Easy to check in, good location and nice basic flat.

The apartment was clean, cozy and exactly as described in the listing. The location is convenient and the view from the windows is impressive. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, providing us with everything we needed for the stay. We would definitely come back again! I recommend with both hands!

We had an amazing stay! Vesi and Krassi are extremely welcoming and had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment is kept, cozy and provided with all the necessary amenities. We felt right at home and were able to have a great rest. The view of the mountain and the large space in front of the apartment suitable for federbal, volleyball are also a big plus. We would definitely recommend this place to other guests as well. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Kiril was a great host and responded immediately to any questions we had about our stay. A major bonus was that our check out time was very flexible so we didn't have to rush out of there our last morning--instead we were able to stick around until our bus in the afternoon. We absolutely loved the location and couldn't have asked for an easier airbnb experience! Thank you Kiril!!

The perfect place for a small group retreat. I organized a small city getaway with a bunch of friends, it was just the perfect place to relax! Everything was clean, nice and the place had everything we needed.

Warm comfortable spacious home in great location. We loved our stay here. House warm, cosy and comfortable and real log fire a treat. It snowed the whole time we here but we were never cold. Location ideal for us. Visited Sofia, Plovdiv, Rila Monastery and Borovets. Also nice walk around town itself. Dimitar super helpful, very friendly. Also his parents who lived next door who able to answer all questions we had. Would highly recommend to others and would love to come back one day.

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

We were 4 people and stayed for one night. It is located close to a lake with gorgeous views. It’s very off the beaten path and is a wonderful place to relax. Our host gave us many tips for the area, provided us with fishing rods for the lake and was incredibly hospitable. The apartment itself is very rudimentary. It’s nothing luxurious, but it’s appropriate for the price. If you want a simple, yet scenic, place to stay, I recommend it.

The house is very suitable for families! Spotless and clean at a very high level! Gave us recommendations for local things and their son guided us to a magical waterfall in the woods! In the yard there are delicious fruits and we were hosted really nicely! Highly recommend the lovely hosts🥰😇

Spacious, bright and cozy apartment.

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

A great place to stay, right at the center of Blagoevgrad. Modern, spacious and very clean. Definitely worth it!

I had very nice stay at Lilya flat. Good communication, despite Lilya is not speaking english, every time I asked for something she replied and tried to help. Also my very late arrival (around 2 am) was no problem. Good location, building and flat itself bit older but it was expected.

Beautiful and very clean apartment. The hostess was very responsive in all communication and I had a very pleasant stay at the apartment. The kitchen was fully functional and made my stay even better. The building is in a good and safe location with very modern amenities, close to metro station and huge supermarkets. I highly recommend this apartment

The apartment is great but there is one drawback and it is that it smells of cigarettes most likely from the aspiration!
