This was the most wonderful stay we’ve ever had! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we could possibly need. Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming — she greeted us with lovely treats and was always there to help, answering every question with care. A beautiful residence a little secluded in the woods, very quiet and relaxing. The lake and mountain terrace view is beautiful! The very nice terrace with 2 comfortable lounge chairs. The pool is great and can be easily accessed by the elevator because on the 4th floor, where the view is even more beautiful! It's not very busy. The apartment is clean and nice. It stays cool all day long if you close the windows and shutters. The kitchen is a bit small but well equipped. The sofa is outside on the covered part of the terrace. The bathroom is new. It's just missing hair dryer. Very convenient washing machine. The lake water is warmer than the pool! Canoeing and water sports in the village next door super nice (beach bar in Brusimpiano) . Morcote Tour, Lugano, Milan- Perfect 👍 Bar, restaurant and stres bon glacier in Ponte Ceresio under the arcades. And super attention with the little welcome basket!! 🤗 Stay at the top!

A great host, a beautiful rustico in a wonderful place. We were passing through with two children, we all would have liked to stay longer. Florent responded quickly to all requests, e.g. for a possibly earlier check-in. The furnishings are generous and the decor is cozy. In addition, it is very quiet and you can relax superbly. We will be happy to come back!

What a beautiful apartment looking over the lake. The location is quiet and relaxing. We stayed for 4 nights and explored the area it was easy to get around. The apartment has everything you could ask for. Patrizia & GianFranco were great hosts and very responsive. We hope to return again.
