Apartment holiday rentals in Bolzano

Konrad welcomed us very kindly & took very good care of us. If something was missing, he took care of it immediately. The location is not very central, but two buses run to the train station in less than 10 minutes, and you can also walk to the center in 20 minutes. The accommodation is really very nice and well maintained, and has everything your heart desires (including cooking utensils). The wooden toilet takes some getting used to, but gives the whole thing a special charm ☺️ we would have liked more trash cans in the bathroom, especially for menstrual items. All in all a beautiful experience!

Everything is provided. Parking is available. Romy is friendly and quick to respond.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment on the ground floor. The owners (who live on the 1st floor) have used the thick, insulating walls of the old house and have perfectly modernized the entire house. We were glad we had booked more than 1 night, so we could admire the beautiful castle ruins (with medieval style restaurant), waterfall and large, beautiful houses from the late Middle Ages and eat in the local restaurants. All within walking distance. Marion is very friendly and helpful, also in pointing out the sights of the nice village.

Even though we didn't meet with Fabrizio because of the late hour we arrived, he seems like a very nice person, always ready to help. Paola also very responsive and nice. The place is awesome, right in the center of the city with amazing views over the mountains! Kitchen was spotless clean with everything you need for cooking, we even had olive oil . Great experience overall, definitely recommend!

Clean, modern and stylish apartment with the most incredible views over lake Garda. Great walks from the apartment and only a short walk into town. Mario was a friendly and attentive host. We hope to return.

Best apartment in Europe v modern and wonderful location

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for, even better then in the pictures, with absolutely everything you could need. Gargnano was a great base for us to visit the surroundings of lake Garda, city center was 10 minutes away by foot, great restaurants to choose from. Gabi was extremely helpful and helped us with any request we had. Would definitely stay again, totally recommended!

The apartment is located in an extremely well-maintained residential complex with an unusual and beautiful green area. It is modern and tastefully furnished with a lot of love and is in top condition. We especially enjoyed the beautiful weather-protected terrace. We also appreciated the narrower terrace at the back with the wonderful view towards the village of Tyrol and the 2 comfortable seating areas. The location of the apartment is optimal – pleasant ambience, the expressway to Bolzano is quickly accessible, 5 minutes' walk away a good butcher (Siebenforcher), where you can also buy cheese, bread, milk, wine, etc. (a more relaxed alternative to the supermarket for small items). The city center and the Tappeiner Promenade are within walking distance and there is an underground car park where you can park in a relaxed way – what more could you want! Birgit is a great host – always easy to reach and very nice. Thank you very much – we will be happy to come back.

The property also has a garden with non-organic vegetables and fruits, and guests are welcomed with a very delicious apple juice.” We traveled from Thailand and stayed here for four nights. Thank you for the warm welcome — it felt just like staying at a relative’s home. The place is new, clean, and very comfortable. We were truly impressed.

Impeccable house in terms of cleanliness, even the kitchen drawers and wardrobe were very clean (rare to find). In addition to being aesthetically pleasing, the apartment is designed in every detail for those who have to stay, I found everything very comfortable and with free spaces for us. A beautiful, cozy, comfortable and very quiet house despite being in the historic center. The best place I've ever stayed.

Mira’s place was perfect for what we needed! It was located near nice restaurants and a park. We hiked alpe di siusi and this was a nice base for it. We felt at home and Mira was very helpful. We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend to others.

We took a mother-child holiday in Grandpa's rosemary garden. Manuela already provided us with a lot of information for excursions at the first contact. Inquiries were always answered very quickly. It was important to us that we could do the excursions with the stroller. We can also emphasize that Soprabolzano is very child-friendly! Manuela picked us up by car at the cable car on the day of arrival and personally took us to the accommodation. The place was clean and very comfortable. We felt very comfortable there. The view from the terrace is a dream and there is a whirlpool for use with an equally beautiful view and a beautiful children's play area. If we had any questions, we were able to clarify them in person or quickly communicate via messages. On the day of departure, it was a good time for Manuela to even drive us to the cable car. The vacation was wonderful and we would like to be a guest in Grandpa's garden again sometime. :)

Roberta is an exceptional host. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with everything we needed. The apartment is very spacious and cozy, quietly located and close to the center. If you like to walk or hike in nature, there are also good opportunities right away from the house. Practical are the two bathrooms and, if you arrive by car, the parking lot by the house. Sybille was always very responsive to messages. We felt very comfortable!

We had the most amazing three night stay here. It was such a beautiful apartment with spectacular views. We felt right at home and honestly, didn’t want to leave. Some good hikes right behind the apartment too but a car is still a must to travel around the area. Giulio was very responsive and took the time to answer all my questions and had a lot of local recommendations. It was a public holiday / long weekend when we visited so cooked all our meals with ease in the kitchen. Will be returning !!

We love Davide’s place! This is a converted barn which is very well designed. The space is comfortable has a small kitchen and a very nice bed on the attic. There is a nice pool and a great view. There is also a great outdoor balcony/patio space (covered). Davide is a great host. Helpful and friendly. We would certainly recommend it!

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.
