Brilliant little home on the outskirts of the city. really nice, clean and looks as good as the pictures suggest. a few things to note - Not easy to get to by anything except car. driving is almost necessary I'd not save taxi fares - Plenty of wild dogs, for those scared of then. in all I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a beautiful home outside the city with a driver in the group. really impressed

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured—if not better. The views were stunning, the atmosphere was peaceful, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a perfect stay. The villa had everything we needed and more and a gorgeous outdoor area that made it hard to leave. Whether we were relaxing by the pool or enjoying dinner on the patio, every moment felt like a dream. ur host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. If you're looking for a relaxing, luxurious escape—this is it. Highly recommend!

We are delighted with the White House in Divotino. Our youngest family member and his friends guests - kids 2-7 - had a great time in the amazing playground and in the pool. Galina was like grandma to them and provided comfort for all of us. The house is unique - with a wonderful view and a myriad of recreational opportunities. We can't wait to come back for more wonderful getaways!

Really nice accommodation with fully equipped kitchen, super clean. There is a beautiful waterfall on a walkable distance from the apartment. Pavlinka provided very accurate and useful instructions for the Seven Rilla Lakes hiking trail.

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

We were 4 people and stayed for one night. It is located close to a lake with gorgeous views. It’s very off the beaten path and is a wonderful place to relax. Our host gave us many tips for the area, provided us with fishing rods for the lake and was incredibly hospitable. The apartment itself is very rudimentary. It’s nothing luxurious, but it’s appropriate for the price. If you want a simple, yet scenic, place to stay, I recommend it.

Huge house to get lost in. Sauna, Gym, Jacuzzi is amazing, Bluetooth, everything you could wish.

Very nice, big and clean house. The place to eat is separate from the house, which is also convenient. The place is communicative and downtown, close to shops and restaurants. Borislav is a very welcoming host.

The small apartment with its own bathroom and shared outdoor kitchen was cozy. The garden offers plenty of space and freedom. Parking was very easy. Perfect accommodation to take the way to the Rila Mountains. Borislav is a very likeable, open host.

Mariela was very responsive. I did have trouble finding the place. So close but not quite. Anyway quickly resolved with the help of a neighbor who the next day gave me the most delicious home baked goodies. Mariela was great giving recommendations. Heads up that if there on a Monday most restaurants are closed. I found only 2 places opened on Monday night. Well I should have gone to the pizza place as the food and service at the local hotel in a blue building was not good so stay away from there. Overall her place was good and Mariela is an exceptional host.

Nice apartment. Clean and tidy. A small fridge is outside the apartment. There is also a next door apartment and the door is not so soundproof so when someone is outside we hear everything. The kitchen is at another building just a few steps out of the apartment. It is not so convenient when it rains or if you are with your underwear to go out to cook. The sewer pipes from the upper floor go through the bathroom so when someone flashes the toilet you can hear the water coming down. The heating is an air conditioner which is doing a good job! Well, overall is a good choice for a short period stay.

We were on a family vacation for 6 days. The house is big and clean, the kitchen is fully equipped,in the yard you can have a barbecue. The location of the property is great for hiking and very close to Borovets ski resort. Communication with the owner of the Atanas property was excellent,responded very quickly and answered all the questions. We really enjoyed this house and if we ever come to the area we would love to stay here again.

The clock house is a charming house, it is much more beautiful and spacious than it looks in the pictures. Fully equipped kitchen, pleasant living room, very comfortable for a family with 3 children. A wonderful and pleasant yard with an outdoor kitchenette. The communication with Marina was good and pleasant. Definitely recommended for those who want to go on trips in the area.

A very comfortable and spacious house for recommendation. It has all the described contents and you will not miss anything during your stay in it. It is located in a pleasant and peaceful environment. The location is good and is 10 minutes drive from Samokov and 10 to 15 minutes drive from Borovets. The host Dmitar is very kind and available all the time of your stay.
