The entrance is semi-independent in a typical Bolognese building, the entrance is on the first floor and the rest of the rooms are on the second and last floor.

just 8 km from the motorway, exit Rioveggio, and 3 km from the train station, to go to Bologna or Florence in about 1 hour, you will have an apartment of 60 square meters with independent entrance. A stone's throw from Monte Sole Park and nearby Rocchetta Mattei and the Corno alle Scale mountains The kitchen is complete with crockery and pans, microwave and coffee maker, with coffee, barley, chamomile and tea, some brioches, sparkling and natural water and milk.

The apartment was created from an old Bolognese shop. We created a mezzanine for the sleeping area and kept a graffiti on one wall that makes this space unique. The large living area (with sofa bed) and bathroom are at the entrance level on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Outdoor parking a few meters away for exclusive use. Wifi, air conditioning, washing machine available. Transport services to the center very close.
