An absolutely fabulous cottage! My husband and I needed a few days of peace and quiet away from all the hustle and bustle of life and work. The Rose Cottage was the perfect place! The privacy and quiet was just what we needed. Thouroughly enjoyed the rocking chairs on the back porch and even had a couple Shetland ponies visit us there! Saw deer daily and enjoyed the small pond and bench near the cottage. Enjoyed the magazines and a puzzle (which my husband never does!) and the hot tub. The drive in and out of the property was stunning. Wish we could have stayed longer and taken a few walks. It was a fabulous getaway! Hope to visit again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming cottage and was absolutely delighted by the experience. The photos in the listing, while lovely, don’t fully capture the warmth and beauty of this hidden gem; it’s truly even more enchanting in person. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the cozy ambiance and thoughtful touches throughout the space. The living area is both comfortable and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them in the quaint dining nook. The bedroom offers a restful retreat with its plush bedding and serene decor. Waking up to the gentle sounds of nature and sipping coffee on the private patio was a highlight of my mornings. The surrounding area is picturesque, offering plenty of opportunities for leisurely walks and immersing oneself in the local scenery. The host’s hospitality was exceptional, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring a seamless stay.

This picturesque fairytale cottage was everything you could think of and then some. My SIL and I spent a much needed girls weekend and we wanted a place that would be a perfect balance of serene, peaceful and things to do - this cute little tree house cottage was the perfect place for us. Starting off, the cottage was even cuter in person than in the pictures, it was meticulously cared for and you couldn’t find a spec of dirt if you tried. You can see the pride Deborah and Ken take in their property from all of the pristine and well kept grounds, to the thoughtful spaces they’ve created to enjoy their perfect utopia. The cottage was beautifully curated with thoughtful and beautiful decor, the beds were very comfortable and Deborah even went to the trouble to leave snacks, croissants, fruit trays, mimosas, and more. This was by far the best Air BNB experience I’ve ever had and I would love to go visit again. Thank you Deborah & Ken for your hospitality!

Me and my grandchildren really enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful with its pastures, the pond, the swimming pool/hot tub, and the pavilion. The house was very clean, and so cute with its farmhouse and cow decor. The kids loved fishing, swimming, and swinging on the tree swing, and I enjoyed the peace and relaxation after a day of shopping. I look forward to staying there again when we visit Round Top!

We booked the Quebe Guesthouse for a girls trip to Round Top Antiques Fair. It was amazing! The farmhouse is beautiful. It was the perfect place for the four of us. Charlotte came to greet us and provided eggs, milk, single serve Blue Bell ice cream…so thoughtful. We enjoyed learning about the history of the property and even took an RTV ride with Bill. Coffee on the front porch was delightful. We cooked several meals and also enjoyed a couple of restaurants in Brenham: The Brenham Grill & Ninety Six West. We had a very relaxing stay and would highly recommend this property. Charlotte - thank you for your hospitality!

The cottage was very nice and spacious. We enjoyed our stay so much and loved the peacefulness! I highly recommend to anyone who wants a nice, quiet location. It would be wonderful for a family of a single person who wants to relax.

Love staying here - the scenery is unbeatable with giant old oak trees, the surroundings are peaceful and the wildflowers were gorgeous! The wigwam house is comfortable and has everything you need. Will stay again.

Overall great host and good price. It was a little confusing to get to the place, especially at night, the area is too dark. The space was just the right size for the amount of people in our party, and had all the amenities that we needed.

Very comfortable place and tucked away with a few other cottages close by. You are definitely near a farm, which I liked, but the cow(s) were not heard inside. They had coffee but maybe some extras would be nice at least during the low season of Roundtop. Love that there were no TVs to be found in the cottage and got great sleep!

Great house and great patio! We enjoyed the porch swing while listening to the creek and watching the birds.

The cottage was a perfect location for a peaceful getaway. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The host is very responsive to any communication.

This place was clean and quiet. Host was very responsive and easy to deal with. Small town, so not a lot around but they did provide accurate information about what was available. We stayed here for an Aggie game, which was a straight 30 minute drive. I had an option to stay in College Station come up but the cost was $700 per night more. This is well worth the quick drive.

Host responded promptly, home was clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and short walk to university stadium. We will definitely book again in the future.

Perfect for what we needed. We had a golf tournament and it was perfect. TV’s were a bit hard to figure out but we did not watch them. I would make it easier to figure out TV’s for guests. Overall perfect though!

Beautiful, peaceful farmhouse for our second family reunion here. Fishing was fantastic - bass and huge bluegill. Great place for several (3) families to enjoy each other’s company.

We hit the jackpot with this Airbnb. It is comfortable, cozy and well equipped. The photos DO NOT do justice to the beauty of the setting. We thought it was on a pond but it was on a small lake. The waterfowl were amazing and we'd sit inside with patio door open so we could listen to all of them. Unfortunately is rained much of the time we were there so we didn't use the outdoor spaces as much as we would have liked. Easy drive into College Station for anything you want. The only minor downside was the low height of the shower head in one of the bathrooms (I don't know about the other bathroom since I didn't use it) - but that's not unusual for an older home. The phenomenal water pressure more than made up for that. One of the people staying there tried to book it again for May graduation, but it was already reserved. It will be all of our first choice if we go back to College Station.
