with the right car is all worth it! Andrea was really friendly and the place was clean and just like the pictures! Would definitely go again!

This beautiful cottage is in a wonderful location in the forest and we liked living there in nature in simple conditions. We felt partly as if we were in fairy tale land. During the week it was very quiet in the village, on the weekend, as described, some renovation work happened at the neighbors. The area is fantastic for hiking and excursions to the lake or to the Val Grande National Park. The hosts Adolfo and Christina are extremely friendly and helpful. Worth the path.

We felt super comfortable and were able to switch off well from the start. Pure nature, which you also have to get involved in.

A beautiful place in the middle of the woods – highly recommended! Alois welcomed us very warmly and was always helpful. He gave us all the important information, so we immediately felt comfortable. The cottage is lovingly furnished and ideal for unwinding and enjoying nature. I'm sure we'll be back!

Perfect place to disconnect from reality! We were 2 adult with our 3 kids (8,6,2 months). The big kids played all day outside (there are swings and a lot of space to run around). They were not bored one second, always exploring the beautiful nature. Inside the house everything was very clean and nothing was missing. We had really everything we needed. Make sure you do the shopping ahead so you do not have to go down again (35 min one way).

The accommodation is beautifully located in the Valle di Mello and for the children the surroundings are great for playing.

We had a wonderful holiday. We actually didn't miss anything and felt very comfortable. The view is unique and this tranquility is really great. Everything went great ☺️

Great place to stay for some peace and quiet. Very rustic feeling. Also be ready for some improvisation since electricity isn‘t guaranteed and you may need to improvise a fridge to keep food cold or have dinner in the company of a cozy gas light. All in all a great place to stay and Maru was super friendly and helpful

Roberto's cottage is a paradise! Our vacation there was fantastic. The arrival was immediately exciting: our luggage in a caterpillar transporter after the mountain. Our 2-year-old daughter immediately fell in love with the two ponies in the meadow, and our 5-year-old son spent the whole day catching lizards, which were there in large numbers. We cooked in the evening (including with ingredients for pasta carbonara that we got from Roberto and fresh eggs from the chickens) in the outdoor kitchen with beautiful views of Lago Maggiore. We have walked beautifully every day. Highly recommended and nearby was: Capella Fina - Pizzo Pernice; along the east side of the mountain with wonderful views, and back over the ridge (path towards Monte Todum). We had initially booked a few weeks earlier, but were allowed to move our booking a day earlier at no extra cost due to the weather. It's a shame we didn't speak Italian, because Roberto was incredibly friendly!

Really enjoyed our stay here! Quiet, peaceful, very private!! Very cool yard space for the kids or dog to explore, pastoral neighboring space, and the fireflies were amazing! Highly recommended!
