Wonderful cozy apartment. Near the complex there is access to the ski run. There is also a spa and a hotel restaurant on site. It was very comfortable for us in this apartment with my husband and dog.

Great value for money. Excellent location for us, right on the high street. It didn't bother us, but there was noise from the bars into the early hours particularly on Fri sat eves. Would def book again! Alper was super flexible on check out and we forgot a hairdryer, which he was kind enough to lend us!

I really liked the place! All amenities are as described! Getting to the hotel is as easy as possible Ivan attached a photo of the building outside and advised how to get inside, so check in went smoothly The room was very cozy, clean, didn't smell anything and didn't have extra furniture! Also the shower room was crystal clear and always with hot water, which is vital after an active holiday :) For two people, for outdoor activities - such an apartment is a godsend! Highly recommend to all guests! Next season, we will definitely try to check in again

A very clean and warm studio room that was perfect for our week skiing. Not the comfiest bed ever, and a little out of the way from the town centre, but I think the price was more than reasonable, and I'd happily stay again. Vasil couldn't have been more accommodating.

We had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is stylish and well looked after. Easy access, responsive and helpful host. The building needs a little TLC, however the apartment is beautiful and everything we needed for a great stay. The ski slopes are a 3 min drive with the car. And the centre of Borovets has everything you need. The town Samokov just 10 mins down the mountain, and has a Lidl supermarket and much cheaper prices than the resort. We will definitely consider staying again.

Beautiful flat, spotlessly clean, Great bathroom, comfortable bed. 10 minutes walk to the Gondola or 15 to Rila Chair. Faster on the way back down the hill. Vesselin is a great host and very helpful. Highly recommend.

We stayedat the apartmentfor 2 nights, 2 adults plus 2 kids, it was exactly as shown inthe photos, clean, it had everything we needed, easy check in, host very kind and responsive! lots of hot water in the showers, good bed and enough towels etc. we definitely recommend it! thanks =)

It was simply fantastic to be guest in these apartments. Every little detail was thought out, every questions and problems were resolved immediately by the Hosts. I have a lot of experience ordering through Airbnb and perhaps. this is the first time that everything is so perfect! Fully equipped apartment with perfect cleanliness and magnificent views from fantastic balcony. Only you, forest and birds. It was so wonderful that we extended our stay there. Tanya was a great help when we struggled to get to the hotel. She was friendly and always available to make our check in smooth and painless. The resort is extremely peaceful and alluring. The spa was opened specifically for us and even the sauna was turned on, outside of working hours. Great apartment with a lot of space and an amazing forest view. We had an amazing stay! Vesi and Krassi are extremely welcoming and had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment is kept, cozy and provided with all the necessary amenities. We felt right at home and were able to have a great rest. The view of the mountain and the large space in front of the apartment suitable for federbal, volleyball are also a big plus. We would definitely recommend this place to other guests as well. Great first experience of Bulgaria and Borovets. Once we worked out how to get from the flat to Borovets and back everything without a car everything fell into place. Lovely flat and a great base from which to enjoy the slopes.

Kiril was a great host and responded immediately to any questions we had about our stay. A major bonus was that our check out time was very flexible so we didn't have to rush out of there our last morning--instead we were able to stick around until our bus in the afternoon. We absolutely loved the location and couldn't have asked for an easier airbnb experience! Thank you Kiril!!
