This is my 4th stay at this residence. Amazing location, amazing restaurant and friendly neighborhood. Vitali is an exceptional host and sets the bar really high.

Very clean apartment and excellent location - Quick to arrive with car, good and cheap parking options but still walking distance from city center. We like to prepare meals ourselves on long stays, so only little minus was the missing kichenware, for example no knifes or cutting boards. But all in all excellent apartment and host, perfect for 1-2 adults.

Roberta is an exceptional host. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with everything we needed. From the free bikes to the thoughtful touches throughout, everything was perfect. She was always available, kind, and made us feel completely at home. “Perfect stay in Brescia!” I stayed at this B&B with a friend for a conference, and the experience was excellent. The host was always extremely helpful and attentive to our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The house is cozy, with attention to detail and decorated with very special objects, which give a truly unique atmosphere. One detail we particularly appreciated was the mix of herbs left by the host to prepare herbal teas: a special touch that made us feel pampered. The location is strategic: a few minutes' walk away is the metro that conveniently connects to the city center. In addition, you can reach the university in just 10-15 minutes, perfect for those of us who had academic commitments. The neighborhood also deserves a mention: quiet and equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this B&B for those looking for a comfortable and cozy place to stay!

This is a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is well appointed, the pool is lovely and the gardens and outdoor space is stunning. Gabi is an excellent host who works hard to look after guests, giving the place the feel of a boutique hotel, with the privacy and convenience of self catering. We’re already planning on going back.

I stayed at this accommodation for work reasons, the experience was excellent. The house is well structured and had all the necessary comforts, very dear the idea of also leaving small touches for breakfast. I really appreciated it. I also really appreciated the cleanliness, kindness, and helpfulness. The only flaw is the loud noise of a stream right behind the accommodation, maybe it was only so active during my stay. In any case, the windows are 100% soundproof, so everything can be solved. If I have the opportunity/need, I will definitely return to this house. For my needs, the hospitality is definitely 5 stars out of 5!!!

Beautiful room with breathtaking views – perfect for our 4-day trip! Very clean, cozy and lovingly furnished. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. An unforgettable break - we'd love to come back!

The place is family friendly. It has two bathrooms and two bedrooms, as well as a large sofa bed. The rooms are large and bright and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and microwaves. It has a garden and parking area. The hosts are very responsive, giving suggestions and helping with everything. Highly recommended.

Like being at home, Olga waited for us until we arrived, because we were in the car and had taken traffic, we were two hours late. The house has all the comforts, the house is in a beautiful location. In my case, I was relocated for about a month for work, and the location of the house was really convenient because the bus stop was just outside the driveway, taking me directly to the workplace. Refreshment activities, pizza bars, green space. The neighbors were kind, and my dogs had company. Beautiful, if the company assigns me new activities, I'll consider it again.

We have had an amazing stay with Stefania and would come back any time! The apartment is great, really nicely decorated and well-equipped. The home cinema is really fun in the evenings. Stefania is a great host, very kind and helpful with anything! It was amazing!

Very special place, we enjoyed every minute of it! This view on the lake and montains was unique. The house was beautiful and very comfortabel.

Anna was an excellent host! She communicated wonderfully the entire time! Her place is just beautiful and clean and spacious! It was a refreshing stay and had everything we needed! The proximity of the apartment to restaurants and the central town was better than we expected. Views out of the window were beautiful, seeing the mountains and the village was stunning!

Wonderful spacious apartment. Very clean. It was myself and my 2 children however could easily accommodate a bigger family. Walking distance to all restaurants and stones throw from the water. We felt comfortable and very safe.

I don't know what to say.... The whole thing was perfect. Entering through the gate with the car and seeing our beautiful little yard, surrounded by a jasmine hedge and full of flowers shaded by olive trees right on the lakefront was amazing. In the apartment, the windows that looked right out onto the lake made it feel like there was a living painting... with sound when we left the window open. I would like to address the low ceilings in bedroom and bathroom. It is true, they are low and we are tall so we did have to duck a bit at the head of the bed and in the toilet area but it was COMPLETELY fine. The kitchen was quite well equipped and we made a bunch of lovely meals there. It was a beautiful walk along a sidewalk but then mostly along the beautiful lakefront promenade into town and we walked a few times a day with no difficulty to the ferry, the grocery store, the lungolago. Best of all was Giampaolo's mom who was AMAZING as was her strudel. A beautiful lady!!!! Perfect!
