What a fun trip! We so enjoyed this home in Clear Lake! We spent long days reading books, catching up, playing games, going to the pool, admiring the view and spending the evenings bbq'ing on the deck followed by admiring the crazy amount of stars above. Having grown up going to Clear Lake as a child I know what to expect of the area and I was impressed with Alex's home. Alex's home was as described, just the right amount of charm with modern updates that serve well (including the nicest towels and most comfortable bed i've had an AirBnB)! Before we left, we were already talking about coming back! Pro tip, with the big beautiful windows, close the blinds before going to bed. The front gets hot by the time you wake up! We thought leaving the doors open would cool down the house but learned the hard way!

My husband Josh and I had an unforgettable time at Cindi’s place in Sea Ranch. The home was even more beautiful than the photos—unique architecture, cozy design, and right on the beach. Every evening we watched the waves crash on the rocks just outside the window. It was peaceful, stunning, and truly magical. Cindi was a fantastic host, super helpful and kind. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

Adrian’s place nestled in the redwoods near bodega bay was well appointed and provided everything we needed for our vacation visit to the bay area after living away. Adrian and Scuba were responsive, proactive and even provided some great recommendations such as the old grove of trees nearby for accessible hiking for our young family. Overall the hosts and stay were great and we would absolutely stay here again or recommend to our friends and family.

We loved our stay at the Verona house. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful while still being close enough to convenient places like a grocery store, Costco, a local art museum, and a delicious Thai restaurant. The pool was clean and so fun for our kids, and the kitchen had plenty of pans, pots, coffee and tea gadgets for cooking at home. My favorite part was eating dinner outdoors on the deck—beautiful views and we were able to watch the sunset each night. Wonderful stay for large families or groups of friends!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home the weekend I was prosing to my girlfriend. The pictures do not do the place justice and the views from the backyard are amazing. Brian was an excellent host and was very attentive and helpful during our stay. We loved the peaceful vibe of Sea Ranch and can’t imagine coming back and not staying at this place. We look forward to returning again in the future!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Forestville. Kurt and Heather were wonderful and took care of everything, from local recommendations (including a photographer to take some family photos) to answering any questions we had during our stay. The house is lovely and the setting is absolutely breathtaking. And you are only 20 minutes from some of the best stops in Sonoma County including Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Santa Rosa, and more! We would come back in a heartbeat and cannot recommend it highly enough!

We enjoyed our time at The Bluffs last week. It's a wonderful, cozy and comfortable place to spend time unwinding. Great ocean views. We liked the convenience of taking the walking trail in front of the house which leads out to the bluff trail. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking meals: pots, pans, utensils, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, etc. Quiet and peaceful area with deer and other wildlife. We recommend picking up a map of Sea Ranch area at the association office if you want to explore the beaches and trails more. John was very prompt with any questions we had about the house. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay during our time on the coast. This home is absolutely incredible-- breathtaking views, gorgeous decor, large kitchen with ample cookware, amazing deck, CLEAN, comfortable beds, fantastic location. Sea Ranch itself is a wonderful place for those seeking a quiet & peaceful area surrounded by awe-inspiring natural beauty. Pauline is an excellent host with great communication who went above & beyond to ensure we had a great stay. I highly recommend Seaward Bliss, and I can't wait to return again one day!

Natalie's home is the absolute perfect place to stay in Bodega Bay. It's close to local restaurants, trails and the Lodge at Bodega if the spa, pool or dinner at Drakes is on your agenda! My husband and I both agree she truly has the best property in town, offering amazing views, close access to the beach and this location is easily commutable for day trips to Russian River Valley vineyards/wineries. As a plus, she provides a book on property that includes restaurant menus, top attractions in the area and every instruction you may need as it relates to the property. Kitchen is well stocked for those wanting to source their own fish at the local fish market and enjoy a meal at home. Our time here was magical!

Really enjoyed the location and the enclosed patio so we could sit outside and enjoy the ocean view keeping out of the wind. Lots of things to do in the area if you like hiking and exploring.

We had a great stay, plenty of room for two, and everything we needed with loads of peace and quiet on the property. We booked last minute and Gower immediately replied to my questions which was so helpful. The location is a short walk to all of Boonville's restaurants and tasting rooms!

We had a wonderful time at your house! It is super pretty, comfortable and the windows and views were the best! Soooo nice! We also loved all your books :) One of us was on a working trip, rather than a hiking trip, and your lovely home helped make staying behind the best that could be! Such a wonderful spot! Had everything we needed and it was so clean! Staying right among the vines was amazing. The beautiful gardens, fire pit and bocce were awesome, so much space on the property. Lastly, it was within 15 minutes of every tasting we went to, even closer to downtown Healdsburg. Such a special little place ☺️

We had a lovely stay at the lakehouse. A few small issues cropped up during the stay and Amber responded quickly. The handyman who comes to maintain and fix things is also a friendly guy. The view of the lake is beautiful and I enjoyed waking up to catch the sunrises. We were on a family vacation with a few kids and they had a blast at the house with all the fun games they could play, like ping pong and cornhole.

Really nice place. Nicely appointed kitchen with great wine glasses! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Scott's Ranch Home in Anderson Valley. This really is a special place in a beautiful quiet setting, with a few farm animals you can feed, and a friendly resident / caretaker who lives in a separate building on the property and made us feel right at home when we arrived. The Ranch Home has lots of rustic charm and was a fantastic spot to unwind and feel at one with nature. We particularly liked the wraparound porch and amazing views of the surrounding forests and landscape. Location was great with good hiking at Hendy Woods State Park and the coast / Mendocino an easy drive for a day trip. Very highly recommended!

Absolutely Stunning Stay! This stay was truly memorable. The views were unreal — panoramic ocean vistas and the most breathtaking sunsets right from the property. Every evening felt like a postcard moment. The space was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. What made the stay even better was the host — incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our visit. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. If you’re looking for a place with unmatched views and a fantastic host, this is it. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Cozy, well appointed and surrounded by nature, the Beach Trail Cottage is one of the best Airbnbs I've ever experienced. Great location, view and amenities. Jonathan was communicative and had great recommendations.

Pristine peaceful sanctuary close to the little village outstanding restaurants and shops. I utterly loved this place! It was serene and darling an antique with high ceilings original floors a delightful soaking tub new spacious shower fully stocked kitchen it was way way way better views than the photos! I am already dreaming of going back!! Super restful sleep listening to the ocean from bed and on the patio at breakfast. I wish i could be there now!

We had a great time at the Knotty Oak. Mary was great as was the accomodation.

First off, the Phillip & Pablo were great hosts. We loved the recommendations of things to do around the house, where to go/eat. Check in was a breeze and the house is gorgeous, clean, & well equipped. (We are a family of 4 with a 6 year old and 3 year old, & there was plenty of space for us, as well as toys/books for the kids.) Although we only stayed for two nights, we managed to do a lot- we went to Arena Point Pier, fed giraffes at B Bryan Preserve, went to Irish Beach, made pizza, tomahawk steak, & s’mores, went stargazing, and went fishing at the lake next door. The kids had a blast playing hide and seek in the massive house as well. Even managed to take a work meeting in the morning using the WiFi. We were so sad to leave and are already strategizing on when we can come back! Thank you Phillip & Pablo!

This listing has a magical charm to it. The views are stunning and creates a space for both kids and adults to enjoy. We ate a few meals at the house but also drove up to Mendocino as well. Weather was perfect and we got to spend the mornings and afternoons at the nearby beaches. When we got back to the house, the kids had a great time playing with all the toys, games and puzzles. This listing truly created a wonderful home-base for our family vacation.

We had such a peaceful and rejuvenating stay at this beautiful Sea Ranch home. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the cleanliness and thoughtful attention to detail throughout. Every amenity we could possibly need was provided—it truly felt like a home away from home. We especially loved the quiet surroundings and the sweet-smelling coastal air. The cozy daybeds tucked into the corner windows quickly became our favorite reading nooks, and the bidet was an unexpected luxury we genuinely appreciated. This home was the perfect place for my husband and me to unwind and reconnect. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

A hundred stars ⭐️! This home is so beautiful, so clean, so perfect! It’s built around a tree for goodness’ sakes! Bret and Phil have thought of everything: umbrellas, walking sticks, extra linens for inflatable mattresses, LPs for your listening pleasure, etc. The shampoos, conditioners, body washes, and lotion smell like a visit to the spa. The outdoor space is so serene! There’s an outdoor bath tub, hot tub, AND sauna. We didn’t want to leave! One of out most favorite air bnb stays ever. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us!
