Cozy cottage just outside Höör where you get full access of the whole place and where there is hot tub outdoor, fireplace, outdoor fireplace, large wooden deck and a spacious garden with a forest just behind. The place is in a small cabin village close to Kvesarum Lake. Around the cottages you are surrounded by the forest and with a 10 minute walk through the forest you can come down to a lake with barbecue and swimming area. NOTE: this is not a place to have a party or play music outdoors as it is in a cottage village.

Torpet with its glass porch, patios and garden is located in the forest corner with a view of meadow landscape. The kitchen has dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge. Soapstone stove in living room. Laundry in the basement. Bedding, bed linen and towels are included. Forest trails with berries and chanterelle picking. Cleaning not included, but it can be booked as an add-on. Note: From November you can only stay in one of the bedrooms. 2 adults and 2 children. On cold days, you sleep downstairs in the living room.

Access to fenced garden (which may contain dog that is only let out if you are OK with it) with a patio. 50 meters from the bus stop. 4 km from beach o ICA. 2,5 stairs upp. Pets welcome (But do not let loose in the garden without prior notice). On the other floors of the house there is an office and a young couple with a friendly greyhoundhane. Access to 9 kW charging box for electric car.

In the area, there is also access to shop, pizzeria, outdoor swimming, Ystad golf club, etc. 150 meters to bus stop towards Ystad or Simrishamn.
