We had a great stay at Kaitlin’s place! The location between the bay and the beach was perfect! The house itself was great and had everything we needed. I was a little nervous about the dock after reading some previous reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised to see it had recently been replaced with all new wood and was in perfect condition! We also had a couple visits from an alligator, so be aware. The space was comfortable and clean. The AC worked great to keep the house cool in the summer heat. The sunsets from the back deck were beautiful. The beach was easy to walk to. We would definitely return! A couple tips: they are not joking about the mosquitos. They will swarm you as soon as you step out of your vehicle, so be prepared! TIP: Also, bring bottled water for drinking! The well water is yellow and not appetizing.

We had a great long weekend at Casa Surfside! Though it did rain for part of our stay, there was ample seating and room to spread out. The beds were comfy; there were plenty of towels, a well-appointed kitchen, and even beach towels and toys were available. Our host was very responsive with helpful tips and answers to questions. The kids are already asking when we can go back!

We absolutely loved this house, it had everything we needed and more. The outside area was amazing! It was like having a living room and kitchen outside, so very comfortable. The option to use the neighborhood boat launch was a definite perk! The public beach 2 miles down to the right was so clean and peaceful. We brought our jetskis and they had the perfect little pad to dock them! Everything was so well thought out and our vacation went so smoothly. Neighbors were so kind and friendly. We will be back!

This house is beautiful and was very close to the ocean. It is a great place to bring kids and it was very clean. The beds are amazing and it was so surreal, sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the mornings, the stress just falls away. Worth the price!
