Our stay with 2 3-year-olds was extremely pleasant. The view is beautiful, sheep have come to graze on the hill beside, the pine forest and the surrounding mountains, the eco-trilla, the river, all very pleasant. The children also loved the indoor space and the private garden. Everything in the Yulia listing is cozy and appropriate. It hosts with love and does everything for its guests, answering all questions with all good will, answering all requests at their fingertips. You don't see it, but it's like it's always been your friend. Thank you for everything, Yulia.

We recommend it with both hands ! Great place - very modern, cozy and stylishly furnished, impeccable cleanliness, very well maintained house and yard. The host - Iliyan was always on-line, very responsive and friendly person. Easy communication and support from him 24/7. The area is very beautiful and picturesque. Perfect place for families with kids and big companies. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we will definitely repeat.

Me and my friends had great time there. In the house you can find everything that you need for a wonderful weekend. If you are with kids there are toys and you can also find board games.

It’s been a while since I stayed at a real Airbnb like this. The moment you step inside, you realize this is a proper home—not one of those cash grabs stuffed with IKEA basics and random decor. The place looks even better in person, but the real showstopper? The views. Absolutely breathtaking. We loved the fully equipped kitchen—it had everything we needed to cook a proper meal and enjoy a cozy family dinner while gazing out at the Rila Mountains. There are also so many little nooks and lounge areas around the house where you can relax, read, or just zone out and watch nature do its thing. Nicole is an exceptional host—super attentive, thoughtful, and quick to respond. That kind of care is rare and seriously appreciated. I’d 100% come back and absolutely recommend this stay. Worth every cent.

The house and yard are great! Host admiration! They seem to make sure they have everything you need for a pleasant stay. For all types of games, there are balls and accessories. It's safe to visit, the host is responsive and welcoming. We'll visit again and recommend.

The place was very clean and tidy and it is very well equipped with everything one might need. It is not far away from the highway in a remote small village. We felt at home immediately and it was perfect for 1 night stay. Owner’s parents met us but they spoke only bulgarian and that was a bit of a challange, but in the end everything worked out ok. We would love to come back in the future.

Lovely place to relax! Our stay in this guest house was more than wonderful! Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a smile and a warm attitude, which immediately made us feel at home. The rooms are spacious, clean and cozy, furnished with taste and attention to detail. The yard is great for morning coffee or evening barbecue, with lots of greenery and space for relaxation. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness and a full rest. We would definitely come back again!

The house is definitely a place we'd go back to! It has everything you need and is well furnished! The hosts had taken care of us with breakfast products. The Jacuzzi works perfectly. Indescribable silence and tranquility, enlivened by the song of the birds. The house has amenities for a pet. If you don't, the 3 neighbor cats will give you a lot of love. We can't wait to visit the villa again!

Great place for a great price — and staying at an airfield is an interesting experience. Dragomir was professional and helpful for everything. The airfield is not too close to Ihtiman, though - about 4 km from the city itself, so a car or bike is necessary if you need to go into the city.

Amazing location and very nice house. Васил was very supportive and responded quickly when we had a few issues: no towels left in one of the rooms solved the same day. There was some bad smell (pipe / drain system) coming from the storage / laundry room, that it is locked@; he checked it and told us it was a problem with the neighboring house. Not solved completely but it improved. If you need to use a laundry machine, bear in mind that it is not available (or you need to ask for it). The location is beautiful and the house enjoys a good garden space. The kitchen was well equipped. Furniture in the living room is not top quality but it was clean. It was a good experience with this stay and Васил. We paid quite a lot but it was a busy week. If you plan to go skiing and you don’t know the resort, I recommend you to spend time ahead of time in checking all logistics involved: ski pass, rental, lessons, lines. Prices are very different. You can enjoy discounts if you do all together.
