Excellent location on the river, a few minutes walk from Catelvecchio and Arena, in San Zeno, a very charming historical and trendy area, very lively and safe. I am always avaialble to give new informations or advices to enjoy the best of Verona . Set along the River Adige in central Verona, the apartment is within walking distance of traditional restaurants, boutique shops, trendy bars, and quaint cafes. The Arena di Verona is steps away. The San Zeno area is an ancient part of the town, well preserved and very alive, still not too touristic but very charming and safe: the Basilica of San Zeno in San Zeno square, heart of the district, is the most beautiful church of Verona. In the price is not included the VERONA TOURIST TAX of 2,50€/person/day that visitors has to pay in cash upon their arrival. CHECK OUT by 11.00 CHECK IN before 20.00 (for exceptional check in between 20.00 and 22.00 will apply a surcharge of 20€). We don't accept check in after 22.00

La casetta è una luminosa location che dispone di un’ampia zona giorno con cucina attrezzata, tv, macchina del caffè, frigorifero, microonde e divano letto, nella zona notte c è una camera con letto alla francese elegante e accogliente, bagno con una graziosa doccia posizionata in una nicchia, lavatrice. La zona è nel cuore del centro abitato e ben fornita di tutti i servizi, intorno alla struttura ci sono molti parcheggi non a pagamento. Ideale per un soggiorno a pochi chilometri dalla città.

Monolocale indipendente in un contesto di due unità, ognuna con bagno esclusivo, accesso riservato. L’Host non è convivente, apre da remoto e interviene in caso di necessità in 15/30 minuti. La seconda unità è su AirBnB come Amaranto Hospitality Brescia (nei motori di ricerca). Agevole parcheggio per le auto, metropolitana a pochi minuti, come anche negozi, supermercati, bar e ristoranti. Centro città a 2,5 km, ospedale Poliambulanza a 3,4 km, vicino a supermercati, palestre bar ristoranti.

This attic is bright, furnished with everything you need for a pleasant stay. In the kitchen you need to cook, a selection of teas available. TV, wifi, air conditioning, washing machine, double bed on a mezzanine. In a wall of the living room are visible frescoes of the twelfth century.
