The cottage is set back off the private road, and with a clear view in front of the cottage, you over look the Brackley Bay and in a distance can see the Covehead Wharf and sand dunes. It is perfect for a family or a couples getaway. Located 2 mins from Brackley Beach National Park, 15 mins to Charlottetown and 15 mins to Cavendish. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a cozy and comfortable home base to explore the island! Close to Charlottetown and beautiful beaches. The kitchen was well equipped and the view of Brackley Bay was gorgeous!

The pictures don't do it justice, this place was beautiful and the location was great. The views from the front deck were incredible. It is right at the top of the gardens and there are public paths directly below the cottage but the place still felt quite private. Great home base if you're traveling around the north shore area! The host was very responsive any time we had a question. We definitely hope to come back again soon!

This place was such a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the PEI scenery. We immediately felt at home and the cottage was spotless! We really appreciated the host's responsiveness to all our questions and willingness to assist us. The view from the porch was beautiful, we got to see lots of bunnies and birds hanging around. We had some trouble understanding where it was ok to park near the cottage but once that was figured out we had the best experience here. Would definitely recommend!

What an absolute slice of heaven this place is! We travelled from NS with the entire family and made memories to last a life time. The house, the property, and the beach is picture perfect. Not to mention, the field of cows next door… AMAZING! The hosts are absolute gems and were extremely responsive and lovely to deal with. We are in the works of planning our 2026 summer trip back! 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with us, Ashley! 🤍
