Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

It was my home for a long time and now I make it available to you, my traveling friends. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

We stayed in this apartment for 9 days, in early September. James was super helpful and really hospitable. Beautiful apartment, very clean and really comfortable, literally a stone's throw from the beach. It absolutely did not disappoint our expectations. Highly recommended!

the apartment is nice, clean, nice large, with all comforts including washing machine and dishwasher. We stayed a few days but it was worth staying more. Well served in the area, pharmacy under the house , a few minutes from the center and very close to the beach.

stayed at a large sea view accommodation with my family, just cross the street and you are immediately on the free beach where, however, umbrellas and sun loungers are offered by the structure for free, impeccable accommodation, clean, new and complete with every comfort, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and smart TV, it seems to be at home. Accommodation in a quiet area near restaurants and supermarkets and 13 minutes by car from Senigallia , Host available for all our requests a thank you also to Mrs. Tonia, we will definitely return, I recommend
