From our living room a wall of windows take in the expansive views of Barter's Island upward to the ocean. Bring your books, bikes and kayaks. Westport Island offers several preserves for hiking, a local brewery and is a central location to visit many nearby midcoast sights and activities.

Tiny House Cottage

Close to town center, yet quiet area! This Tiny House Cottage is located on the same property as Lobster Cove Cottages and has great views. This cottage has WATERFRONT ACCESS and kayaks (and lifejackets) for your use at any time! Restaurants are within walking distance, the beach is just across the cove. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers! Please be advised, YES it is a tiny house & YES there is a separate kitchenette to use.

Clipper Suite

Suite with two queen beds on the third floor (one flight of stairs), full kitchen and pull-out double sofa in living room, along with a small deck with limited view. Along with views of the harbor, we also have an onsite restaurant with all your seafood and land favorites! We are also walking distance from downtown Boothbay Harbor where you can enjoy many shops and restaurants.

Set on 7.5 acres of fields, woods, & gardens we are off the main road. Take a 4 minute stroll down a wooded path to our private beach on Maquoit Bay. Swim, fish, hunt for driftwood, or sit by the sea & listen to the waves. We feel this property affords a quiet and relaxing oasis.
