Cozy cottage overlooking Öresjö in a quiet residential area close to nature. Sleeping loft with two beds and sofa bed for two persons. Fireplace for cozy fires is available, and firewood is included. The kitchen has an induction stove, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Fully tiled bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine. The cottage is about 30 sqm and is about 1 km away from the public swimming area, a couple of minutes walk from the lake and with a 20-minute walk to the nature reserve Kröklings hage and Mölarps mill.

Free parking and WI-FI. 160 cm bed in loft and sofa bed 140 cm in the living room. 65 inch smart TV with Chromecast, Apple TV and Playstation 4. Not full standing height in the loft. About 15 minutes walk to Floda train station

We live in the very scenic area of Öijared, only 30 km from Gothenburg. The area provides lots of possibilities for recreation with beautiful foot- and cycle paths, Nääs Castle, café, crafts and only 1,5 km from one of Northern Europes largest golfcourses. Welcome to a small apartment in the farm's barn with its own patio and nature as well as the sheep. The farm, which is from the 1880s, is about 20 km from Borås, and 7 km to the nearest community with a larger ICA store. It is about 5 km to a fantastic swimming area and of course there is a parking space for the car at the house.
